The stepfather (click here) of Sean Collier submitted a
victim impact statement Wednesday in the obstruction of justice case
against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev’s college friend.
Joseph W. Rogers wrote the murder of his
stepson, an MIT police officer, by the Tsarnaev brothers “could
absolutely have been prevented” after the Boston Marathon bombings if
the defendant, Dias Kadyrbayev, did the “right thing.”
