This has nothing to do with terrorism.
I don't think Dallas is about terrorism. It is about the Black men that were killed in cold blood over the past two weeks.
Guns are all to available.
The Governor needs to call the National Guard.
Dallas is not Baghdad and to say so is irresponsible and inflammatory.

...Other protests across the U.S. on Thursday were peaceful. (click here) In midtown Manhattan, protesters first gathered in Union Square Park where they chanted "The people united, never be divided!" and "What do we want? Justice. When do we want it? Now!" In Minnesota, where Castile was shot, hundreds of protesters marched in the rain from a vigil to the governor's official residence.
Protesters also marched in Atlanta, Chicago and Philadelphia.
President Barack Obama said America is "horrified" over the shootings and there's no possible justification for the attacks.
Speaking from Warsaw, Poland, where he was meeting with leaders of the European Union and attending a NATO summit, the president said justice will be done and he's asking all Americans to pray for the fallen officers and their families. He also said the nation should express its gratitude to those serving in law enforcement....
The murder rate in Dallas increased since last year. The murder rate across the USA has been declining for that past few years. It is grossly inappropriate to play politics in the face of these events. This happened in Dallas, it didn't happen any place else.
The mayor should be impeached and a federal investigation should begin. Is it another Ferguson?

Dallas’ murder rate (click here) this year has jumped 71 percent compared with 2015, KTVT-TV(Channel 11) and WFAA-TV (Channel 8) say.
So far this year, 41 homicides have been reported. By this time last year, there were 24.
Police attribute much of the spike to drug-related murders, as well as an increase in family violence killings, WFAA said. Violent crime overall is up about 23 percent compared with last year.
Dallas Police Association president Ron Pinkston told KTVT that the statistics show the city needs more police: “They could be putting bad guys in jail. People that will commit crimes now are usually going to be the people that are going to commit the murders in the future.”
He also told WFAA that low morale and misplaced priorities are problems: “We have homicide detectives out there working patrol instead of working their cases. The city manager has been ignoring the issues, and now the murder rate is skyrocketing.”...

There is a great deal wrong with this event.
There was a child in the car AND the police officer restrained lavish Reynolds from saving Castile's life. If she had presence of mind to apply a tourniquet on her boyfriend's arm she would not be allowed to move to do so by the officer's threat of her own life.
Frozen? The ice fields of Earth are important and this is not good news.
There is two years difference in the "Greenland Melt." This is a significant difference that should be worrying everyone.
Good work NASA.
Early spring or early summer, (click here) the surface of the Greenland Ice Sheet transforms from a vast white landscape of snow and ice to one bejeweled with blue meltwater streams, rivers, and lakes. In 2016, the transition started early and fast.
“This year we had some really early season melt events that kick-started things,” said Allen Pope, a scientist at the National Snow & Ice Data Center (NSIDC). According to an NSIDC blog post, the ice sheet saw three extreme spikes in melt by June 19. As a result, the pace of melting so far is ahead of the past three seasons, but behind the record melt year of 2012.
Coastal areas have been generally warmer than average, and sometimes extreme. For instance, temperatures in Nuuk soared to 24 degrees Celsius (75 degrees Fahrenheit) on June 9, 2016—the highest June temperature ever recorded there. Interior areas were slightly cooler than usual.
On June 15, 2016, the Advanced Land Imager (ALI) on NASA’s Earth Observing-1 satellite acquired a natural-color image of an area just inland from the coast of southwestern Greenland (120 kilometers southeast of Ilulisat and 500 kilometers north-northeast of Nuuk). According to Marco Tedesco, a professor at Columbia University’s Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory, melting in this area began relatively early in April but was not sustained. It started up again in May and grew into the watery June scene pictured above.
Surface melt can directly contribute to sea level rise via runoff. It can also force its way through crevasses to the base of a glacier, temporarily speeding up ice flow and indirectly contributing to sea level rise. Also, ponding of meltwater can “darken” the ice sheet’s surface and lead to further melting....
Interesting. But, of course there is no political witch hunt in the US House today.
Terrorists are waiting.
I have faith in government. I don't have faith in Republicans. Something someone would have missed in such subtlety on this blog since 2004.
How many Republicans have ADHD? Director Comey stated the server was never successfully breached regardless of the attempts. I would expect that high level of security in the home of a former President. Off their medication maybe.
Negligent homicide? What a crack pot.
I'll tell you something there is a real problem with tort law because of negligence people are exposed to in medical negligence and malpractice. The tort laws need to be returned to a standing that imposes a real incentive for doctors to leave their practice when they are a screw up. Ever since Republicans have been involved in majority with federal law, the tort laws which protect Americans from negligence and malpractice are simply a slap on the wrist.
No one is going to investigate the person(s) that placed a "c" on e-mails. Direct Comey has already stated there could be confusion of the use of a "c" on the emails.

The standard markings also apply to classified information processed in an electronic environment, such as email. Special notices may be required, if the classified document includes certain categories of information, such as Restricted Data (RD) or Formerly Restricted Data (FRD). Original Classification: An initial determination made by a person designated an original classification authority (OCA) that, in the interest of national security, information requires protection against unauthorized disclosure.
Original classification decisions are typically codified in security classification guides (SCGs) issued by an OCA.
There are currently 86 approved OCAs within the DON (Department of the Navy) authorized to make original classification decisions...
The coding of documents of the USA government has a long lived standard, however, the people that place these designations on documents will state it is not cohesively the same across the spectrum of the government.
A civilian Secretary of State cannot be expect to be a quick study to be sure there are no errors made. The burden of national security of these people and their work and their archives does not belong to the cabinet officer. It is the JOB of people that work within the government past four year terms to know what to do and how to proceed.
The people today carrying out a witch hunt in the US House could no more tell the country they are absolutely sure they know what is classified and what is not. If they state same, they are liars.

Washington — Recent polls show Hillary (click here) within single digits of Donald Trump in Texas. And Clinton herself told a national magazine last month that she believed the Lone Star State was flippable.
So is a competitive fall presidential campaign coming to a precinct near you? Don’t count on it.
There is little evidence that the Clinton camp will mount a sustained campaign this fall for the state’s 38 electoral votes, according to more than a dozen interviews with state and national Democratic officeholders and operatives.
To be sure, the Democratic presumptive nominee herselffanned the chatter in May, when she told New York magazine that she thought Texas might be in play “if black and Latino voters come out and vote.” And both Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, have a soft spot for the state, dating back to the time they spent in Texas as operatives working on behalf of George McGovern’s 1972 presidential campaign....
The letter "c" is completely hideous to classify a document. That is kindergarten stuff.
The ONLY way to INSURE national security is to be sure the infrastructure stands up to attack.
The Obama Administration is the first to use electronic records on a daily and hourly basis. This after a US President that didn't have an e-mail account and turned down his bed linen at 9:00 PM.
Director Comey was bound by "fairness" and "precedent." We are a country with a multi-party system leading to power of the USA government. If there was a single method of prosecuting of what is perceived by the public as a crime there is a higher percentage that the "democracy" itself would be compromised.
Every person seeking to serve in the government at any level has a right to be viewed on a political stage in view of the public so the electorate can decide when they cast their vote. If the government suddenly decided to change the precedent of which legal standard 'of practice' is viewed, there is a high percentage members of parties would be eliminated from the participation in the government.
"Fairness" and "precedent" are standards that can be respected. What Director Comey did was to look into the past and how other civil servants are judged and applied those standard to Secretary Clinton. It is correct to carry out a judgement on that basis. It is the guarantee the people will have representatives in their government to protect their freedoms.
Law for the sake of law cannot be applied to 'the living' government. Americans are not perfect and sometimes find themselves caught up legal problems they never expected. If the USA invoked law for the sake of the law, the human being is lost AND the purpose of government is lost.
When government judges itself the citizen comes into view and how decisions impact their lives and potential into the future.
Law and judging government is a defined standard, in this case "fairness" and "precedent." It may seem corrupt, but, in explaining his decisions it becomes clear why the USA can trust Director Comey in relation to the strength of the country and it's freedom.
The House Republicans are pandering to their 'common sense' electorate rather than uplifting them to be insightful as how their government conducts itself. The Republicans are exploiting the naivete of the people in stating the decision regarding Secretary Clinton was political. This is a political stunt for elections in November. It is just that simple.
Tornadoes!
The hurricanes in the east Pacific are relieving some of the heat enough to allow better movement of the mid-latitudes. As a result there is a water vapor system that is moving quickly that will most likely erupt into tornadoes in central USA.

...There is an “enhanced” risk (click here) for severe storms for southwest Wisconsin— south and west of Darlington — and a “slight” risk for south-central and southeast Wisconsin, the National Weather Service said, adding that that the highest potential for severe storms will be late afternoon and evening for south-central Wisconsin, and evening and night for southeast Wisconsin.
The risks include the possibility of heavy rain, damaging winds, large hail, and a possible tornado.
“Low pressure will move into Wisconsin this evening with an approaching warm front pushing into the south” and that will result in a “very unstable airmass,” the Weather Service said. “If the atmosphere destabilizes enough from any morning showers and thunderstorms, a second, more robust, round of thunderstorms will be likely this afternoon and overnight, and would likely produce some severe storms.”...
This is blatant murder of an unarmed, cooperative Black man. I was arrests and prosecution. NOW!
There is no doubt what occurred here. I want the "Killer Cop" immediately arrested and off the street. IMMEDIATELY.
Philando Castile was a supervisor in a school cafeteria. He was a vital member of his community. Does anyone realize what trauma is being felt by the students in that school realizing how he died? I want the "Killer Cop" off the street and behind bars, NOW! Before he does it again!
I want him off the street. He is a danger to the community. Place him on the "Most Wanted" list locally. He is to be off the street immediately.

Philando Castile's girlfriend live-streamed the St Paul incident's aftermath, showing him covered in blood as an officer pointed his gun at him.

It follows the death of Alton Sterling, who was shot dead by police during an incident in Baton Rouge on Tuesday.
Hundreds of people have protested for two nights over Mr Sterling's killing.
The deaths follow a long line of high-profile incidents involving African-Americans at the hands of the police, igniting a national debate about the use of lethal force....
Paul "No Clue" Ryan is carrying out politics at the expense of the American taxpayer.
Jason "Hasn't run a productive committee yet" Chafez is lying already.
President Obama's administration is the first to use an electronic administration. This is all cutting edge for the White House. The real rub here is that the communication devices are commercial devices. The White House does not have a exclusive design that cannot be duplicated in private industry. That requires research and funding. That is part of the problem. There is no secure DESIGN for a US White House.
Asking President Obama to change to a dysfunctional government web was hideous. Why bother in the first place? It was time for the US government to run on the same basis as the rest of the world and that required new in roads to establish FUNCTION of an electronic White House.
Initially, the Secret Service wanted President Obama to give up his Blackberry and his response basically was "You mean to tell me the US Government can't secure my Blackberry? Well, then I suggest you all work on that STAT because I am not giving up my Blackberry."

Washington — There is one addiction President Obama (click here) will not have to kick: his BlackBerry.
For more than two months, Mr. Obama has been waging a vigorous battle with his handlers to keep his BlackBerry, which like millions of other Americans he has relied upon for years to stay connected with friends and advisers. (And, of course, to get Chicago White Sox scores.)
He won the fight, aides disclosed Thursday, but the privilege of becoming the nation’s first e-mailing president comes with a specific set of rules.
“The president has a BlackBerry through a compromise that allows him to stay in touch with senior staff and a small group of personal friends,” said Robert Gibbs, his spokesman, “in a way that use will be limited and that the security is enhanced to ensure his ability to communicate.”...
The BEST approach to any emails within the Executive Branch is to realize the Secret Service and the FBI are housed within the US Cabinet under Homeland Security.
Hm? Homeland Security can't protect Blackberries within the Executive Branch? That is interesting because 'what's his name,' the guy who lied to Congress and rolls of the lips of Paul "No Clue" Ryan as if the lying never happened? ???? Oh, yeah, Clapper has a huge and incredibly expensive building dedicated to electronic communication for national security.
That fact begs an explanation as to why the Obama Administration has had to do back flips to even begin to use Blackberries. I would think Clapper would be running to the rescue in any confusion regard securing the White House with cutting edge answers to empower the President and his Cabinet. It almost looks as though Mr. Clapper not only lies, but, is incompetent to his abilities in electronic communication at all.
I want to know how much it cost for the FBI to run a hideous investigation into a private server within a former President's residence guarded by US Secret Service body guards. It was a waste of time and money for the FBI to go on a witch hunt. It is blatantly another political runaway priority of the Republican Party with it's beginning at FOX News.
Enough. Any moron knows after the demonstrated incompetency of the US Government in it's ability to build a state of the art government web that the problem begins with infrastructure that the US Congress will never fund.
Get a clue, Ryan!

Everyone knows women are compromised at FOX.
The necklines, the boobs crammed into the smallest space possible, the tight skirt, the ridiculously high heels (never flats) and the forever crossed legs at the level of "Basic Instinct" on the curvy couch. This is just a natural progression, isn't that right, Mr. O'Reilly.

New York (AP) — Former Fox News Channel anchor Gretchen Carlson (click here) sued network chief executive Roger Ailes on Wednesday, claiming she was fired after she refused his sexual advances.
Fox News representatives did not immediately return requests for comment on the lawsuit, which was filed in Superior Court in New Jersey's Bergen County.
Carlson, the former host of a daytime show at Fox, alleged Ailes had retaliated against her because of complaints she had made about discrimination and harassment. The 11-year Fox employee was anchoring a 2 p.m. show when she said she was fired on June 23 at the end of her contract....

The second victim (click here) of suspected celebratory gunfire during FreedomFest thought he had been smacked in the face with a baseball bat as he walked back to his car after enjoying the annual Fourth of July fireworks display.
The force of the impact made Branon Vaughan stumble left, then to the right, finally dropping to a knee with his arms on a wall to brace himself. The 35-year-old wondered if he had walked into a street sign. Seeing none in the area, he reasoned it might have been a beer can thrown at him.
Another person handed him a towel to stanch the bleeding....
Wall Street is not a welcome value with impoverished communities.
There is a pattern that needs to be researched regarding the deaths of Black men.
If I may?
There is a huge cultural gap between the Black community and it's police AND it's policing.
The anniversary of the WRONGFUL death of Eric Garner occurs on July 17th. He was smothered to death by something like six officers. Some of the officers were from the federal agency ATF. Evidently, the AFT doesn't bother chansing down contraband into the USA, it find it more convenient to attack unarmed Black Americans.
Mr. Garner was an incredible American. He raised two children in a marriage he valued. In his impoverishment linked with his desire to educate his children out of poverty he took up the much maligned practice of "Selling Lucys." Did I get that right, "Lucys?" Single cigarettes. He was charging $1.00 per cigarette which included the tax he paid for the pack he was selling from.
This is a practice conducted all over the country, including out of some convenience stores in impoverished neighborhoods.
Mr. Garner was not selling Lucys for the purpose of obtaining drugs that might kill him by Fentanyl anyway. Dying at the hand of ruthless, dog hating drug cartels was not his ambition. Mr. Garner was selling Lucys to support his family and bring about college educations for his two children.
Mr. Sterling was selling CDs from the street. He was respected by the people of the community. His wife is devastated at his death and his magnificent son is now fatherless and will experience the fact he is the oldest man in the family. The community will attempt to fill in the gap left by the death of a man gunned down unnecessarily. The Black Community in the USA is amazing. They do not accept the decisions of government as law when such incidents occur. They fight very hard to end such deaths in their community.
But, both Mr. Sterling and Mr. Garner were gunned down without valuing human life when the person exhibits black or brown skin. The viciousness of police are not welcome in these communities and that should be respected.
While law enforcement is necessary in any life of Americans, the Black Community throughout the USA exhibits what can be called 'illegal behavior' in their DAILY lives.
Mr. Garner was known as a reliable source of Lucys and an upstanding person in his community. He was dearly loved by his wife and children. The ambitions within his life were admirable and necessary. He was innocent of causing real problems for the function of business in the USA.
I simply don't know enough facts about Mr. Sterling to comment about his values and life, but, there is every indication from his wife and son, he was extremely valuable to them and it is correct the community is upset and demanding justice.
There is however a further justice beyond the gunning down of these two men.
The next hurdle for the Black Community in the USA is to identify what DEPRIVATION OF ECONOMY and WEALTH has resulted in various activities to fulfill the hopes and dreams of the people caught in impoverishment.
Neither Mr. Sterling or Mr. Garner was a threat to the people. They were engaged in commerce that supported their lives and ambitions. To put this into perspective, I present an entry on the net about Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr.:
...Cecil replies:
Cecil doesn't ordinarily (click here) go in for this People magazine stuff, but Lord knows I like dishing the dirt as much as the next guy, and Joe Kennedy is a target the size of all outdoors.
J.P. was what we call an operator. He made his money by (1) pulling various hustles before it had occurred to anyone to make them illegal, and (2) possibly pulling other hustles that were definitely illegal but generally winked at. His stock-market shenanigans were an example of the former, his Prohibition liquor business (never proven, by the way) an example of the latter. That said, let's not get ridiculous. He didn't sell opium to the Chinese; the British did. Nineteenth century. Very famous. Trust me....
The Communities of these neighborhoods knows what goes on. They should be tapped for information as to THEIR PROBLEMS. That is not to say there can't be intelligence gathered to combat drugs and illegal guns, etc. Lord knows Chicago does not need anymore illegal guns coming from other states. But, these deaths of very important men in their community has to end.
Every gunning of an innocent Black person needs extreme scrutiny to their lives, their values, the community's value of them and their ambitions and how they were achieving those ambitions. These are good people. Their lives should be uninterrupted.
The ATF could ask to the source of the CDs without harassment. The ATF ends their investigation of a person like Mr. Garner at IMPORTANT questioning. The life of Mr. Garner continues without interruption. Mr. Garner was the lucky person in the neighborhood that could actually go into a store and purchase at least a pack of cigarettes to sell them individually. His service to the community was valued.
The enforcement of Wall Street laws do not belong in these communities. As a matter of fact, Mr. Garner increased the income to the tobacco industry.
If I recall correctly, Michael Brown grabbed two boxes Cigarellos when exiting the convenience store. Status probably, but, Cigarellos may be less expensive than a pack of cigarettes.
These dead Black Americans are mostly known to the community. Such issues as petty theft should not result in a police brigade to the scene. You mean to tell me the city was so quiet there was no other serious crimes being committed? In the case of Ferguson we know the corruption that resulted in the death of Michael Brown was systemic and the people were suffering under fiscal oppression.
I could go on and on, but, the common denominator in all these cases is called ABUSE OF POWER.
This abuse of power does not limit itself to the Black Community either, we witnessed a homeless man gunned down by a SWAT team, including a dog, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
These are atrocities of 'power' and result because legislation is used to exert social values. Power of any kind is responsible when it actually makes a difference. There is no defense for a city, a state or a nation to use power when it attacks innocent Americans LEFT IN A DEAD END in their lives.
See that is what happened with James Boyd, Eric Garner and Alton Sterling, they dead ended in opportunity to even stay alive in the case of James Boyd. They were FORCED to seek an opportunity outside the law. That is a legitimate defense of Americans. In the case of Eric Garner he was providing a valued service to the community.
The USA has all sorts of people living within it's capitalism economy. The impoverished are vulnerable to law breaking to make it through the day and in the case of Ferguson were exploited, even extorted for the purpose of supporting the very law enforcement that killed Michael Brown.
The Black Community in the USA has to conduct very important research to bring better community outcomes.
The SPENDING of government has to demand focus on real problems such as importation of drug cartels and poppy culture products to the USA. The ATF should not be allowed to harass people such as Eric Garner. See, the answer to the question, "Where did you get those Lucys you are selling?," would be a store and not contraband imported from sources outside the USA borders. Eric Garner paid the tobacco tax. That should end the ATF investigation. If this is all the ATF has to investigate the real question, "Do we actually need the ATF?" comes to mind.
This needs to end and it needs to end for real reasons impoverished Americans find themselves by no fault of their own. These dead Americans had every right to their life. The mentally challenged should not end up in a grave simply because they were homeless. Such realities is an abuse of power and abandonment of Americans that profoundly need government to be uplifting while guarding their lives.

It is still a slap on the wrist.

Paralympian Oscar Pistorius (click here) has been sentenced to six years in prison for murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
Pistorius, 29, who was dressed in a dark suit, hugged members of his legal team, a witness said, before he sat down to hear his fate.
Steenkamp's mother and father, who said Pistorius had to pay for his crime, were also in the court.
Pistorius was freed from prison in the South African capital Pretoria last October after serving one year of a five-year term for culpable homicide - the equivalent of manslaughter.
There is no reason to keep American troops in Afghanistan.
The USA has overstayed it's welcome. I would think bombing a hospital is enough for any President to bring his soldiers back to USA soil.
The above statement by me was made before the announcement by the President. He once again bows to the military and allows more American troops to remain in Afghanistan.
My opinion remains the same. The USA is unneeded in Afghanistan.
These announcements by President Obama are made as if there was a vacuum of power in the region. The Afghan region is one of the most heavily militarized regions in the world, save the Pacific Ocean.
I think my point of view is supported and self explanatory. The USA military gets that 'warm and fuzzy' feeling of knowing what every country in the region is doing.
Troops out now!
That warm, fuzzy military feeling is in anticipation of action and potential war. There is no productive reason for it and it inhibits peace!
Peace is a legitimate goal and it is time it is viewed as such.
The USA military did nothing to end the poppy economy in Afghanistan. How is it that fifteen years, nearly two decades, a generation of Afghan people, is considered an important milestone for the USA military to continue?
The United Nations Security Council needs to view the USA military for what it is, an autonomous influence in global instability. I remind there are now two major illegal and immoral wars that have been conducted by this lonely superpower; one in Vietnam and one in Iraq. Both have left the region in shambles and increased instability in a global profile.
Which country in the Pacific is sited by North Korea as it's reason to continue to escalate it's nuclear profile? A simple speech by a Neocon President caused North Korea to remove it's seals on what was a viable non-proliferation agreement. It is time the USA military is viewed as a danger to global stability and not an enhancement. The simple change of President has brought about hubris filled political wars.

There is no ethical reason for the US House to conduct yet another investigation of Secretary Clinton.
The FBI did an extensive investigation and has reported honestly in their findings.
There is now a record to bring legislation forward IF IT IS NECESSARY. The operation of government is never perfect. My opinion is that further legislation is not necessary. There are numerable rules and CONDITIONS put in place after Secretary Clinton served in office.
The US House Speaker needs to be indicted in conducting public hearings for political purposes. The emails in question are classified. There is no reason for a public hearing. If there are questions about the EVIDENCE prepared by the FBI, it should be conducted in a closed session.
The US House keeps sending money unnecessarily and that is the words of their own Chairman Gouti.
Enough of the politicking at the country's expense.

Where is Jindal, useless as ever?
While the country was gossiping about a tweet, it was still experiencing violence against it's Black people.

Alton Sterling, (click here) a 37-year old man who sold CDs, was shot and killed by a Baton Rouge police officer Tuesday morning outside a convenience store on North Foster Drive after “some type of altercation” with two officers, officials said.
Baton Rouge police did not provide much information about what escalated the incident between the officers and Sterling or what prompted an officer to fire his weapon. A witness, however, described police as “aggressive” and said Sterling was armed but was not holding his gun or touching his pockets during the incident. Police later retrieved a gun from the man’s pocket, said the witness, shop owner Abdullah Muflahi.
Around 12:35 a.m., Baton Rouge police responded to the Triple S Food Mart at 2112 N. Foster Drive after an anonymous caller indicated that a man in a red shirt who was selling CDs outside the store pointed a gun at someone, telling them to leave the property, Baton Rouge Police Department spokesman Cpl. L’Jean McKneely said.
East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner William “Beau” Clark said the initial results of an autopsy performed Tuesday show Sterling died due to a homicide and suffered multiple — meaning more than two — gunshot wounds to the chest and back....
In Alabama the community is stating Mr. Moore was unarmed and murdered. They remain resolute and oppose an investigation from police internal aairs. The community wants an independent investigation.

Michael Moore has been laid to rest. (click here) For some – including a roster of civic leaders and elected officials -- questions about the circumstances of his death have not.
Several investigations are under way, and there have been indications that it might be months for results are announced. Here's what we know now....
...The gun: Though Hurst reported that the confrontation escalated when he saw a handgun at Moore's hip, it was not recovered at the scene. Instead, according to police, it stayed in Moore's waistband as he was handled at the scene and transported to the hospital. Investigators recovered it there. Police Chief James Barber has described this as a breakdown in proper crime-scene procedure; among Moore's supporters, it led to widespread suspicions that the .40 caliber Smith & Wesson was planted. One of the men in the car with Moore has since given an interview in which he said Moore possessed the gun at the time of the incident – though he questions whether Moore reached for it.
The cameras: Because Hurst was on his way to roll call, he was not yet wearing his body camera, and this has been a point of contention with many. Mobile City Councilman C.J. Small has said that he and Councilman Fred Richardson pushed hard for Mobile police to be equipped with cameras and felt there had been some foot-dragging on the subject...
These cases always end up the same way, the families are paid off no different than in the war zones of the USA. The federal government always steps in to carry out an investigation. The local authorities are not trusted by the communities for the same reason that comes out when there is a death of an unarmed Black citizen, manipulation of the truth.
There are many, many Americans that carry guns on their person with or without a concealed carry permit. There are state now that do not require permits. It is always someone from the Black community that is dead. It is an issue and denial is not at all appropriate. The Black community is correct in continuing their protests and demands for "The Right to Live." They are correct because this doesn't end. It continues and Black men are continuing to fall in what should be a simple act of law enforcement.

Director Comey, "...were sent overseas..."
There is a basic understanding about the ability of the White House computers and interface with other countries.
The American people had first hand experience with the new website for applications for insurance. We all know what happened after the federal health care website collapsed. We also know the State Department has high communication costs because of wire services.
The e-mail CHAINS were to and from outside the USA borders. It is impossible to litigate it. The 'chains' were important to the function of the State Department and they were on a private server known to a former President.
Get of it.

I would think it obvious by now, the Michigan State Attorney's office is not working for the victims of Flint.
When average employees powerless to direct their own jobs are indicted for incompetence, it should be blatantly obvious it is a cover up for those in power that should be on trial.
Like I said. The Michigan State Attorney General should forget the investigation, spend the monies on rehabilitating Flint's pipes and indict the only person responsible, Governor Rick Snyder.

Attorneys in the Flint water crisis (click here) say Attorney General Bill Schuette's recent lawsuit in Genesee County Circuit Court makes him a powerful ally against the engineering and environmental companies that worked for the city — for now.
If and when the various lawsuits against Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc. and Veolia North America Inc. reach settlement talks, however, the state and the city residents' interests may be less aligned.
More than 315 cases are pending in various state and federal courts, including the Schuette case filed in Genesee County last week. Many are still awaiting rulings on proper jurisdiction, but in general the LAN and Veolia suits are expected to coalesce over time in Genesee Circuit. Lawsuits targeting the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, Gov. Rick Snyder, various state-appointed emergency managers for Flint or other state employees began landing in June at the Michigan Court of Claims, which hears cases against state agencies....
