Can you subpoena these things for a divorce proceedings?

Or is this like not admissible in court because it is against the law for recording without notification? I want to know. This mess doesn't have any clout in court, does it?

This is pure surveillance for the sake of surveillance. That is all this is. I suppose Google, Facebook, Apple and others already use this for marketing purposes. Heck, I know they do.

I suppose if the Press and their coveted intelligence leaks were going to try to scare the public into sympathy they had to break this before Ambassador Rice took the office at the NSA, otherwise they would have been diminished in their antics as "niger haters."

Do you think I was born yesterday? If you did? You were "W"rong.

• Companies deny any knowledge of program in operation since 2007
