The assassinations that occurred in Arizona were unlike any murders before.

This was not an attack by the likes of Timothy McVeigh motivated by hatred of the government attacking a government building.  This attach was not like that of the unibomber chosing his victims based on deep seated hatred.  This attack was not predatory in the way the Zodiac killer carried out his murdering spree.

This attack on innocent people was the work of a angry and hatefilled political party that would like it all to go away, but, it won't.  Not this time.  The work of the Murdoch media has killed in the past.  George Tiller is dead because of the rantings of the people at Murdoch media networks.  They may not have their triggers on the finger, but, they certainly supply the ammunition.

There were targets over US Congressmen and Congresswomen on another website affiliated with Murdoch.  When is the FCC going to recognize hate and hate mongering and stop calling it freedom of speech.  A person is not allowed to scream fire in a theater causing fear, panic and injury because when that word is uttered the results are already known.

What occurred in Arizona was due to the political dedication of a misguided man intent on carrying out the deaths of people attending a Democratic gathering.  A gathering intended to relieve the burden of citizens of traveling any distance at their own expense to 'be heard.'  The words the people at the Democratic Gathering are now silenced.  What about THAT freedom of speech?  What about the freedom of speech we will no longer hear?

What occurred in Arizona was more than a 'nut case' with a gun.  It was an assault on the First Amendment.  The freedom to assemble, solicite the government for grievances and the freedom of speech.  It was intended to silence the citizen and inflict fear beyond the assassinations themselves.

Today there are people silenced and unable to carry out their constitutional rights because a man decided it was his duty to kill 'a nation of terrorists.'  Those words, 'a nation of terrorists' comes directly from the political influence of the Right Wing Media, their attacks upon the President placing a 'Muslim Overlay' to his identity and removing the respect due him.

There is no way the Right Wing Media and their hate speech is going to be viewed as mirely 'their right to freedom of speech' while they turn this country into a blood bath.  It is time they are held responsible for their hate mongering along with the pawns that have and intend to carry out the violence.

The assassinations that occurred in Arizona yesterday were spawned by 'Infotainment.'  There needs to be severe penalites for the media for 'lies' and 'spin' within political content.

Until tomorrow.
