I will be unavailable to any dialogue today through Thursday evening and late afternoon. I will watch the evening dialogue in the early morning hours and treat them as live broadcasts. I will also sleep in until the weekend.

Best regards.

I know this is not political, but, the notice came up and I need to address it. Spring and much warner temperatures have come to the Northern Hemisphere.

22 March 2016 – The head of the United Nations (click here) health agency today reported that in less than a year, the status of Zika has changed from “a mild medical curiosity” to a disease with severe public health implications, warning that “the more we know the worse things look.”

Updating the press on developments in science regarding the virus, the World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General, Margaret Chan, said the knowledge base is building very rapidly, and thanked all countries and their scientists who have worked to help build up the evidence base.
Zika circulating on 38 countries and territories...
Upto now there was an understanding the Zika Virus was limited to tropical areas that did not reach the USA or Europe or countries in northern Africa as well as Asia except for India and southeast Asia. The USA CDC has stated the cases of Zika in the USA was due to travel. I am skeptical that still holds up. The involvement of Cuba in mosquito transmission brings it very close to USA borders, especially that of Florida. I is important USA public health stay vigilant of monitoring mosquito populations and if they are carrying the virus.
This is the CDC:
Local mosquito transmission (click here) of Zika virus infection (Zika) has been reported in Cuba. Local mosquito transmission means that mosquitoes in the area are infected with Zika virus and are spreading it to people.
Because Zika virus is primarily spread by mosquitoes, CDC recommends that travelers to Cuba protect themselves from mosquito bites....
I think every country in the world needs to take the transmission of this virus seriously. It is believed to be transmitted sexually. It is known to be transmitted by mosquito. The public health is on the line in a way never expected before. The USA territories are already effected. They are more tropical than the mainland.
As of March 23, 2016 (5 am EST)
Zika virus disease (click here) and Zika virus congenital infection are nationally notifiable conditions.
This update from the CDC Arboviral Disease Branch includes provisional data reported to ArboNET for January 1, 2015 – March 23, 2016.
Women may be looking for abortions, too, if an amniocentesis shows the virus and it's damage to a fetus. The global community has a profound problem. This is a terrible virus that directly effects the longevity of the human species on Earth after two generations.

It seem unbelievable, but, it is true. Mosquito control and public awareness of the potential to sexual transmission needs to be a part of the public dialogue.

There was no way to expect this level of lethality of a virus at the genetic level. The United Nations needs to supply what methods are effective mosquito control and where to find the methods of success. This is important and every ethnicity and country on the globe should pay attention.

It is also the first time an entire generation is a permanent dependent to their government with a parent as a permanent caregiver. The parents survive the virus. A microcephalic is a permanent disability. Ultimately, they will be on their own and will not survive beyond their own generation reaching middle adulthood as their parents age and are unable to supply caregiving and/or their parents die of old age.

This virus can create an extinct status to human beings.

Donald Trump was not involved with any physical confrontation.

As he leaves his news conference he holds his tablet up to show those still asking questions where they can find the answers.

I think the Trump Campaign has a responsibility to keeping their attention on Donald Trump and not another legal distraction.

I think the Trump Campaign needs to assess it's need for a controversial campaign manager in Corey Lewandowski

Trump security on March 12th at Trump National cooperated with a request from the charging agency. Mr. Lewandowski is considered innocent until proven guilty. The campaign has a right to stand with him until a decision is made, but, it might be helpful to understand what his supporters are saying about the incident, too.

The campaign has a history of listening to their supporters and finding a path forward with their point of view. This is different because it has a basis in law and not political ideas, so denying (not guilty) is different than a political dialogue. I am sure the campaign is concerned for the charges, but, it does not involve Donald Trump himself and baseless in any impact on his candidacy. I am sure his supporters are strong supports of due process and would put that first when it came to Corey Lewandowski. If Corey does it again, he is then building a history that could cast a shadow over his innocence.

The claim interstate transportation of firearms has to be validated and moved to federal legislation. There should be hearings in DC.

Last year, 12-year-old Zarriel Trotter (click here) spoke out against the violence roiling his Chicago neighborhood.
“I don’t want to live around my community where I’ve got to keep on hearing and hearing: People keep on getting shot, people keep on getting killed,” Trotter said in a public service announcement about the effect of gun violence on the city’s black youth.
The February 2015 video won an award, but gun violence in Chicago only got worse.
And on Friday, in a tragic twist, Trotter became one of its latest victims....

Major cities such as Chicago and New York City state their violence is directly effected by the fact guns can be brought into the city from states where the guns are not regulated.

Would a federal law be unconstitutional due to the interstate commerce clause?

I would be surprised if the Supreme Court decided against the safety of Americans. Owning firearms is suppose to exist to protect a person in their homes. When firearms can be transported by interstate commerce, the possibility of a ready militia against the government at any level takes on some very real potential. The lack of interstate transportation is negligent of the US Congress.

Federal law does not restrict individuals (click here) from transporting legally acquired firearms across state lines for lawful purposes except those explicitly prohibited by federal law to include convicted felons; persons under indictment for felonies; adjudicated “mental defectives” or those who have been involuntarily committed to mental institutions; illegal drug users; illegal aliens and most non-immigrant aliens; dishonorably discharged veterans; those who have renounced their U.S. citizenship; fugitives from justice; persons convicted of misdemeanor crimes of domestic violence; and persons subject to certain domestic violence restraining orders. Therefore, no federal permit is required (or available) for the interstate transportation of firearms....

I am grateful the US government still has control over issues of national defense and public safety.

The real issue is how did the FBI lose their ability to carry out vital national security directives?

The conflict with Apple, a Wall Street company, was about anarchy. Since when? And how much of the American reality is ruled by circumstance and not the law? There is much to be learned about a cyber society. That is the dynamic playing out in the middle east. The Arab Spring. It is anarchy. Cyber is at the center of it. Certainly, everyone knows that.

The Arab Spring is a convenient tomato to through at President Obama, but, it is not about USA killing and war machines so much as the ability of one person to establish a movement via cyber communication. That was viewed in Yemen. All those people did not receive directives from one Imam. No one asked how the people organized in an orderly manner such a civil movement in the same place at the same time? Why?

The method of organization was not important because it might expose the truth and remove the lies of the Republicans ranting about war? Seriously. The fear mongering of the Republicans to their electorate would be completely destroyed if the truth was known. The cyber influence is responsible for the Arab Spring, not anything the USA could do to oppress it.

Think about that. The USA should send war machines and soldiers to oppress any disorderly conduct in the middle east? Really?

The United Nations has a Small Arms Convention. Really they do.

Here’s how fast big news gets commoditized.
I learned at dinner Monday from my Apple Watch that the FBI had broken into the iPhone of San Bernardino, Calif., shooting suspect Syed Rizwan Farook without Apple’s  help. By Tuesday morning, Techmeme had gathered 66 headlines and 20 choice Tweets about the development. A Google search for “FBI cracks iPhone,” meanwhile, returned nearly 3 million hits....

The media is really questioning itself. Okay, would they rather cencorship?

I think the media learned a rather interesting lesson. They focused on a presidential candidate that would not bend to their will. Basically, they met their match. I think the real question is, "What the heck happened to Kasich, he turned into Ben Carson?"

...The news media, (click here) it seems to me, are guilty only of reporting the news — which is that a candidate who has never held elective office, and who displays neither the base of knowledge nor the temperament necessary to serve as president, is leading all comers for the Republican nomination. Commentators should spend less time flattering themselves that the news media have the power to make such a thing happen — and more time trying to understand why Trump is succeeding.
Early in his campaign, Trump staked out extreme positions on illegal immigration: Deport the 11 million undocumented migrants already in the country, and build a “big, beautiful wall” along the Mexico border. Ridiculous, yes, but he got people’s attention....

The USA media is used to having control and effecting campaigns. Let's just say the public figured that out. In stating that, the media did not create Trump, they simply weren't able to change anyone's mind. Thanks for the argument though. The attempt to effect Donald Trump was instructive. Through all the negativity voters made up their minds.

Perhaps the reality of the media;s PARTICIPATION this election season is to bring facts and figures to the campaign's claims. If the information is instructive enough it might be something the voter's have never considered before. But, life is more than the election and that is the reality that is bouncing off the candidates. The media should do their best to expose the reality of the voters rather than glossing over the real decision makers.
