There could up to or somewhat more than 4000 worker deaths by the time the World Cup comes around again.

...Workers (click here) are dying over there, more than 200 from Nepal alone in 2013, with more than 4,000 migrant workers projected to die in Qatar by the time the football cathedrals and palaces are in place....

If Qatar wanted to host the world games I am sure they would have taken into account the heat that would accompany such an event. I am also fairly sure Qatar can afford indoor air conditioned stadiums powered by solar and/or wind. So, this may be quite a wonderful event for the World Cup, but, they need oversight to the project because the workers constructing the venues are in peril.
