Pay them to stay home. They need legitimate jobs to be with their families.
The Palestinians that go to Ukraine will be used to target the Ukraine military. They are a decoy for the Russians. That is the Russian militaries strategy now since the only thing that provides for their ability to hold ground are rockets. The Russian military send out units to fight the Ukrainian military and then target the areas where the Ukraine military fire their weapons. The Ukrainians kill or wound the Russian element, but, that is not a viable solution and sending anyone to their KNOWN death as a trap for the opposition is a profound lack of respect for life.

A Lebanese government security source (click here) has told The Media Line that Palestinians residing in Lebanon have signed up to join the ongoing conflict in Ukraine on behalf of Russia, having been offered a sum of 350 dollars by Russian entities.
The source added that the recruitment effort is being carried out by activists affiliated with the Palestinian embassy in Lebanon.
Most of those enlisting were born after 1969, as those born after this point onwards do not have proper registration with the Lebanese authorities, making it easier to travel for the purpose of participating in the conflict as mercenaries....
These events took place in the early days of the invasion when Russian forces were mostly intact. The Russian military at it's best are ridiculous. They can only win wars where civilians are viewed as rebels as in Syria. I am confident with the devastation of Russian tanks in Syria war crimes were committed. The leaders of these countries become allies to Putin simply because they will face the same fate as he.

Russian airstrikes in the early days of its invasion of Ukraine (click here) were designed to shock the country into submission, according to a new study by the Israeli Elrom Air and Space Research Center, but the Russian munitions suffered from poor accuracy.
Targets in initial strikes by the Kremlin were chosen for their psychological impact, but the vital infrastructure wasn't disabled in hopes of pro-Russian forces using the facilities later, the joint Tel Aviv University and Israeli Air Force research center found in one of its first publications.
Russia did attempt to destroy air defenses, but both objectives were marred by inaccuracy; a sample of 30 out of 100 strikes was found to have a 30-40% near-miss rate and a 10% miss rate. This later complicated the failed attempts by the Russian Air Force to achieve air superiority over Ukrainian air space....
Russia is not capable of winning a war against a people steadfast for their homeland. Ukraine is not Syria.
The USA primarily has a defense footing in it's activities. It is the view of the American people that peace is important and those that carry out violence are simply wrong for the killing they attempt and succeed. Considering the new stance of China and Russia in justifying genocide as a national security policy, the USA must have alliances with all countries that are currently dominated by these policies.
India is a prime example. If China wanted to invade India in the same manner as Putin with Ukraine the USA would not be completely prepared to act to end the invasion. If China carried out this border invasion while targeting Taiwan there would be sincere losses of life in such brutal priorities. I do believe USA military contractors, of which designed hardware for Ukraine, would be more than happy to increase their list of business partners.

A Ukrainian Nobel peace laureate (click here) has called for the swift creation of a special tribunal to try Vladimir Putin and his associates for the crime of aggression, arguing that it could have “a cooling effect” on atrocities committed by the Kremlin’s invading forces.
Oleksandra Matviichuk, the head of the Centre for Civil Liberties, also said a speedy start to war crimes trials against the Russian president and soldiers could save people’s lives by deterring Russian forces from committing further crimes.
Starting legal proceedings could have “a cooling effect” on the brutality of human rights violations that Russian troops were committing daily in Ukraine, she told the Guardian in an interview.
Some troops, perhaps not all, would realise that Putin’s authoritarian regime had an end date, Matviichuk said, if they knew they would be held to account. The possibility of justice would help them realise “I will not be able to hide under abstract Putin and maybe I will have to be responsible for every thing which I commit by my own hands”, she said.
The Centre for Civil Liberties (CCL) won the Nobel peace prize in 2022, along with the Russian human right organisation Memorial and the jailed Belarusian activist Ales Bialiatski....
Ukraine has evidence to the genocide. The world has witnessed the brutality of the Russian President's political war and the lives lost. Children in Ukraine are dead. 8,087,952 Ukrainian refugees are spread across Europe as of February 20, 2023. That is 18.5 percent of the Ukrainian population as of 2021.
The Ukrainian dead are currently 8101 as of February 28, 2023. Of those six percent are children. Thirteen thousand, four hundred and seventy-nine Ukrainians are injured with seven percent children. That was in the first year of the illegal invasion by Russia's President Putin.

...Officials estimate (click here) there were more than 105,000 children across 700 orphanages, boarding schools and other institutions in Ukraine when the war there started – that’s more than 1% of the nation’s underage population and Europe’s highest rate of youth institutionalization.
Numbers since then are harder to track as children have been evacuated and moved out of Ukraine’s institutionalized care for safety reasons. But there’s reason to think things have gotten only harder for Ukraine’s orphans.
At least 6,000 Ukrainian children have been forced into camps and facilities across Russia – without parental consent – by the invaders, according to a report from the Conflict Observatory, which is supported by the US state department. And Ukraine’s prosecutor general, Andriy Kostin, has said his teams have documented more than 14,000 instances of Ukrainian children being forced into adoption in Russia since the invasion, which shows no signs of ending anytime soon.
“There’s no question that the fighting is going to continue,” Thompson said. “The suffering is going to continue.”...

Washington - Nearly ten months into the war in Ukraine, (click here) the Biden administration is intensifying diplomatic efforts to ensure that the transatlantic alliance that opposes Russia's invasion survives a bitter European winter.
In the past weeks, the administration has scrambled to adjust its signature inflation legislation to appease European governments whose support it needs on Ukraine, and secured an agreement from the G7 nations to cap the price of Russian oil.
President Joe Biden also briefly moderated his strong opposition to talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, a signal to allies restless for a negotiated end to the conflict.
The Ukraine war is also the backdrop for the U.S.-Africa Summit, a relationship-building exercise that starts on Tuesday and brings together the leaders of 49 African nations, many of whom have expressed frustration with paying the economic price for the war, which the United Nations says has worsened a global food crisis....
The trials must begin if free countries are to enforce their strong belief systems anchored in history of humanity and the rights of people to live without fear.
WE HAVE BEEN VIOLATED!
Decades ago the USA extended it's good will to China and the gates between the two countries were open. The Olympic Games were held there with the idea that China was a member of the world community with peaceful and productive policies. The Olympic Games are mired in peaceful intent while exhibiting the best of their athletes on an international stage. The World Cup is another venue of peace and outreach for countries to find common ground and built together in peace.
The Free World entered in good faith relationships to Russia and China. Russia became a member of the G8 with the total intention of providing a basis for moving forward in prosperity, dignity and peace. It was to guarantee generations of achievement and peaceful intentions in all manners of governance.
These policies and treaties are now realized as toys to the ambitions of autocrats little interested in peace, but, the death of democracy. It is not their prerogative to dictate any one form of governance to any peoples anywhere on Earth.
The Free World for all it's investments and intentions of peace has been violated by Russia only to be followed by China. This is a complete reversal of any understanding between the USA and China and Russia. They plotted their end of democracy while we embraced their differences and welcomed their ambitions in space and in business.
We take no prisoners. This is a war with global consequences and the seriousness of these violations of good faith are not to be ignored. They are incredibly important and at the center of everything between these nations of peoples. It is over. There is no more cooperation. The business models have to change and there needs to be a clear and unshakable vision of the Free World that defines who we are and what we believe and the world we pass onto our children.
Vladimir Putin was a hope at one time in this world and now he is a disgusting murderer of children. He no longer has the rights humanity once afforded him. He needs to be held for trial and convicted, even if inabsentia. Xi is welcome to join him!
