A very clear example of how "Trickle Down" fails the USA was exhibited during the BP Deepwater Disaster.

The south is heavily invested in "Trickle Down." It shows. Kindly remember the south of the USA has the highest maternal death rates, rates of impoverishment and highest drop out rates.

When the Deepwater sunk, it killed eleven people, but, it also destroyed the 'service industry' that went along with it. The so called companies that serviced the petroleum industry in the Gulf of Mexico are primarily impoverished people. These folks were barking at the heels of the Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal to open the waters again so they could go back to work and not just in collecting oil, but, in service to other oil rigs.

We got a first hand look at the petroleum service industry run by independent companies of the USA. They were on food stamps and Medicaid. Just so the southern Governors realize what successful independent companies are, THAT AIN'T IT.

Trickle Down Economics create abject poverty. Trickle Down Economics is corporate welfare. No different than Walmart and it's pay rates to employees.

Here is the difference between the north and the south. In the north it is hard to break into a new independent business. It takes investment and meeting all kinds of regulations to protect the public. There are sometimes bonds that have to be filed.

But, in the south, all anyone needs is a vacuum cleaner, a broom (preferably Swiffer), some clean rags and a can of Pledge. The ads on Craigslist are free.
