Japanese need better communication…

…about the earthquake warning issued by the meteorological office. Japan’s president is staying in the country and passing on an Asian summit in anticipation of the earthquake.

If evacuations are necessary they should start now. There are the issues of nuclear plants. Also boats in the area may need warning. No one wants any people to die when it can be prevented.

Perhaps USGS needs to chime in and even speak to the Japanese people.
