So what is the problem? Certainly something serious. It isn't another South Carolina Governor problem now is it? When his spouse received a lot of support from the women's community of politics she did fine. This is very sad news.

Karyn Frist filed for divorce from former U.S. Sen. Bill Frist last Friday due to irreconcilable differences.
Along with the divorce complaint, the former senator responded in his own filing that he “admits, with sadness, that irreconcilable differences have arisen between the parties that will prevent them from living together as Husband and Wife.”
Both sides agreed upon a “marital dissolution agreement.” The two married in 1981 in Lubbock, Texas.
Bill First represented Tennessee in the U.S. Senate from 1995 to 2007. He was the Senate Majority Leader from 2003 to 2007.
