From previous entry.

...Still, speaking in a personal capacity, Woolhouse says that some influential modellers in the United Kingdom were wrong not to allow for any reduced severity, instead working with assumed hospitalization rates for Omicron that were identical to those of previous variants. “That’s clearly a pessimistic assumption,” he says. “I do think it could have been much clearer from the beginning that there was this possibility it was less pathogenic and, you know, being crystal clear on what the policy implications of that difference might be.”...

The number of hospitalizations being the same (and they were) reflects the bottom line vulnerability of those still unvaccinated. Every time a variant strikes, the same hospital statistic erupts as well. The people without the vaccine lack it's protections regardless of the immunity otherwise. I strongly believe the mRNA vaccines carry a far better identification of the virus than normal immunity does in reaction to an illness.

At any rate, the infection rate with omicron (a level three virus) was higher. We saw that increase in the waste water testing in Boston. So, in realizing more people were infected and the hospitalization rate remained the same, it was due to the increased number of infections and the steady state number of Americans UNDER PROTECTED.

The unvaccinated still remain a threat to more and more variants.

Natural immunity is interesting, but, is the body's reaction to contracting the virus the same as the ability of the mRNA vaccine? I think there may be a missing virility to the body's immune response considering the poor state of those infected and the length of time it took to recover. The body is hit hard by these viruses, it takes a lot of energy to fight it off and recover. That is energy not necessarily available to the immune system as people are so very ill.

COVID-19 didn't show up for five days. That is a lot of virus being dumped into the body to enter cells and replicate. It was only after a high number of virus (viral load) was in the body on the fifth day did any immune response become noticeable. It was so late in the infection that it was often too late for any effective response from medicine in critical care units or otherwise. I really don't trust the immune response with these viruses. Besides, there is the burgeoning evidence of brain damage. The blood clots are proving to cause irreparable damage. Even being willing to be infected seems to me to be a risky business.

THIS IS NOT THE FLU AND NEVER WILL BE.

It is too soon to draw any conclusions about the global pandemic.

Governments are doing the level best they can with this virus. There is absolutely no reason to be premature about making decisions to end precautions.

It isn't always possible to lead into Wall Street and make decisions that benefit them if the virus is acting in a manner that scientists dictate are reasons to be concerned. It is the people that need to listen to their governments and conduct behaviors that support ending the spread, but, more than that, end the lousy assault by this virus and it's variants. People are still dying. Get a clue.

The Philippines has experienced one of the worst surges in Omicron cases in southeast Asia.

...And although the WHO and others (click here) have suggested that huge numbers of Omicron infections could signal the end of the pandemic, because of the short-term surge in immunity that will follow, researchers warn that the situation remains volatile and difficult to model.

“It moves so fast that it gives very little time to prepare any kind of response. So, decisions have to be made under huge uncertainty,” says Graham Medley, an infectious-diseases modeller at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, who advises the UK government....

...That places policymakers and the researchers who advise them in an unenviable position. “It was a situation where you either put in restrictions very, very early, or you do nothing,” Pagel says. “But if you wait to see what happens, then it’s too late.”

Along with other countries, Britain tightened regulations in December. But it was a controversial move, particularly because reports from South Africa, which was hit by Omicron the previous month, suggested that the variant seemed to cause less severe illness and hospitalization — a conclusion now supported by the experience of the United Kingdom and other places....

Eliminating mask mandates is schools is premature

The idea all children are vaccinated and not susceptible is ridiculous. The WHO and CDC are watching four sub variants for trends in infection and and adverse outcomes. That is not at all saying this is over.

Vaccines are nothing more than a nice idea at this point now that there are third level virus. Masks are one of the mainstays of preventing the spread. Eliminating a successful shield from infection with continued variants spinning out is somewhat irresponsible.

I would like to see statistics and scientific rational as to those stating end mask mandates.

Teaching today and tomorrow

Now I tell you, right?

I am having a great time with a magnificent group of students.

I just quickly noticed Omicron has four variants that are being tracked and one is a variant of concern.

Get the vaccine and boosters.

Get tested when needed.

Mask up!

Masks work.

Social distancing works.

Hand hygiene works, especially when touching the face.

This isn’t over!

DON’T MAKE IT WORSE!!!!!!!!!

NATO - Russia Founding Act

What is Russia ranting on about? And there may be a reason why Germany is lethargic about potential confrontation.

NATO-Russia Founding Act (click here)

A lot has changed since these agreements and I don't see the free will of the people within NATO reverting back to an agreement they obviously no longer value. But, why is Russia seeing this as justification for it's aggression in Ukraine?

NATO has no plans to invade Russia, so Russia needs to continue on a diplomatic path to end the tensions over this Founding Act. From what I read so far it doesn't sound like a permanent document so much as an abandoned process. The "Founding" of the title states this clearly is a beginning to the relations for PEACE and not further invasion or conflict.

There were updates to this Founding Act as late as 1997. There may be later onces that I have not seen yet.

On May 14, (click here) NATO Secretary General Solana and Russian Foreign Minister Primakov announced agreement on the text of the "Founding Act on Mutual Relations, Cooperation and Security between NATO and the Russian Federation," creating a new relationship between the Alliance and Russia. The Act has been referred to NATO countries and PresidentYeltsin for approval....

This was conducted in the Clinton years (click here) with a president that negotiated a peace agreement in the Dayton Peace Process and saved incalcuable lives. I sincerely doubt there was anything but a global peace on the minds of the Clinton Administration with the updated Founding Act. If I remember correctly, the Dayton process earned Former President Bill Clinton a nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize.

The Dayton process is still written about today.

Conflict Resolution: Lessons from the Dayton Peace Process (click here)

At no point in time should Russia believe NATO or the USA is not interested in peace. The current tensions in Ukraine stem from Russian aggression following deadly attacks at the Maidan in Ukraine and the abandonment of the Presidential Palace and office by Viktor Yanukovych. Certainly, since the Pro-Russia president abandoned Ukraine in fear of standing trial, Russia is not seeking to invade and take control of the entire country of Ukraine. To say this is a change in the posture of Ukraine in relation with Russia is not clearly defining this point in history.

Russia has a lot to explain to the Ukraine people for all these years of conflict and occupation. To call upon The Founding Act now hardly seems timely or appropriate. The recent history in Ukraine dictates a far different outcome than continued occupation and invasion tensions. Russia needs to work on trade relations with Ukraine and not invasion. The West is supposed to dump the Minsk Protocol (click here) in the nearest trash barrel? I think not.

The Helsinki Agreement (click here) was another process since the Founding Act.

Helsinki Final Act (click here)

But, as to the Founding Act (click here) :

There is great many meetings and agreements with Russia and the USA and NATO since the Founding Act was first signed. This demand by Russia to return to a founding document is somewhat odd and out of step with the progression of peace in the region of Ukraine. Putin must set aside is politics if his reason for aggression is within old documents and agreements. There is much to be discussed regarding the abandonment of all the documents since the Founding Act.

NATO and Russia do not consider each other as adversaries. They share the goal of overcoming the vestiges of earlier confrontation and competition and of strengthening mutual trust and cooperation. The present Act reaffirms the determination of NATO and Russia to give concrete substance to their shared commitment to build a stable, peaceful and undivided Europe,...

... the beginning of a fundamentally new relationship between NATO and Russia....

...Accordingly, NATO has radically reduced and continues the adaptation of its conventional and nuclear forces....

Nuclear disarmament in all forms of missiles is always a peace priority. France has aggressively worked to remove it's nuclear weapons from the map, but, when Russia is intent on using nuclear arms near NATO borders the disarmament process in France always takes a back seat. That is not the fault of NATO so much as Russian aggression.

I might add, the civil war in Eastern Ukraine would not exist if it wasn't for Russia's instigation.

To say Russia's focus is confusing is to eliminate all these countries willingness to see peace permanently between them.

The current tensions with Ukraine institgated by Russia is a problem to all these countries and why the UN Security Council was convened yesterday. Russia does not have the right to arbitrarily decide on the sovereign authority of independent countries and their people. There is no agreement that provides Russia with that right. Russia wants to use it's military power to decide the fate of innocent, AND I MIGHT ADD, neutrally aligned people of Ukraine.

There is a pivot point in 1997.

The NRC replaced the Permanent Joint Council (PJC), (click here) a forum for consultation and cooperation created by the 1997 NATO-Russia Founding Act.

Russia cannot arbitrarily decide to pick and choose documents for it's convenience. Russia was in agreement of that pivot point.

The collapse of the Soviet Union occurred long before 1997.

...On December 25, 1991, (click here) the Soviet hammer and sickle flag lowered for the last time over the Kremlin, thereafter replaced by the Russian tricolor. Earlier in the day, Mikhail Gorbachev resigned his post as president of the Soviet Union, leaving Boris Yeltsin as president of the newly independent Russian state....

All these agreements kept any other sovereign authority from invading Asia. The circumstances of the Soviet Union were allowed to unwind in peace. If it weren't for those agreements at the point of the fall of the Soviet Union, Russia might not even exist today. It could be said that at the fall of the Soviet Union all agreements were cancelled. That did not occur. No country on the face of Earth acted against old agreements, they left them in place with a willingness to continue those directives.

So, Russia has no right to decide in 2022 a return to an aggressive stance. There is no document providing that right. There is also no direct threat by any country on this globe to Russia. There is no reason for these events in recent years except Putin's politics.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, (click here) Angela Merkel, Emmanuel Macron and Vladimir Putin attend a press conference after a summit on Ukraine at the Élysée Palace in Paris, 9 December 2019.

No one wants agreements to fail. Everyone is seeking a strong peace resolution that permits trade and equality to all particpants. Putin needs to step back from the brink. NATO can't because Russia's obvious aggression is recognized and invites the NATO countries to support their treaty and sovereign borders.

The current peace process must continue and bring about a world secure from nuclear armaments.

Reiteration by NATO of aspects of its current defense policy and strategy, including the December 1996 statement that it has "no intention, no plan and no reason" to deploy nuclear weapons on the territory of new members including nuclear weapons storage sites.

The Act has no impact on NATO enlargement. That process is proceeding on schedule; NATO leaders at the Madrid summit in July will extend invitations to the first countries to begin accession talks. Those countries admitted will have the full rights and responsibilities of Alliance membership, and the door to membership will remain open to all emerging European democracies.

Why do the former Soviet Union states want to be a part of NATO? Because they are viewed as sovereign powers. On the contrary, Russia occupies countries and does not treat them as allies, so much as possessions. That is an alarming reality to the former Soviet States. They are self-governing without any authority over their sovereign leaders. There are very distinct reasons why NATO expanded to include more countries AT THE REQUEST of their SOVEREIGN AUTHORITIES.

Putin has no sway in this matter unless he invades and kills innocent and neutral people and their authorities.

This is an online article that begins to list the neurological symptoms post COVID-19 (click here).

The "thing" about the virus is that it is a large virus that damages the cell it is within as it exits due to a larger population of this large virus after replication. The exit of the viruses breaks open the cell walls. It is that damage to the cell wall and the cell content spilling into the blood stream that an anti-inflammatory response is generated. It is that response that also does a great deal of damage to the body in general.

The COVID virus is a very serious and dangerous virus. It should never be allowed to thought of frivilously.

This is not the article I read in the entry below.

Click here for the article where this table appears (click here).

Children get long COVID too, (click here) but researchers are still working to determine how frequently and how severely.

There needs to be a class action suit against Spotify and Joe Rogan.

I know people that listen to him and have become ill. No one I know has died because of that foolishness, but, they have been ill.

There is a study and I should post it here about the COVID virus and the brain. There are currently changes to the brain in suffers of the virus. No one has the answer as to the length of the brain insult or if it is permanent. I don't know of any brain tissue that regenerates. The nerves wrapped in white mylen/fatty insulation tissue (click here) also known as white matter in brain tissue, can see natural regeneration of nerve tissue along the myelin. The damage done by the COVID virus is in the gray matter.

There needs to be a conscience raising lawsuit that punishes media services willingly to cause harm to Americans and otherwise. It is only right the survivors of the Joe Rogan broadcast have their day in court.

I am familiar with the credentialed medical scientist that states medications NOT currently mainstream treatments can treat and cure the virus. That is very, very irresponsible. The USA waited a long time to have vaccines go through tests to bring some reassurances they would work and cause minimal or no damage to the human body. We invested heavily in these vaccines. We also invested in treatments for COVID. The treatments the medical scientist affiliated with Joe Rogan is advocating have never been tested. Besides that, it is far better to avoid any brain involvement by having vaccines on board that work.

This is an article from NPR, but, the study I read was based out of Great Britain as I remember. There are a lot of records of the people of Great Britain even though the country is smaller in population.

The study focused on brain scans of known suffers of COVID and with brain scans before the global pandemic. There were also brain scans of people uneffected both before and after the global pandemic. The study found that the "olfactory" nerves that lead to the temporal lobes carried the heaviest damage and the temporal lobes were damaged as well. There was some discussion, although not conclusive that I recall, of the hippocampus imbedded deep in the temporal lobes.

Hippocampus (click here) is a complex brain structure embedded deep into temporal lobe. It has a major role in learning and memory. It is a plastic and vulnerable structure that gets damaged by a variety of stimuli. Studies have shown that it also gets affected in a variety of neurological and psychiatric disorders.

The discussion of the hippocampus was believed to have been damaged as well as the nerves and temporal lobes. The investigation is to understand the brain fog post COVID recovery. Understanding brain damage can sometimes lead to effective treatment and restoration of function. These investigations are all very necessary.

So, media that believes they can exercise freedom of speech at any cost are grossly wrong in their lack of morality and regard for the human condition and the burden of society to provide for people permanently damaged and disabled. Joe Rogan has a very heavy burden as far as I am concerned as well as his guest speaker that never considered the METHODS of scientific investigation to bring SAFE treatments to people, so much as experimental ones. Results in a laboratory are not conclusive. Not at all.

The Republicans should be leading the charge to impeach Donald John Trump.

The January 6th committee's findings alone are reasons to impeach.

February 1, 2022
By Jamie Ross

Donald Trump’s doomed attempts to overturn his 2020 election (click here) defeat reportedly included a scheme to take control of voting machines in crucial swing states. A report from The New York Times reveals that Trump pressed his lawyer Rudy Giuliani to ask the Department of Homeland Security if it was legally possible for it to seize control of the machines, and also asked Attorney General William Barr if the Justice Department could carry out the same unprecedented task. The Times states that the Giuliani directive took place six weeks after the election, and the Barr meeting happened shortly before that. According to the report, Barr shot down the suggestion, while Giuliani did reach out to the DHS, only to be told he lacked the authority to take control of the voting machines. Trump’s advisers reportedly wrote two drafts of an executive order authorizing the military to oversee the seizure of the machines, at which point Giuliani is said to have abandoned the plans, and persuaded Trump that the military shouldn’t get involved....

Trump's Texas rally speech is also reasons for impeachment. Pardons are not for sale regardless what is being traded.

Unfortunately, Donald John Trump is using Texans for their extremism to win donations and votes. Many Texans absolutely hate the federal government and are extremist political right wingers so when they hear someone they agree with in a speech or rally, they gather around for the potential of being allowed to secede.

But, Trump's free wheeling speeches are proving more and more reasons why he should still be impeached. The Republicans need to lead the way to impeach and remove his ability to deal whatever power is left to him. In my opinion, if Republicans can't discern this simple level of impeachable offenses and act on it, they don't deserve their seat of power within our governance. It is a matter of honoring and upholding the USA Constitution, not politics.

Donald Trump on Saturday night (click here) positioned himself as a law-and-order hardliner who knew that the key to keeping the country safe was to direct the full might of the state at undocumented immigrants, potential criminals, and anyone else who did not storm the Capitol on Jan. 6.

Near the end of a meandering, 80-plus-minute address to a “Save America” rally crowd in Conroe, Texas, Trump dangled the possibility of pardons for the insurrectionists who participated in a deadly breach of the Capitol aimed at disrupting the peaceful transfer of power from one president to the next.

“If I run, and if I win, we will treat those people from Jan. 6 fairly. And if it requires pardons, we will give them pardons, because they are being treated so unfairly,” Trump told a massive crowd, claiming that many people had asked about it....

Why lockdowns are necessary? Besides obvious deaths of citizens, there is the insult to our goverance.

The overall line of duty deaths are up 55% (click here)

Ambush-style murders of police officers are up more than 300% from 6% in 2020, to 19% in 2021

Last year there was a 93% jump in officers being struck and killed while outside their vehicles

COVID, contracted in the line of duty, accounted for the most officer deaths: 301

This is hardly a grateful nation.

Given the very poor performance of the NFL in promoting "trust in the game" I think fans can question the outcomes.

Was someone holding back their best performance or was it just an honest outcome of the game?

Inglewood - The NFL is a multi-billion dollar enterprise.(click here) And in big business, it’s not the smartest or the richest or the oldest that wins. It’s the most aggressive.

The 49ers need to take note before it’s too late and their Super Bowl window closes.

On Sunday - in the weeks and months leading up to the NFC Championship Game — aggressiveness was the difference between the Rams going to the Super Bowl and the 49ers watching it at home like the rest of us....

End his career on a high note. Congratualtions Tom Brady.

When the NFL scandal broke about the manipuation of the game for profit and not sport, the players had to wonder if it was their reputation or that of the NFL on the playing field with odds leveraged on any one game. I am sure there are players that simply take the money and don't question the reason of their winning or losing, but, it seems to me Tom Brady took the scandals, both of the NFL and Robert Kraft to heart. He moved to another playing field, leading another group of football warriors. He won anyway. He brought the team of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a 31-9 blowout victory against the Kansas City Chiefs.

To say Tom Brady has a moral compass is an understatement. He is true blue American Hero to every one of his fans and those that paid the cost of a ticket to see him play. He gave it all his best and with the 2021 Superbowl Victory he nailed the right to be the greatest Quarterback of all time.

His retirement may be a relief to some, but, it is a loss to the game and he will be missed. I congratulate him and his family for staying true to the game.

There is responsbility that comes with profits from social media.

Despite efforts from social-media platforms to clean up their acts, false and abusive posts about prominent scientists lingers on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and Telegram. A study by international campaign group Avaaz looked at disinformation posted about three high-profile scientists: Anthony Fauci, head of the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases; German virologist Christian Drosten; and Belgian virologist Marc Van Ranst. Although all of the posts had been debunked by fact-checkers, online platforms had taken no action to address half of them. “Two years into the pandemic, even though they have made important policy changes, the platforms, and Facebook in particular, are still failing to take significant action,” says Luca Nicotra, a campaign director for Avaaz.

Mainstream news media must publish corrections, why is this not the case with social media?

28 January 2022
By Brian Owens

Online threats (click here) aimed at scientists has become a major problem during the COVID-19 pandemic. A survey by Nature last year found that many scientists who had spoken publicly about the disease had experienced attacks on their credibility or reputation, or had been threatened with violence. Some 15% had received death threats.

Nicotra and his colleagues looked at pandemic-related disinformation targeting three prominent scientists: Anthony Fauci, head of the US National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in Bethesda, Maryland; German virologist Christian Drosten; and Belgian virologist Marc Van Ranst. They checked posts across five social-media sites — Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and Telegram.

Between January and June 2021, the authors identified 85 posts across the platforms that contained disinformation targeting the scientists and their institutions, and that had been debunked by several fact-checking organizations. By late July 2021, when the study concluded, 49% of the posts were still live and had not been removed or labelled with a warning about the fact-checkers’ findings. The posts had collectively racked up nearly 1.9 million interactions.

The failure to label debunked disinformation is a problem, says Nicotra, because unlabelled posts get much more engagement than ones that are labelled. Labelling is a “very effective strategy” for fighting disinformation, Nicotra says. “Especially if users who have previously interacted with the content are also informed.”...

The social media came under scrutiny when it was discovered the extent Russia was effecting outcomes in an adverse way during the 2016 elections. The intelligence agencies have completed a rather important revamping of their surveillance to end such outside influence in elections and it is reported the 2020 elections were the most secure in the country's history.

That is wonderful, but, there are Americans using the former methodolgy to make money for elections. That method is intended to attract voters through very negative positions adverse to democracy. To state it is exploitive is an understatement. Such adverse methods can be said, in the case of COVID-19 and it's variants, to cause illness and death. That is not even close to an ethical standard.

The media industy has ethical standards focused on the right of the media and its journalists. Can we say social media is a recognized method of journalism or is it simply tabloid content? Either way, doesn't it fall under the auspices of journalism?

The problem with social media is responsibility for it's content. Who is responsible ultimately and how does the media industry recognize freedom of speech within the concept of social media? What are the values of such content in the USA today and is it valuable to our society and our democracy?

I think the media industry has the right and responsibility to propose ethical content for social media and advocate for ethical standards with state legislators and Congress. Some of that guidance can also come from the intelligent agencies of the USA.

Currently, social media is a bit of a demon among Americans, including the self-image of young girls (click here).

“We make body image issues worse for one in three teen girls. ”This blunt acknowledgment appeared in an internal Facebook presentation on Instagram’s effects on its millions of young users. But it never appeared where anyone else could see it, until being published as part of a recent Wall Street Journal investigation....

The Washington Post frames some of the maladies of social media as a mental health issue. I tend to agree. Now, "Nature" a semi-professional journal has published an article about the vitally important work of our scientists and their role in our society to end the problems with a virus that should have been contained two years ago.

Recently, Dr. Fauci testified before Congress bringing his very serious reality to the US Senate panel in the way of a profound and real threat to his life and danger to his family. That was not a mental health issue, that was a person DRIVEN TO BELIEVE Dr. Fauci was causing harm and killing people. The man with a gun was influenced by social media. His social media exposure is more than a mental health issue, it is a transformative act to motivate him to take up a deadly weapon and kill. He thought in his sincerest opinion he was acting out of morality. That is not a simple social media post, it is highly dangerous to our society and intended to motivate people in a method that appears to be moral. In fact, the morality is an indoctrination to violence for the purpose of destroying our democracy.

This is extremely bad considering there are local officials that have resigned from their offices because of very real death threats. Before this disasterous method of raising political funds and spurring people to vote, it was an honor to be elected and those taking office esteemed to their ability to govern. That has all been erased. The honor is now a horror and adverse to our country's governance.

Social media content MUST be viewed as a media posting with responsiblity that must reflect truth. That sort of posting should be monitored and monitored closely for action to remove such lies and dangerous motivations.

Freedom of speech is not absolute and to that reality media organizations work very hard to maintain integrity and ethics in order to deserve that priviledge granted by Freedom of Speech. Social media does not carry out that level of integrity or ethics.

As a woman that has valued the woman's movement to remove dangerous stigma from our society it was gratifying to have "Barbie" look normal as a reflection of a healthy appearance. That level of change in a society is hard fought for and comes with personal sacrifice to carry out writing campaigns and research to support such movements. To think one social media site can dismantle decades of struggle in such a short period of time is simply outrageous.

That same outrage belongs to this article in "Nature" that brings focus to the very problem we are having in citizens acting in their own worst interest. Scientists dedicated to protecting human life are being degraded and their importance destroyed by random know-nothings and it is working.

There is no editor looking at the social content for facts and shutting down runaway social media that causes profound harm and in the case of the virus deaths. There has to be a change in these platforms and it must take place quickly to bring about an end to the disinformation and an elevation of authority that matters. Not every decision by these scientists have to be understood, but, simply followed. Some aspects of their decisions can't be explained, but, only peer reviewed.

The adverse influence in our American society must be stopped and sanity and safety returned. Our hospitals are not able to handle the assault by these media platforms. It must change.

I congratulate the Irish fishermen in their diplomacy. Absolutely magnificent.

It is wonderful to see these types of concessions by a major power that quite literally terrified the people of Ireland. There is a new trust for these people. At least for now.

Irish fishermen have seen more success. (click here)

Russia said it would relocate naval exercises scheduled to take place off Ireland’s southern coast beginning Feb. 3 following an outcry from local fishermen, who had pledged to protest the exercises and launched a diplomatic campaign to convince Russia to change course.

Yuri Filatov, the Russian ambassador to Ireland, said in a news release Saturday that Russia’s defense minister had decided, “as a gesture of goodwill,” to move the military exercises outside of Ireland’s exclusive economic zone “with the aim not to hinder fishing activities by the Irish vessels in the traditional fishing areas.”...

Russia (click here) has begun moving troops to Ukraine’s northern neighbour Belarus for joint military exercises, in a move likely to increase fears in the west that Moscow is preparing for an invasion.

I should have answered my own question.

The fact is that COVID-19 and delta and omicron have a death rate of 1.19 percent of all cases of all ages.

But, what would the country look like with a spike in cases of the deadliest form of the virus, and not just Boston?

It would be a plague.

The country may very well lose all purpose in it's government. The United States of America would fall due to the loss of civlized society whereby the authority is correct and best in determining the way forward.

If the loss of life were that enormous it wouldn't be safe to be in public. What would happen to the hospitals? They would be laid bare of staff and treatment. There would be little ability to carry out day to day lives. Where would the food be distributed? Would the farmers be able to process their grains because the factories would be empty?

In the immediate terms there would be survivers hold up in their own homes. But, in the long term? They would have far shorter longevity without the benefit of a society to assist in their regular health needs.

All the complaining around schooling of children is so stupid compared to the outcomes of ultimately having them ill, maimed or dead. Those with long term COVID would perish in the wake of the most dealy wave of the virus. They are, from what I can tell, completely disabled from normalcy and in need of regular medical care.

That viral wave in Boston is probably the least worse of the country. Boston is a sophisticated city with people that care about each other and bond over social activity. If one places Boston as the city with the best outcome the rest of the country will lay in devastation and there would be little to no ability to call out the National Guard or the military to end the confusion of life turned on it's head.

The allies would not be able to do anything because they are somewhat better off with citizens reasonably cautious. They would survive better than the people of the USA. Their leadership is still regarded as important and vital. They would be in better condition.

There is just no reason to be to the extreme right in the USA. It is a very dangerous and deadly place to be. Americans need to reclaim their sanity and return to reasonable activity to end the POTENTIAL of the next variant ever being given a chance to develop. I do not write this lightly. It is exceptionally alarming to me to realize such a potent wave as omicron ever existed.

This graph absolutely terrifies me.

This is what a level three virus looks like (click here).

I was looking through my entires here and my notes...

....and besides the climate I can't think of any other issue so threatening than Omicron.

The graph from Boston will be up at 8:35 pm and it is one of the most terrifying graphs that I would not have imagined in a million years. We have never in recent history faced a global pandemic. This is the first time in my lifetime it ever occurred.

What I know about viruses is perhaps a little more than most laymen that pay attention. This graph as I look at it and realize the number of people this level three virus has been exposed to only makes me worried for the next one. If omicron is any indication of the ability of this mRNA to mutate to become more prolific in it's attack on people, the American people must take this more seriously.

This virus, if in a new mutated form makes a nearly invisible appearance, the people exposed in Boston could be facing a killer virus.

BA2 is an omicron virus variant (click here). It is nearly invisible to scientists and medical investigators. We know the path this virus is headed and it is not encouraging to be loose and fast with protections.

This global pandemic was introduced to the American people completely wrong. It was minimized to promote a strong Wall Street and keep people spending. There were all sorts of wild ideas outside of mainstream medicine introduced as a potential and legitmate treatment. It was all quackery.

The protests about restrictions is all quackery. All of it. There is no legitimate complaint. The lawsuits and Supreme Court decisons regarding masks and vaccines are all quackery. All of it.

That graph from Boston is pure genius to have begun to record it in the beginning. But, it tells the tale of a virus that is mastering it's victims and there is no predicting the outcomes. There is very little treatment that works against omicron because it has mastered the human immune system.

If there is one issue facing Americans today to consider with greater brevity than online schooling and delayed acceleration in home studies, it is this virus and it's potential to destroy all we have worked as a nation to build.

The USA is out of control. It lacks a moral compass. The people must take seriously the words spoken to them by authorities. The authorities care and want people safe.

I can honestly say this is the one problem that face Americans that has the potential to be a greater danger than the climate crisis in the immediate future. If that graph from Boston were of a killer virus, what would Boston look like today?

Americans need to grow up and fast

Good night.

Why obey ethical standards and licensure laws when so much money can be made with the politically oppressed?

There are so many questions that come to mind. Like, what inspired a police officer and pediatric nurse practioner such a scheme? Were they caught within their own political oppression and needed a way to make it all work? Were they actually vaccinated? What mass spreading events occurred because of greed? How fast can the State of New York shut down this contaminated pediatric clinic?

Amazing the lack of morality that exists with permission because of wayward political dogma. In some circles I am sure these two are heroes and that is only the scarey part.

A Long Island pediatric nurse practitioner (click here) and her employee are accused of making $1.5 million from selling fake COVID-19 vaccine cards, and her NYPD officer husband is reportedly facing an internal probe for his potential involvement.

Nurse practitioner Julie DeVuono, 49, who owns Wild Child Pediatrics Healthcare on Long Island, and her employee Marissa Urraro, 44, a practical nurse, are accused of selling fake vaccination cards after undercover detectives obtained one 'on one or more occasions.'

DeVuono allegedly charged $220 for adults and $85 for children to enter falsified information to the New York State Immunization Information System - reportedly making $1.5 million in just three months, according to CBS New York....

This is the reality of capitalism in the free world. Death means nothing and money is everything. It is a very sad situation in the world, when icons of health, such as Mr. Fox, are corrupted with power that serves no one well.

Thousands of protesters (click here) gathered in Canada’s capital on Saturday to protest vaccine mandates, masks and lockdowns.

Some parked on the grounds of the National War Memorial, others carried signs and flags with swastikas and the statue of Canadian hero Terry Fox was defaced, sparking widespread condemnation.

“Parking on this sacred ground that includes the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier was a sign of complete disrespect,” Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson tweeted.

Protestors compared vaccine mandates to fascism, one truck carried a Confederate flag and many carried expletive-laden signs targeting Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

The statue of Fox, a national hero who lost a leg to bone cancer as a youngster, then set off in 1980 on a fundraising trek across Canada, was draped with a upside down Canadian flag with a sign that said “mandate freedom.”...
