May 28, 2005. The skies over San Francisco, California due to Human Induced Global Warming. I don't what animal that is in the foreground but it looks a little commical. A dog? Or a seal? The teeth almost look too weird to be real. I think it is a seal. I believe the photographer didn't notice the seal in the picture from the description. The photographer focused on the city by the bay. The seal could have come out of the water and being surprised gone right back in. Hard to say. It's odd. This was approximately a month or so ago at the Lower Falls of Cataract Falls, Colorado. It was following a severe rain storm. Needless to say it doesn't match what is going on now, simply a precursor to the snowmelt to follow.. See Below. Posted by Hello
