Trump has ignored every policy in the USA regarding government property and the processes protecting USA History and it's park lands. 

It is only right Trump and Hegseth are limited in every scope of USA military involvement and if that means limiting munitions to NATIONAL DEFENSE ONLY, then that is what that means. Carrying on in the Middle East to spark greater and greater conflict is NOT the best national security of the USA.

The singularity is often regarded as the point at which artificial intelligence surpasses human intelligence and begins advancing at a pace that's difficult for people to predict or control.

That felt like the case last week when an AI agent powered by OpenAI's latest models went rogue and — with a singular purpose, according to OpenAI — broke out of its digital sandbox and hacked into datasets at Hugging Face, another AI company, all to solve a benchmark designed to test hacking ability. Hugging Face's CEO called it "unprecedented."

Altman said on the podcast that just a decade ago, the so-called singularity still felt like a distant and improbable dream — something he and his colleagues would discuss casually over lunch.

"Now we're actually in the moment that we used to talk about at the lunch table in a very not-serious way," he said. "I've been waiting for this my whole life, and I think it's going to be incredible, hugely positive, awesome for the world."...

I never thought the plans Mueller made for terrorists were valid, but, more entrapment, yet they always held up in court. Convictions that put would be terrorists in prison did so for a long time.

We are yet entering a different time for criminal opportunity that results in mass deaths of innocent people. There are far more sophisticated methods to remain covert and out of the reach of law enforcement, namely advanced cyber tactics. Exposing terrorists in the planning stages ultimately protects society in general.

This paradigm is seen over and over. The most dramatic examples were the attacks on Lower Manhattan, the Pentagon, and foiled attack on The Capitol building in that the terrorists involved were immediately identified the day following the attacks. Would it not have been far better to arrest and convict during the planning stages of such aggression. This means the penalty for any kind of terrorist activity has to be clearly defined and arrests provable to protect lives of the innocent. The final sentencing needs to show all the facts with the potential after math and a clear reason for imprisonment.

The main suspect (click here) in a car-ramming attack that left at least one dead in Berlin was killed by police special forces on Sunday evening, German police said.

Police had tracked down Abdul Ballout, a 21-year-old German citizen, to the Western Berlin district of Spandau and were seeking to detain him when he attacked them with a knife, Berlin police spokesman Florian Nath said.

The officers opened fire in response, fatally wounding the suspect, who was pronounced dead at the scene, said Nath.

The shootout ended a one-day manhunt that began shortly after 10 p.m. on Saturday, when a driver rammed a small van into a crowd of passers-by at the margins of a pride festival Saturday night in the center of the German capital.

The small van later crashed into a tree and was found abandoned. Authorities said the driver then attacked passersby with what appeared to be a machete. While some of the 29 wounded were seriously injured, none were in life-threatening condition, authorities said on Sunday.

After finding a mobile phone in the vehicle, investigators zeroed in on Ballout, who German justice said had a previous conviction for planning a terrorist attack....

No wonder the global share is 41 percent. The USA has a higher population than the rest of the Free World. It also has more land in private ownership. These self made millionaires obtained the status because they played the real estate market in their years before retirement. The fact that more than three quarters are college educated is even more interesting considering Trump's Education Secretary is attempting to shut down higher education facilities.

The U.S. and Saudi Arabia on Wednesday (click here) forged a new agreement that could potentially provide the kingdom with uranium enrichment capability for its civilian nuclear program.

U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright and Saudi Minister of Energy Abdulaziz bin Salman formally signed the nuclear cooperation agreement, known as a “123 agreement,” alongside what the Trump administration described as a “bilateral safeguards agreement.”

The U.S. administration released scant details of the deal, but the framework paves the way for the building of a uranium enrichment facility in Saudi Arabia after a joint U.S.-Saudi study, according to a person familiar with the matter who was not authorized to comment publicly and spoke on the condition of anonymity.

“These agreements reflect our two nations’ shared commitment to strengthening U.S.-Saudi commercial relations, delivering prosperity at home and security to our allies abroad,” Wright said in a statement. “Rest assured, these agreements uphold the highest standards of nuclear safety and nonproliferation, while relying on the world’s best nuclear technology and scientists, designed right here in the United States.”...

Americans' health is no longer safe from their government.

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (click here) is proposing to eliminate a foundational safety principle that has for 50 years minimized the radiation people in the United States are exposed to and that has been adopted around the world.

Currently, facilities such as nuclear plants, hospitals or academic institutions that use radioactive materials must ensure radiation exposures are kept “as low as reasonably achievable” — the ALARA principle. The NRC proposal would abandon that philosophy while keeping a separate standard on maximum radiation exposure.

The two standards have worked together in radiation safety. Dose limits set the maximum amount of radiation the public and radiation workers can be exposed to, while ALARA kept radiation exposure as low as practical under those limits. Research shows radiation exposure increases a person’s chance of getting cancer, a risk that increases as the dose increases....

Congress sincerely WANTS to maintain the neglect and hardship of the American people.

 Republicans are doing their every trick in the book to end this democracy and the Rule of Law. They hate the USA Constitution. If they didn't they would not be fighting so hard to end it's democracy.

Ignoring the Rule of Law is Trump's favorite past time. What makes anyone believe Trump will do nothing but continue to ignore the law because of his ideology and desire to rule as King?
