In more bizarre news, Texas and Florida combined have more than 33 percent of the entire country's COVID diagnosis. That sounds correct given the fact they are the worst Republican states on the map that should also include Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
But get this, Texas has 8.8 percent of the countries population and Florida is 6.5 percent of the USA population. Yet, they are so RED in their politics they actually made a virus the highest-ranking issue in their state and it wasn't even a good position they took. The virus actually WON in Texas and Florida carrying victory to a full third of the Americans afflicted with the COVID virus. Amazing.
I would like to know the ethnic breakdown of those numbers.
Florida had 2.5 million cases and 39,079 deaths.
On a different note. There is something that really bothers me about the Florida State Flag. It needs to be legislated out of existence. Has anyone looked into this mess in Florida?

The current design (click here) of Florida's state flag was adopted in 1900. In that year, Florida voters ratified a constitutional amendment based on an 1899 joint resolution of the state legislature to add diagonal red bars, in the form of a St. Andrew's cross, to the flag.
Between 1868 and 1900, Florida's state flag consisted of a white field with the state seal in the center. During the late 1890s, Governor Francis P. Fleming suggested that a red cross be added, so that the banner did not appear to be a white flag of truce or surrender when hanging still on a flagpole....
The USA Civil War ended in 1865. This miraculous change to a Chrisitan ideological flag was in 1900. It only took 35 years to come up with an excuse to change the Florida State flag to display Confederate ideology.
Florida was the third secession from the USA in January 1861. The original reason Florida became a state was because it was a slave state. Where else better to hide a confederate flag but in THE ORIGINAL SLAVE STATE.
There is a lot of Saint stuff in Florida. St. Augustine and things like this. I think there is also a St. Andrew's Park. But, it would be an interesting flag, but, the real flag for St. Andrew was a white field with blue strips where the Florida flag is red. I will show you.
The symbol to the right is St. Andrew's flag. Oh, there is more. This is called a saltire, also called Saint Andrew's Cross or the crux decussata (Wikipedia, it isn't as though the information is hard to find.) CRUX DECUSSATA is considered the proper term for a crucifixion cross of two intersecting beams. Basically, Florida is saying they are the state with religious overtones. Not only that but, the Florida Flag is not two intersecting beams like the St. Andrews flag. The White Supremacists/Nationalists are supposed to be overwhelmingly Christian. Right? This is not to say St. Andrew should be deprived of his flag, obviously not. But, should the State of Florida be allowed to have a state flag that represents The Clan.

The confederate flag is also known as "The Union Jack." Why? Because it resembles the British flag known as the Union Jack.
Below right in the British flag known as the Union Jack. It doesn't have all the starry bling the Confederate Union Jack has. Florida's State Flag represents racism and is a disgrace to the state and this country. It needs to go!
