More definitions the amendment for an Assault Weapons Ban.

``(xxii) Valmet M62S,(below) Valmet are Finnish guns. Not finished guns, Finnish, like Finland. What are they doing in the USA? For all the worries of the USA gun manufacturers thinking they actually need the NRA to insure their companies, all they need is an assault weapons ban and some tariffs. It will cost less than the NRA and the 30,000 survivors might even be customers. Law abiding customers. Think about it.

Today, Texas authorities stated "The Missing List is now short" of those caught in the explosion at a commercial fertilizer plant in West Texas.

Yeah, I mean why waste any more money on finding remains there were vaporized anyway?

Two ethnic Americans out of 11 million current undocumented immigrants and this is the result.

I was waiting for this one. Anything, just anything to save Republicans from passing amnesty for all. The Tsarnaev brothers were't undocumented. Not even close. The younger brother spoke perfect English after being educated in the USA for ten years.

Grassley is a bigot attempting to save 'The Party Line.' The Party Line has a goal to destroy a presidential legacy while oppressing the people of the USA to insure the impression the Republicans are the only ones that can deliver legislation and no one else.

...Once officials (click here) learn the immigration history of the suspected marathon terrorists, that information will help figure out how to reform the system, Republican U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley said Friday.

“While we don’t yet know the immigration status of people who have terrorized the communities in Massachusetts, when we find out, it will help shed light on the weaknesses of our system,” Grassley said during the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Friday morning on the so-called Gang of Eight’s immigration reform bill....

This is nothing but racism and bigotry. If anyone can take Grassley seriously for just a minute, these terrorists were radicalized under THE OLD Immigration Laws, not the REFORM needed in the USA. But, Grassley is more than inappropriate and attempting to roll back immigration reform for political benefits. He has no answers to solve the country's problems and future so it is easier TO DO NOTHING!

Snyder runs a Cheney Energy Committee on Education. Why emergency managers exactly?

School groups slam governor for excluding teachers from the project (click here)

Lansing — Gov. Rick Snyder on Friday defended his administration's involvement in a secret project that is trying to develop a cheaper way to deliver public education through a voucher-like funding system.

The education reform advisory team's existence had been secret until The Detroit News reported Friday about a months-long "skunk works" project to design a new "value school" that costs $5,000 per child annually to operate — $2,000 less than the state's minimum per-pupil funding. The group includes employees of software companies, charter school advocates and five state employees. (Sniff, sniff, sniff, do I smell a Bushy?)

"There's people in the executive branch and any parts of government, actually in the general community, that get together and try to come up with new ideas and try to innovate and bring those ideas forward," Snyder told reporters Friday after the 14th annual Leadership Luncheon at the Renaissance Center in Detroit....

But, it will so much easier to home school now, subsidized even. Nothing like being taught by a computer screen. No more latch key kids. Just a locked in syndrome while parents work.

...Now, after five years of development and backing by investors like Saudi Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal and onetime junk-bond king Michael R. Milken, Neil Bush aims to roll his high-tech teacher's helpers into classrooms nationwide. He calls them "curriculum on wheels," or COWs. The $3,800 purple plug-and-play computer/projectors display lively videos and cartoons: the XYZ Affair of the late 1790s as operetta, the 1828 Tariff of Abominations as horror flick. The device plays songs that are supposed to aid the memorization of the 22 rivers of Texas or other facts that might crop up in state tests of "essential knowledge."...

Marathon runners are warned of medicating to avoid pain.

April 20, 2013 - Updated 1925 PKT
...Researchers quizzed (click here) almost 4,000 runners who took part in the 2010 Bonn Marathon and Half-Marathon about their use of medication and any symptoms they had during or after the race.
Almost half of them took analgesics before racing to curb or ward off pain.
Half of the drugs, including diclofenac, ibuprofen and aspirin, were bought over the counter without a prescription.
Researchers found that runners who used painkillers had a 13 per cent increased risk of "adverse events" including pain, muscle cramps and intestinal cramps....

When "Streets Paved with Gold" turn into a dead end.

Twenty-six years old and holding. He turned to his parent's home where a new future was sought by his father in building a new perfume shop. Could there be a future for Tamerlan there instead of the USA?
April 20, 20139:43 a.m.

MAKHACHKALA, Dagestan -- When Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev (click here) returned home to the capital of Dagestan for six months last year, he led a quiet life and spent time helping his father with house repairs, according to a family friend.
“The boy wasn’t gloomy but he kept quiet and silent most of the time as he was helping his father,” electrician and longtime family friend Vyacheslav Kazakevich said in a phone interview from Makhachkala, the capital city of the Russian Caucasus republic.
“Anzor [the father] was working hard to turn a room on the ground floor [of a residential house] into a perfume shop and open this new business this year.”...
Seeing a future with a dead end looming, hounded by dishonor with the reality of FBI in his life and an ethnic identity defined by violence, where did anyone think this was going?
...Anzor Tsarnaev, the father, was absent from his home Saturday. Kazakevich said that he and his wife were planning to go to America to try and prove their sons’ innocence and were probably on their way to Moscow....
Let's hope his family is met with peaceful welcome to support their living son.
...“My son has been controlled [by FBI] for five years already,” the mother said. “They have been tailing him, they knew what websites he visited. They called him a radical because he was visiting as they think extremist websites.”
“But having spoken with my [older] son, one of the FBI agents called me and characterized my boy as one of the best,” she added.
On Friday, a federal law enforcement official said Tamerlan Tsarnaev had in the past been interviewed by the FBI at the request of a foreign government. The official would not name the government, but added that “nothing derogatory...came out of that interview.”
A Russian security officer interviewed Saturday said Russia must have been the party that made the inquiry....
Russia was looking for the potential of a possible Irish Republican Army, which was once supported by the wealthy in the USA and arms shipments to match. That is a fact. The IRA received support and munitions from the USA. It fueled the rebellion then lasting 8 centuries. Russia was worried. Was Russian concern about Tamerian his radicalism? Russia didn't pay the FBI, the American people did.

The Boston Area is famous for it's diversity. It has support for those finding the USA a difficult place to live. The boys lived in Cambridge, there isn't a much better neighborhood in the USA. But, when faced with what a man hopes for his life and the reality of his efforts, is there any wonder why being radicalized against discrimination and failure took over?

The websites Tamerian found comfort and identity are laced with a violent past of his ethnicity which was overwhelming his reality. He was destined to fail and the USA culture allowed the easy access to satisfying his extremism.

The bombings in Boston has nothing to do with Russia or Chechen Rebels, it was home grown and America now has rightful claims to still yet another violent act propagated by it's culture of violence and ready access to weapons.

...U.S. officials say (click here) a special interrogation team for high-value suspects will question Tsarnaev without reading him his Miranda rights, invoking a rare public safety exception triggered by the need to protect the public from immediate danger.
ACLU Executive Director Anthony Romero says the exception applies only when there's a continued threat to public safety and is "not an open-ended exception" to the Miranda rule.
Twin explosions near the Boston Marathon finish line Monday killed three people and wounded more than 180. Tsarnaev's father calls him a "true angel."...

The current suspect at Beth Israel is in serious condition, where does anyone think this is going?
The entire law is political and has no practical or legal basis. Somehow every American now has the potential to belong at Gitmo and a detainee. You mean to tell me a USA intelligence community that found the perpetrators of this act of domestic terrorism in a remarkably short time doesn't know there is a greater threat?
They knew the 911 terrorists in less than 24 hours.
The law is hideous and ridiculous and serves the old political paradigm of the paranoia of the Bush Regime. Ah, to keep the fear alive. Is there a greater purpose for finding a way to deny citizens their rights?

If this oppressive law is found to be meaningless, unconstitutional and a delay in citizen rights; the entire 48 hours without being Mirandized, especially considering the naive status of the ethnic, will be found inadmissible. Is that really where the US Justice Department wants to be in these cases?

The pure and above the law USA.

Deghayes at a news conference in London in 2009 (Stefan Wermuth/Reuters)

The Constitution Project’s Task Force on Detainee Treatment (click here) is an independent, bipartisan, blue-ribbon panel charged with examining the federal government’s policies and actions related to the capture, detention and treatment of suspected terrorists during the Clinton, Bush and Obama administrations. The project was undertaken with the belief that it was important to provide an account as authoritative and accurate as possible of how the United States treated, and continues to treat, people held in our custody as the nation mobilized to deal with a global terrorist threat....

It is not hot stabbing pain (click here) that Omar Deghayes remembers from the day a Guantánamo guard blinded him, but the cool sensation of fingers being stabbed deep into his eyeballs. He had joined other prisoners in protesting against a new humiliation -- inmates being forced to take off their trousers and walk round in their pants -- and a group of guards had entered his cell to punish him. He was held down and bound with chains.

"I didn't realise what was going on until the guy had pushed his fingers inside my eyes and I could feel the coldness of his fingers. Then I realised he was trying to gouge out my eyes," Deghayes says. He wanted to scream in agony, but was determined not to give his torturers the satisfaction. Then the officer standing over him instructed the eye-stabber to push harder. "When he pulled his hands out, I remember I couldn't see anything -- I'd lost sight completely in both eyes." Deghayes was dumped in a cell, fluid streaming from his eyes.

The sight in his left eye returned over the following days, but he is still blind in his right eye. He also has a crooked nose (from being punched by the guards, he says) and a scar across his forefinger (slammed in a prison door), but otherwise this resident of Saltdean, near Brighton, appears relatively unscarred from the more than five years he spent locked in Guantánamo Bay.

Ralph Nader: He is Comfortable with Bush's Inferno - OpEd (click here)
By Ralph Nader
George W. Bush is riding high. A megamillionaire, from the taxpayer-subsidized Texas Rangers company, he makes $150,000 to $200,000 per speech, receives a large presidential pension and support facilities and is about to dedicate the $500 million George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum on April 25.
President Obama will be at the dedication, continuing to legitimize Mr. Bush, as he did from the outset by announcing in 2009 there would be no investigations or prosecutions of the Bush officials for their crimes.
In an interview with the New York Times, Mr. Bush continued to say he has no regrets about his Presidency. “I’m comfortable with what I did,” he said, “I’m comfortable with who I am.” He added, “Much of my presidency was defined by things that you didn’t necessarily want to have happen.”...

Tomorrow will start the media mess all over again.

They'll want to make the case the brothers were radicalized because of their Chechen heritage. The media will focus on the older brother and his visit to Russia to make their case. But, he wasn't radicalized in Russia. His posting to the internet occurred after he returned. He didn't find explosives in Russia to destroy and kill there. He returned to the USA to find the munitions he needed to carry out his hatred and anger. He didn't bring bomb making materials, guns and ammunition home from Russia, he found them in the USA. But, the media will play it up as if the USA was never to blame and this only happens because for other reasons and not for American reasons.

The Columbine murderers were radicalized in the USA, found their bomb making materials and guns in the USA. They killed and died in the USA.

Tim McVeigh and Terry Nichols were radicalized in the USA, found their bomb making materials in the USA and killed people in a federal building in the USA.

None of them could ever be accused of being crazy either.

The USA never takes responsibility for the deaths caused by a culture that values money and profits over lives. The USA never stops to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for the easy access to bomb making materials and guns that kill. The USA only takes responsibility for heroism that saves lives and finds the bad guys with the guns. And the media swears to it.

There were four lives lost in Boston and many more wounded, but, alive. There was a nation on pause to stop the violence.

In Texas, people died due to negligence and greed. A community devastated by disregard of the value of human life. But, all that was important was the response without assigning responsibility.

On April 19, 2013 it was reported at 10:50 am; there were, Several deaths have been blamed on the storms.(click here), but nearly no one noticed.

Violence and terror takes precedent over any other sensationalism in the nation and government and Wall Street literally gets gets away with murder due to negligence. How patriotic is that, huh?
