The more I think about it, the more the outline is SOP for Republicans. Republicans don't write laws, they field ideas and let the electorate write laws. So right now there is a back woodsman in North Carolina saying, "I don't need health insurance, just give me a gallon of pitch and some cobwebs and everything will be fine. What was good enough for my Daddy is good enough for me."

This is fine. Just give the Republicans long enough and they'll hang themselves. We just have to make sure they don't hang the country with them.
