No other country is reporting those levels of percentages. I have been in five states in the past week and the further south I traveled the more cars on the road and people milling about in public areas. Everything north of the Virginia southern border was desolate. The majority of vehicles north of Virginia's southern border were trucks and below Virginia's southern border passenger vehicles.
People in the states where governors were lax in instituting social distancing orders aren't at all concerned about contracting the virus or protecting from it's spread. They believe they are not going to see the problem other areas of the country have experienced. This isn't over.
