Northern Hemisphere Jet Stream across North America returns to dominance.
Noted the Global Warming dominance of the planet has not diminished with heat concentrations now over Antarctica Ice Cap as it is summer there. This brief phenomina is encouraging but will not sustain as solar migration north returns. The concentrated effort of carbon dioxide reduction at the lower troposphere has returned some function to the Jet Stream and is encouraging for future trends.
