The state is required to fund drop boxes.
The state is required to provide prepaid stamps for absentee ballots.
The state is required to allow voters to apply ONCE for absentee ballots in future elections.
State is required to have an electronic ballot tracking and notification system.
State is required to allow military ballots to be counted up to six days after the balloting closes so long as the ballot is post marked by Election Day.
State election primary is August 6 with election balloting on November 5th.
The state is required to have early balloting for all elections starting with the second Saturday before an election and ending with the Sunday before the election. That is nine days of early balloting and includes drop off absentee ballots.
Early balloting sites must be open from 8:00 am to 4 pm all nine days.
