Governors in the potential path of Hurricane Harvey need to alert the cities of what might be a very dangerous storm. The Gulf and the troposphere is too hot to take a chance.

Being alert is in the best interest of public safety.

Authorities should monitor Harvey carefully through the night and into early tomorrow morning to be sure to know people are safe.

That is my estimate and I am sticking to it. I don't want Harvey to be a monster the second it hits the Gulf waters and be an unexpected disaster.
