The Insurrectionist president

Trump has openly stated as a matter of public record he wants to replace the presidency with an autocrat, a king. That has to become part of legal proceedings before the courts.

For some strange reason the election acted like a cleansing transformation. Trump has not changed simply because he lied his way into office. His intentions are the same. He is an insurrectionist through and through. 

Yet.

The legal paths are being civilized when he is not.

Forget Bondi, she is a corrupted lawyer with a Florida license that practiced racketeering for the governor. Forget Congress, they can’t seem to get their act together even after swearing an oath to uphold the USA Constitution. Trump is acting unconstitutionally and Congress is nowhere.

The lawyers filing the class action cases must state the strong precedents of this democracy with perhaps outstanding citizens born under those circumstances as witnesses. Trump has begun deporting children born on USA soil in other lands (military bases) to USA parents that were once immigrants serving in the USA military.

You have to remember these guys are racists. This type of action against an innocent law abiding American firmly anchored in legal citizenship opens up the same outcomes for anyone. The right to say that man does not belong in the USA is so removed, why not go back generations to find a weak link? It is ludicrous.

It is time to call Trump out. These demands are by an insurrectionist that would have been at the Capitol on January 6th except for his dedicated body guard. It is time to put Trump’s preferred identity into legal proceedings that matter so no court in the land can ignore it.

The cruelty of the injustice this administration enjoys carrying out is disguising and beneath the intent of the founders of this great land.

New Approach

It is a different approach to the same problem. I can’t help but wonder if this is judicial engineering. 

The Congress and Trump have been crying that one person’s case sets up precedent for an entire class of people. So, now the cases are not being filed for an individual but a class of people. It is basically the same thing but it placates the complainers.

It is also worrisome. The six politicos are recognizing there are people “taking advantage” of a foundational document with an amendment. I believe the six politicos want to eliminate the ability of people who enter the country illegally and give birth within the borders as an alien birth and not a citizen birth. So, it would be a ruling for an entire class of people. Corralling the lawyers into filing class actions it may make it more convenient for the politicos to make a conclusion.

I can see Alito making that decision without a second thought. I believe it to be an illegal decision. The Constitution clearly states if the people want to change the rules it requires a thoughtful process that includes a majority of Americans voting to change the law. Trump forcing the Robert’s Court to act illegally is something that requires a national dialogue now. The court is removing the Constitution from the people and replacing it with a partisan judicial act.

Trump is so whinny about every thing the Republicans want to threaten justices with impeachment and replace them supposedly with Trump servants. 

John Roberts needs to stop catering to insurrectionists.
