Two Free Press documentaries have just debuted on Amazon's streaming service. (click here)

“Accidental Activists: One Couple’s Journey to the U.S. Supreme Court,” followed the story of April DeBoer and Jayne Rowse, a Michigan couple who fought the constitutional amendment that prohibited same-sex couples from marrying. Their case became an accelerant that would result in the Supreme Court legalizing same-sex marriage across the country in June 2015.

The film, directed by Free Press photographer Mandi Wright, premiered at the 2016 Freep Film Festival and went on to play film festivals around the country.

“Flint: An American Nightmare” is a documentary short that explores the Flint water crisis and the toll it has taken on residents of the iconic Michigan city.

The film debuted at the 2016 Freep Film Festival and was directed by Free Press staffers Brian Kaufman and Ryan Garza.

The documentaries are now available for streaming at Amazon Prime Video and are free for Amazon Prime members. Nonmembers can rent them for $2.99 (HD) or $1.99 (SD) each. "Accidental Activists" can be accessed here. "Flint: An American Nightmare" can be found here.....

This access is really important as the USA enters into the reality that their water and air are not protected as promised.

When you call (click here) the city of Melvindale’s Department of Water and Public Works these days, you’ll hear a message that goes like this:

“If you’re calling regarding recent lead sampling results for the city of Melvindale, please note that the water supply we are provided from Great Lakes Water [Authority] is safe. This applies to properties that have lead service lines going into their home.”...

UAW leadership needs to speak to the public about their contract and what brought the settlement. Everyone is happy for the UAW today.

Romulus, Mich. — General Motors workers (click here) approve new contract, ending 40-day strike that crippled the automaker’s U.S. production.

Picket lines will end immediately, and skilled trades workers will begin restarting factories that were shuttered when 49,000 workers walked out on Sept. 16. Some production workers could return Friday night.

Earlier reports on Friday said that striking workers at two large GM factories, including one with the most employees in the U.S., approved a new contract with the company, all but assuring the deal would be ratified.

Production workers at GM’s SUV plant in Arlington, Texas, voted 78% in favor, while skilled trades voted 60% for the contract. Arlington is the United Auto Workers union’s largest GM local, representing more than 5,000 people. Vote totals weren’t given. Also, workers at an assembly plant in Wentzville, Missouri, near St. Louis approved the deal Friday with 63.5% of production workers and 69.9% of skilled trades in favor.

About 49,000 workers walked off their jobs Sept. 16, halting production at more than 30 U.S. factories and hampering it in Mexico and Canada due to parts shortages. Analysts estimate the strike cost GM more than $2 billion....

This report is a source of "the truth." Robert S. Mueller, III is not capable of lying. It started with a lawful order and remains a source of the activities of the Trump Campaign during the 2016 elections. Because there was no outright charges of conspiracy, it doesn't mean it wasn't entertained.

Crimes require a high bar of proof, ethics, on the other hand, does not.

Natalia Veselnitskaya is a lobbyist in DC for Russia. Got that? Russia sends lobbyists to the USA Capital to undo American law. The Magnitsky Act is USA legislation and her sole responsibility is to undo it. Excuse me? What is she doing in DC in the first place?

What do lobbyists of any vernacular bring to DC to entice lawmakers? Money and plenty of it. What was she doing in Washington DC when she is a KNOWN SUBVERSIVE?

Russian lawyer who met with Donald Trump Jr. and other top Trump campaign officials in June 2016 is a white-collar defense attorney, former prosecutor, and prominent advocate for the repeal of the 2012 Magnitsky Act, a US law that blacklists Russians suspected of human-rights abuses....

5. June 9, 2016 Meeting at Trump Tower

On June 9, 2016, senior representatives of the Trump Campaign met in Trump Tower with a Russian attorney expecting to receive derogatory information about Hillary Clinton from the Russian government. The meeting was proposed to Donald Trump Jr. in an email from Robert Goldstone, at the request of his then-client Emin Agalarov, the son of Russian real-estate developer Aras Agalarov. Goldstone relayed to Trump Jr. that the “Crown prosecutor of Russia . . . offered to provide the Trump Campaign with some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia” as “part of Russia and its government’s support for Mr. Trump.” Trump Jr. immediately responded that “if it’s what you say I love it,” and arranged the meeting through a series of emails and telephone calls.

As a point of interest, Maria Butina, the Russian that pumped money to Republican candidates through the NRA is out of the USA.

Washington - Maria Butina, j(click here) the young firearms advocate and covert Russian agent who tried to infiltrate conservative Republican circles during the 2016 presidential campaign, is headed back to her home country after serving 15 months in prison for conspiring to act as a foreign agent.

Ms. Butina, 30, was released from federal prison on Friday into the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the agency in charge of deportations. An agency spokeswoman declined to give details about the timing of her removal, citing agency policy....

Tried? Are you serious? What is this be nice to Republicans day? She was involved with Republican circles up to her eyeballs. Wanna see the pictures, including the Governor of Wisconsin, Scott what's his name.

There are also two special reports in "Haaretz" (click here) regarding the Pittsburgh massacre that occurred on Trump's watch. If anyone wants to understand the trauma running through the Jewish community both in Israel and in the USA and probably Europe as well, subscribe to Haaretz. It is more important than ever for Americans to stay current with Israel's trauma brought on by a spineless USA president.

There are memorials across the USA for Pittsburgh as well as in Israel. This is a very difficult time for Israel and it's diaspora, we need to stay informed and involved. NATO is discussing engaging the Middle East for the first time as an alliance. Trump has created a disaster.

But, to return to the Special Counsel's Report. The Maginsky Act will stand forever. It protects lives. From the same article noted above.

...Most notably, Veselnitskaya represented Denis Katsyv, the son of a senior government official and owner of Russian real estate firm Prevezon, which was sued in 2013 by then-Manhattan US Attorney Preet Bharara on charges of laundering money in a massive Russian government tax scam.

The scam is also known as the Magnitsky affair, named after Sergei Magnitsky, a Russian lawyer for American investment fund manager Bill Browder who is widely believed to have been tortured and killed in a Russian prison after exposing the $230 million fraud.

After Magnitsky's death, Browder sought justice for his former attorney in the US and Europe and, in 2012, Congress passed the Magnitsky Act, which froze the assets of and denied visas to 44 Russian businessmen believed to have been involved in Magnitsky's death....

...Since then, Katsyv and Veselnitskaya have persistently lobbied for the repeal of the Magnitsky Act. Katsyv registered a nonprofit in Delaware called the Human Rights Accountability Global Initiative Foundation in February 2016, the stated aim of which is to overturn the adoption ban. Veselnitskaya, who represents HRGIF, has also helped organize screenings of an anti-Magnitsky film that casts doubt on both Browder's claims and Magnitsky's findings and promotes Putin's stance....

The United States of America took a stand against the Russian establishment that killed one of their own. He was arrested, jailed and tortured by any standard known to civilization until he died. He should be alive today, carrying out his work and loving his family, but, some people in Russia took a disliking to him and the worse possible end to his life occurred. The death of Sergei Magnitsky was a human rights violation. The legislation is important and continues to serve to act against barbarous acts like the death of Jamal Khashoggi.

The United States of America believes in human life, dignity and the right for all people to be happy. These men's lives were snuffed out because of brutal leaders of countries that have accumulated and continue to accumulate human rights violations.

By the way, Russia is sending more troops to the northern border of Syria to usher the Kurds from the region. On one hand, it is an atrocity by any definition, especially considering Trump secretly agreed to a plan hatched in 2017; but; perhaps the Russian troops will at least keep the Kurds alive.

Sergei Magnitsky (click here) was a 37 year-old tax lawyer and auditor who worked for the Moscow legal and audit firm, Firestone Duncan. He was married and a father of two.
Sergei was born in Odessa, Ukraine in 1972, and emigrated with his family at the age of 9 to Southern Russia. As a child Sergei loved to read. On family vacations, while the rest of the family and friends would be splashing in the sea, Sergei would sit under a tree with a book. His studiousness was quickly recognized and at the age of 15, he won the Republican Physics and Mathematics Olympiad. When he was 18, he moved to Moscow and attended the prestigious Plekhanov Institute.

Sergei was brilliant, in a quiet way....

Rob Goldstone (click here) was a little-known publicist until this weekend, when The
New York Times reported that he helped set up a meeting last year between Donald Trump Jr. and a Russian lawyer promising damaging info about Hillary Clinton. Monday night the Times added reporting that Goldstone told Trump Jr. that "the material was part of a Russian government effort to aid his father's candidacy."

Now Goldstone, the co-founder of Oui 2 PR -- which refers to itself on Facebook as a "boutique entertainment company offering a full range of music management, public relations, event planning, creative marketing services" -- is all over the news. So Ad Age made this handy diagram about the man and just about everyone his PR shop touches, from President Trump to Betty White. Click a name to jump to the key info below....

Sorry, while the legal requirements of a conspiracy was not met according to the Mueller Standard, there are just too many people involved for it not to be a conspiracy. When the FBI started asking questions, handing out subpoenas and taking depositions everyone lawyered up and they were able to dispell the conspiracy to keep them out of trouble. That is what happened to the counterintelligence litigation.

A report from CNN states the US House Democrats have chalked up another victory in court and the DOJ has to submit the Grand Jury files to Congress (click here).

I think this is the first time Jr. enters the report. Now, this is interesting and even covert so that law enforcement would not detect it.

Jr. and his family are in the resort business, right? They employ entertainment for their hotels and casinos, so it is only natural Jr. would be in touch with people like Rob Goldstone, a man that handles talent, yes?

Rob Goldstone is contacted by a Russian entertainer by the name of Emin. Emin is that guy with the wealthy oligarch Russian father, Aras Agalarov. We know Emin from his videos while he was trying to make it big in the USA. So, Vladimir puts a condition to Aras in that Emin is the best agent to make contact with the Trump Campaign because it won't cause suspicion. That is the way the Russians do things. The wealthy oligarchs are in Putin's back pocket and Putin, former KGB thinks up schemes to sink The West. So, in this case Putin thought it best to deal his hand through a Russian oligarch real estate broker with a son involved in entertainment, hence Rob Goldstone. Now, I don't know about you, but, that sounds like a conspiracy to me. The question is, "Will the American, this time Jr., succumb to temptation as Putin is dealing it out? That is the real question. If there is a conspriacy, it is passed through Goldstone and will Putin get his wish and Jr. be as corrupt as dear old Dad?

So, Goldstone, being no fool, flat out states he has been contacted by someone with information from the “Crown prosecutor of Russia" who has dirt on Hillary Clinton he would like to share with the Trump Campaign.

Now, think about that a minute.

Goldstone tells Jr. he has an offer from the Russians. Goldstone is not pretending to be in touch with a crooner that wants to make it big in the USA or his father, an oligarch real estate magnate; he has information served straight up by the head law guy in Russia. Goldstone is not going to pretend to hide the fact this is the Russians calling. Why? Because he doesn't want to be involved in a cover-up. Goldstone ain't stupid and something tells me he has been around the block with Trump several times before. Goldstone knows how people get pinned with Trump wrongdoings.

Russian President Vladimir Putin (R) greets Prosecutor General Yury Chaika as he arrives for a meeting with regional officials in the Kremlin in Moscow January 31, 2013.

July 12, 2017

In emails (click here) he releasedon Tuesday by Donald Trump Jr., the president’s eldest son and former campaign surrogate, Rob Goldstone, a former British tabloid journalist, told Trump Jr. that “the Crown prosecutor of Russia met with … Aras [Agalarov] this morning and in their meeting offered to provide some official documents and information that would incriminate Hillary and her dealings with Russia and would be very useful to your father.” Which raises the question, who is “the Crown prosecutor of Russia”?...

There is no such person as the "Crown Prosecutor of Russia," except, when Goldstone is trying to impress a Trump. I am sure he told Emin he would do his level best to have the Trump Campaign meet with the Russians, so he dressed up the title to the General Prosecutor.

Now, the question still remains will the American, Jr., take the bait? And he does. Jr. agrees to meet with the Russians and where; in Trump Tower. Right there in the light of day, just like dear old Dad.

Jr. doesn't even give one degree of hesitance, he states he loves it if it lives up to his expectations. This is a conspiracy. Jr. clearly has no reservations about dealing with Russians who can bring the gravity of a sovereign state against the opposition candidate, Hillary Clinton. This violates campaign finance laws because Jr. is expecting something of value. Quid Pro Quo. The Trump Campaign is to receive something of value, the other question is what do the Russians expect in return? What do they expect in return? Well, we know now, today; they expected state secrets delivered when Comey was fired, an end to the Russian investigation and a continued list of capitulations from Trump when president that would end where; with the surrender of the USA to Putin?

There is no doubt that the Russians planned to give Jr. something of value in exchange for lots and lots of favors from Trump, including ending the Magnitsky Act, when he became president. Unfortunately, the "lawyered up" members of the Campaign and otherwise put gaps in Robert Mueller's plans to indict a group of conspirators. Mueller didn't do badly though, he nailed 12 Russians who's case was dismissed later by Bill Barr as AG of the USA. No doubt it was dismissed as a favor to Trump and after all how could 12 Russians be involved if there was no reason to file an order in the first place, right? HOWEVER, Barr was far too eager to please Trump and that case was dismissed before Barr's investigation in Italy was even considered a criminal issue.

The pieces of the puzzle to me are all too clear and Trump and his hencemen continue to trip all over themselves in trying to sabotage the next 2020 election.

So, that concludes that paragraph analysis. I think. Let me read it one more time.

That should do it. The entire PROOF of this one paragraph will now be transferred to the US House to support their future proceedings if they need it after the judicial decision today. The PROOF comes in the way of emails and phone calls. Sounds like proof to me.

Let me say this at this point. Let's just say the order to begin the Russian investigation is bogus. It isn't, but, for the sake of argument let's say it is. Does anyone think for one minute that the entire of this report is nonsense. There is PROOF. That is the way Mueller works. He doesn't play around. Barr, trying to be Trump's defense attorney believes he can erase all this by playing with the past. You've got to be joking. This PROOF ain't goin' anywhere. There is overwhelming PROOF/EVIDENCE that is to voluminous to ignore, especially by history.

I am going to take a short break. This is one paragraph, it is going to take a while.

continued in next entry - thank you
I really don't want to hear squat from John Dunham or Bill Barr. The Special Counsel was established by order of the DOJ. The authority begins and ends there. There is no basis for an investigation.

Trump doesn't care about the rules, human life and will milk anyone for a buck.

Was this meeting paid for by the USA government as well? If ever there was going to be a communist party president in the USA, Trump is it. Israel is reeling at Trump's abandonment of the Middle East. He may be the White Supremacist that will abandon Israel.

President Donald Trump speaks during a dinner with business leaders at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, N.J., Aug. 7, 2018.

New Jersey officials (click here) are moving to revoke the liquor license at one of President Donald Trump’s golf clubs, which they say continued to serve a man who was already intoxicated and got into a fatal car crash shortly after leaving the club in 2015.

If successful, the move, first reported by The Washington Post, would be a financially damaging blow to the club, in Colts Neck, depriving it of the ability to meet the needs of thirsty golfers coming off the course and wedding parties eager to celebrate into the night.

The potential punishment is described in an Oct. 21 letter sent to the golf club by the office of the New Jersey attorney general, Gurbir Grewal, who was appointed to the position last year by Gov. Philip D. Murphy, a Democrat....

Conway denies "threats" regardless of the proof in a transcript. The "Washington Examiner" is usually conservative-friendly. This is a surprise. Perhaps the conscience of the conservative is finally waking up to the reality the USA has a problem with Trump. How does she become a "counselor" without a license? The title "Counselor" implies certain qualifications. George Conway is a lawyer, but, Kelly?

October 25, 2019

Washington - Counselor to the president Kellyanne Conway (click here) addressed a fiery conversation she had with a Washington Examiner reporter when she spoke to the press on the White House lawn Friday morning.

“I never threatened anyone. Don’t use those words,” said Conway of her conversation with the reporter that took place Tuesday evening.

The Examiner published a transcript on Thursday night showing Conway repeatedly telling Caitlin Yilek, of the Washington Examiner, that the White House might look into the reporter’s “personal life.”

Conway called Yilek because she was angry about an article the reporter wrote on Tuesday that mentioned her husband, George Conway, a prominent critic of President Trump on Twitter. During the conversation, Conway accused Yilek of “trying to undercut another woman based on who she’s married to.”

Near the end of the phone call, Conway suggested the White House might look into other people’s lives....
