Let's give credit where credit is due.

Former President Clinton said 'Sterling." Yes? Yes.

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by mass of silver and 7.5% by mass of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925.
Fine silver (99.9% pure) ...

Sterling Silver isn't even a commodity.

Purity: .999+ (pure) Silver price : $29.56 / troy ounce

Doesn't come close to the commodity price of gold or platinum of which I am sure Romney has significant quantities of considering he closed out all his foreign investments last year and hasn't done a darn thing in generating investments in the USA.

Now if the former President really meant and this is quoting Merrium-Webster
": conforming to the highest standard".

You betcha. Romney made money had over fist at Bain and a sterling career as a wealth merchant is definitely in his resume.

So, the former President is absolutely correct, if parents what their children to grow up to be a ruthless venture capitalist, Willard Mitt Romney is your man and role model!
