When people listen to a speech by the current president, what tone does he ALWAYS take?

What 'style' of respect does he elicit to the audience?

Is there respect to the listener when these Neocons speak?

Or, is there simply direction to their speeches?

"NOW, YOU LISTEN TO ME YOU LITTLE BRAT."

Do women feel respected when they are 'talked down to' by a power figure such as this?

Or do they feel put in their place?

George Walker Bush speaks as a parent to a child in all his speeches. There is no respect by either he or Richard Cheney of any listener.
