There is no room for a vote on Friday, either. There are many more witnesses with information regarding possible criminal content. Criminal content can't stand. The FBI has the right to investigate and bring charges as they present themselves. I doubt Mr. Avenatti, although qualified to do so, would have to engage a criminal complaint on behalf of his client if the FBI is allowed to conduct an investigation.

There is still plenty of vorticity in the water vapor system off the Carolina coast. It has waxed and waned (otherwise known as oscillated) for the past 24 hours and it has not dissipated.


I am not alone in the estimate regarding the Carolina coast.

Kirk's remnants (click here) continue to spin westward through the Atlantic. The National Hurricane Center gives the remnants a 60% chance of redeveloping.

Meteorologist Travis Herzog says even if Kirk does redevelop, it will more than likely succumb to high wind shear that persists over the Caribbean Sea, getting torn apart before ever threatening the Gulf of Mexico.

Hurricane season ends November 30, but Travis says Texas's hurricane season normally ends by mid-October as the fall fronts push any tropical systems away from the western Gulf.

I think we know who the real Brett Kavanaugh is. Cruel and women are victims to his idea of being a man.

I think it explains a lot of his current views of the world, especially when it comes to women and a right to their own bodies. I think Renate Schroeder has a real case against him, especially now.

An attorney needs to contact her and encourage her to stand with the other women that fell victim to Kavanaugh's aggressive sexual conduct.

This conduct was not simply a high school thing. We already know he carried this aggression into college as well. This is Brett Kavanaugh and no one is going to change my mind. He has conducted his life knowing he is privileged and to this day has made moves within his law career TO POSITION HIMSELF as the best one for the Federalist Society to promote to the Supreme Court. Brett Kavanaugh’s page (click here) in his high school yearbook offers a glimpse of the teenage years of the man who is now President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee: lots of football, plenty of drinking, parties at the beach. Among the reminiscences about sports and booze is a mysterious entry: “Renate Alumnius.”

The word “Renate” appears at least 14 times in Georgetown Preparatory School’s 1983 yearbook, on individuals’ pages and in a group photo of nine football players, including Judge Kavanaugh, who were described as the “Renate Alumni.” It is a reference to Renate Schroeder, then a student at a nearby Catholic girls’ school.

Two of Judge Kavanaugh’s classmates say the mentions of Renate were part of the football players’ unsubstantiated boasting about their conquests.

“They were very disrespectful, at least verbally, with Renate,” said Sean Hagan, a Georgetown Prep student at the time, referring to Judge Kavanaugh and his teammates. “I can’t express how disgusted I am with them, then and now.”...       

The PR King Maker, the FIX-IT FIXER of all times anywhere on Earth, FOX News labels Kavanaugh as a Virgin. LOL. In all fairness perhaps that is why Kavanaugh only put his penis in 
Ms. Ramirez’s face rather than vaginal penetration. His warped sense of himself would protect his virginal status. What about hers? Perhaps he had already used up his condoms on other women. Who knows what goes on in a desperate man’s mind!

Getting women intoxicated on alcohol was a plan and the scenario is reported over and over. 

If lying to the public was a crime, FOX would be a prison.

Are you planning to vote in November?

Being registered may not be enough. States like Ohio may have a voter on “Confirmation” status. Confirmation status in Ohio means the Secretary of State is about to cancel a voter’s registration because they haven’t voted in four years. In Ohio, a voter is supposedly sent a confirmation notice. The voter must return the notice or contact their local office in order to vote.

There still exists a provisional ballot should a problem occur when seeking to vote in person.

If voting by mail-in-ballot be sure it is post marked by the required return date.

It used to be easy to vote, now Republican administrations have made it more difficult. A voter has to double check eligibility before Election Day. In states with such hurdles, as Ohio, there maybe a computer site at the Secretary of State’s website. If not, then check with the local office.

Republicans make it difficult to vote. Take care of this vital right and be sure your registration is in good standing.
