Reassessment domestically and internationally.
The problem in the Middle East is poverty and religion. Lift the veil of religion and there are profound imbalances of impoverishment. The entire region needs to be reassessed for a way forward that ends Jihadist Inspiration and replaced with governance of devout people never resorting to violence ever again.
In the USA, any immigration force was used for racist purposes. It is not needed at the federal level. Governors and mayors are the best judges of dangerous people in their states.
Customs is still a viable need in the USA so long as customs are a reasonable cost. Border Patrols are the eyes and ears of local and state law enforcement. The federal border patrols need to be responsible for the borders of the USA, not 200 miles into the interior.
Never in any reasonable person’s political preferences did they believe such horrors as Trump would manifest. He us an abhorrent human being without a moral soul.
Peacekeepers are moving into Gaza.
The Palestinians are returning.
The attacks on Lebanon need to end.
Three UN Peacekeepers were killed among escalation in Lebanon (click here). It doesn’t matter what munitions killed them. What matters is that it occurred after Israel’s escalation of tensions.
Israel doesn’t need a buffer zone. Israel was doing just fine even without one.
Trump cannot abandon NATO
Trump can negotiate treaties, but, Congress has control.
Trump is a renegade. He is killing too many people without reason.
Every sovereign country has a right to their own decisions. Trump never approached allies about the invasion into Iran. The negotiations Rubio was conducting when Trump cut them off were ingenuous and without the power of an alliance.
Trump, Rubio, and Hegseth are outside the guiderails of any rules of the treaties they long to seek control over.
Iran will stop attacks when it is no longer attacked. The oil infrastructure is insignificant to the peaceful process to end hostilities. Israel needs to stand down. The war is without reason and can be defined as senseless, illegal killing.
The oil infrastructure of Iran is a sovereign possession of the people of Iran.
Any nuclear capacity that Israel feared exists no longer. The Shi’ites have a right to live on this Earth.

This is good news.
A coalition of countries are seeking cooperation with Iran.
Hate and war are not necessary.
Consider the source and what they are trying to achieve.
Rep. Swalwell did his job and did it well. I guess he can sue and ask for an injunction to stop the political harassment, but, I think the Chinese community in California will see through the Trump nonsense.
The Trump White House are racist and bigots engaged in racketeering. I would love to know how much USA intelligence was given to the Asian communists by Trump. Helsinki and the papers of Maralago just for starters. But, this isn’t about corruption or espionage, it is about racism.
Patel and Trump want to effect an election, but, at the same time he is demonizing Chinese-Americans. You know those guys with the squinty eyes can’t be trusted.
Chinese Americans aren’t interested in China except for the family that still might live there. Oh, is there a chance the Chinese Americans are immigrants?
This is an opportunity to bring the Chinese American community in California together to support the one candidate that moved away from Chinese espionage at first brush up.
Give me a break. Butino, the Russian spy was campaigning for Trump. It isn’t as though the administration has an illustrious record. One of the problems LA had was roving patrols of ICE. I can’t imagine any Chinese American was on board with that.
If Patel releases classified documents it is Maralago all over again. Who ya goin’ trust? The Republicans or a Long Standing Democratic Congressman with a great record on human rights and diversity.
Trump is traveling to China soon. Ya know who Xi is meeting with before Trump gets there? Look it up. It is impressive.
I wish Eric a great campaign with every diverse community in California behind his run to be the next great Democratic Governor of California.
Go visit the California Redwoods. They are a little scorched. How are they going to be protected so that every beautiful California morning the mist they produce rises to the canopy to keep them moist and protected?

Trump is worried about fuel costs to Americans leading into the 2026 elections and for an election strategy he wants an invasion into Iran to send oil through the Persian Gulf to American refineries? This is hideous and ridiculous. Blood will flow as an election strategy? That is illegal.
I think Iran is approachable diplomaticly.
It appears to me Trump and Netanyahu are closed to peaceful resolves. They use the dialogue about diplomacy as a tool to escalate violence toward Iran. In other words Iran is simply a country of barbarians and there is no way forward. That is not true, but, since when are those two characters honest about their intentions. Trump chronically lies and Netanyahu swears to it.
If the larger international stage were Iran’s megaphone there is a real possibility Trump and Netanyahu can be embarrassed into backing down because of the lies they tell. If one recalls Rubio was in talks with Iran and all of a sudden things aren’t happening fast enough and Trump has a hissy fit and begins lobbing missiles at Iran. That is how this mess got started.
To be noted, Russia may be a real player internationally. Putin can easily get the global community’s attention as he was successful in ending the suffering in Cuba. That is not nothing. Russia can be instrumental in protecting Iran.
I strongly suggest the global community come together on this as soon as possible. The USA military under Trump is a rouge force in the world and that is also not nothing. No more nice talk about how the benevolence of the USA seems oddly gone from its international profile. The people of the USA are seriously angry about the change in profile of their military and the chronic criminal profile emerging about Trump and his minion Hegseth.
This is an international issue that is urgent. No country has to radically change their alliance to their treaties. This is a unique and unexpected danger in the world and all leverage should be applied.

Trump or any other candidate for office can’t simply state there was criminal wrongdoing doing and demand election records without proof of that wrongdoing.
The Fulton County election was scrutinized for inaccurate ballot counts. Every ballot and their voter was recorded properly and Trump lost the election. Now, because Trump fussed and fumed over a relationship by the then Fulton County prosecutor with another prosecutor the election ballots are to be scrutinized yet again only this time removed from their legal storage?
The issue in regard to the Fulton County prosecutor is one of potential prejudicial handling of the criminal complaint about Trump’s corrupt conversation with Mr. Raffensperger. The issue is NOT about the legitimacy of the election results. The ballots have NOTHING to do with the prosecutor or her relationship. As a matter of fact Trump is opening himself up for a counter lawsuit for fraud in regard to his demeanor and racketeering in a civil suit whereby he is seeking money.
The charges filed by Fannie Willis were indeed correct. A legal “shadow” was created by Trump leading to doubt about the criminal charges. That shadow of a doubt caused a judge to believe the prosecution was in peril, hence, the charges dropped. The charges by Willis of Trump were correct. The success of prosecution to a jury came into question. Never at question was the sound vote count depriving Trump of an election win. Trump lost the election.
At this point everyone involved with the proposed crime of altering the election results knows the ballots were 100 percent correct. I believe Prosecutor Willis has a civil suit against Trump in attempting for a second time to alter ballots. I believe she has grounds for a NEW crime now that there is an attempt of illegal removal of ballots for purposes of fraud.
With this new attempt at racketeering by Mr. Trump he is no longer facing double jeopardy, but, actually new crimes. Prosecutor Willis should file a civil lawsuit for at the very least continued defamation of character in continued accusations of voter fraud when there is absolutely none.
Trump created doubt in the success of the prosecution. Nothing else changed. It was a judgement call and nothing more. A civil lawsuit will expose the original crime again. Trump wants to alter the ballots to hide the truth so his demand for money is upheld. It is his business in how he spends money on his legal defense. Because the prosecution was unsuccessful doesn’t mean he is not guilty.
To be completely clear, do we actually know whom paid for Trump’s defense? The GOP or him? Is he under a contact to repay the GOP? Lots and lots of questions yet to be answered.

Check points. Check points need to have decontamination facilities. Surveillance of perimeter not visible at check points. Aerial surveillance if possible.
Compassion to victims of radiation leaks is vital. Water sources and moving water is paramount to control. Radiation in water will cause widespread victimization and long term clean supply problems.

So, let me get this right. Josh Hawley doesn’t want troops committed to carrying out genocide, but, it is okay to allow the most sophisticated military apparatus to do exactly that.
It didn’t take long for Iran to get the picture and understand there is not one Trump official worth trusting in negotiations.
Governing “the crescent” is going to be difficult.
The internal security of all those countries could erupt into far greater problems than Iran itself. That sort of instability isn’t resolved quickly.
There isn’t a country on Earth that has the luxury of watching what transpires in the Middle East. Every minister, every governor has the responsibility to understand the potential to instability and violence in their country by those already radicalized and those with the potential to be radicalized.
There really is no other way forward
Given the world’s continued dependence on high energy demand satisfied by fossil fuels the hostilities must end and war reparations begun.
The countries involved know the rules and how they escalated to ridiculous outcomes.
The United States Congress are primarily responsible for Trump’s uncontrolled aggression. It is that aggression that is the primary driver of the hostilities. Israel alone could not have caused the disaster the world is currently facing. World order and the global economy is nearly irreparably disrupted and primarily because of gross negligence of the USA legislature to establish a War Powers Act to limit Trump.
Uncertain number of missles
Israel and Trump are saying they believe they destroyed one third of Iran’s missiles and damaged another one third but are unsure about the other third.
The onset of the assault by Trump and Netanyahu stated they were interested in disarming Iran’s nuclear capacity. It seems mission creep has set in and the ambitions to disarm Iran’s nuclear capabilities has turned into something different.
In the case of missile counts, that is best left to a neutral third party such as the IAEA. The United Nations inspectors can best determine on the ground the capabilities of Iran’s military. To that end the hostilities must stop and inspections to begin.
As to the Straits of Hormuz, it is best left to China and other countries willing to enter into financial agreements in paying safe passage through the sovereign Iranian Persian Gulf waters.
The current estimate to the use of the Persian Gulf for ship traffic is very low. Most shipping companies have found alternative routes for their goods. There is no reason to bomb Iran for control over its sovereign waters when so few ships are navigating those waters now.
There is no reason with the high casualty rate to continue to act against Iran when mission creep has taken over and there is uncertainty of Iran’s missile capacity. This is the very specific reason for United Nation inspectors to take over.
If Iran objects to inspections, given the newness of its leadership, it needs guidance.

Trump is stating there are peace talks with Iran.
Iran has stated there are no talks at all.
Trump is attempting to link the talks with USA troops as if there will be no casualties.
He is lying.
Putting American troops in the Middle East to attempt to occupy Iran is a suicide mission.
There were more than 58,000 dead Americans in Vietnam before the fall of Saigon occurred.
The Vietnam War took many lives from the entire of nations of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. Estimates of the war dead including the peaceful and people were between 1.8 and 3.8 million people.
The USA lost that war.
The USA Congress must convene a war powers act to end the slaughter before it begins. Hegseth is incompetent and believes God inspired this. That is bullshit. This is a genocidal war expected to destroy the Shi’ites.
That goal is called genocide.
The Iran War is illegal.
Mike Johnson will never commit to protecting American lives over tyranny.
Approximately 11 percent of Louisiana’s GDP is government spending with ICE having three detention centers in the state.

These are all violations of the Rule of Law in the USA that can be cited in relation to any litigation, not just immigration. It is important to show the courts that there are very high ranking members of this administration unchecked of their abuse of power. That unchecked abuse of power is causing human beings pain and suffering. They must be cited and held responsible.
No ordinary person in this world can fight back alone against such enormous corruption. Not even in the greatest democracy in the world. Fighting back by exposing such criminality, including the deaths of Americans will become a common experience to the point to where any actions this administration takes will become mute in recognition of their crimes and continued path asserting that criminal power.
The most difficult level to have achieved awareness to the criminal content of this administration is the rigid military. They are engaged in the loyalty of our national defense and to have them single out acts of criminality by their Commander and Chief means they recognize illegal orders. Recognizing illegal orders at any level of the chain of command is a rather dicey act of patriotism. It is akin to whistleblowing.
But, when armed with facts in the face of leveraged power over the individual the courts can begin to move our power structure in constitutionally best direction.
I am sure that is as clear as mud, but, when a great people experience such hardship when their leaders act against them, their common experience matters.

Congress needs to review military readiness before leaving on recess. Hegseth is destroying readiness. We are a defense force not war lords. Our supply of munitions needs to be inventoried ASAP. They aren’t toys. They are our national defense.
Additionally, Hegseth has removed two African Americans and two women from their rightful place in line for promotions to General.
Congress should enact a war powers act before their recess. Not doing so is a clear statement about the way Republicans are moving on national defense. Congress is becoming highly negligent and racist quite frankly.
It is gross incompetence.

Anyone can order missiles to be fired. There is no clear strategy and absolutely no reason for the attacks in the first place. All Trump’s aggression is unjustified.

Trump and Netanyahu need to deescalate their ideology into reality.

There is blood in the water and the communists are in a feeding frenzy. Trump was warned before his zealot attacks on Iran disrupting ingenuous peace negotiations.
Domestically, the defunding is working. Trump is concentrating his beloved ICE in airports and it makes no difference.
The Republicans are behind closed doors assessing what Trump and Hegseth have done in the Middle East realizing their hubris is premature. The Republicans need to end Trump’s domestic terrorism and reconcile with Democrats.

Misappropriation of funds.
I believe the funding for the offshore wind was Obama. So, the wind funding was legislated. Any change is to go through the legislature. It is probably very litigable. Public utility projects are a long time in the making. They are expected to last 30 years or more.
The trend is up week after week.

We would like to laugh, but Trump is dangerous in a bad way.
Trump hasn’t a clue as to what he is doing. His inner circle doesn’t either. All they know is how to project Trump’s brand.
See, Trump listens to the critics of his administration to know where he has it wrong. That is why there is so much, very, very wrong. John Stewart was able to catch the “idiot phenomena” that pervades Trump’s day to day showmanship.
A neutral party needs to step in with Iran.
Oman comes to mind, but, it does not have normalized relations with Israel. That still does not disqualify Oman as a real candidate for negotiations.
Israel and the USA are not in line with any Zero Sum outcome. They are invested in what they want while they still have the upper hand militarily.
Add to that the huge mistake Trump and Hegseth made with Cuba in redirecting a Russian oil tanker and basically the USA is setting the world on fire. I would be very surprised if Putin continues to allow a blockade of Cuba when there are profound human rights occurring. By refusing to allow an unarmed Russian oil tanker to dock, it opened the door to Russian military assistance to allow the tanker to enter the port. Trump gave Putin a reason.
But, with Iran, there is no fairness. Israel and the USA cannot negotiate honestly. They believe they have the upper hand and do not see themselves clear to step back from what they have done and bring about a more conciliatory tone.
There is a lot of hate of Iran growing among the countries in the Middle East. That’s Trump and MBS. Trump is a champion fomenter of hate. The drum beat is growing and Don is in his element. The conflict with Iran probably serves to keep whatever is left of his political constituents agreeing with him. Netanyahu simply wants Iran destroyed. Neither Trump or Netanyahu have any idea what happens in Iran following the deaths of any and all leaders of the people, so it mostly disqualifies them as negotiators.
To be noted Trump has raised the recruitment age for the Army to 42 years old. Trump is having a difficult time recruiting soldiers because it is obvious to everyone in the USA that Hegseth has no clue how to lead the military while being the worst Secretary of Defense on record. It takes real talent to kill your own soldiers while destroying the country’s military infrastructure.
In New York City a wrinkle has developed with Maduro. He had no representation. Venezuela is more than willing to pay for lawyers but a rather impossible hurdle has manifested and the case may be dismissed because Due Process cannot go forward. Never in a million years have I witnessed such a global circus as that of Donald John Trump.
But, as to Iran? There needs to be a neutral third party. Preferably a country on good terms with Israel and Iran. I don’t see how it proceeds otherwise.

Trump is a bully.
Trump is Commander and Chief in name only. He stated himself that decisions are made from whatever his own brain settles on.
Let’s see what he settled on, anything? Not really. He nearly ran the USS Ford aground in the Caribbean Sea. Trump set up an oil embargo to steal Venezuelan ships laden with oil. Then after damaging two of Ford’s escort ships Trump decided to sent the battle group to the Middle East only to have three jets shot time with Kuwaiti friendly fire. Then crashed midair fueling jet in Iraq in a ball of flames that is still burning. I hope the jets expecting to fuel in midair didn’t run out of fuel.
Let’s not forget the extrajudicial killings, and illegal use of high intensity sound deployments to capture Maduro. That was a human rights violation. And if that wasn’t bad enough he assassinates a Shi’ite Supreme Leader taking out entire school of girls as well.
Then there is this huge vacillation with Putin. Trump places sanctions on Russia to bring it to the peace/ceasefire tables with Ukraine. Then when Trump realized he royally screwed up the oil supply out of the Persian Gulf he removes sanctions in hopes that Russia will wildly pump oil to aid Trump in handling USA inflation.
Are we impressed with what comes out of Trump’s mind yet? Because Russia isn’t about to increase production to assist Trump in his dilemma. Russia is bringing a tanker of oil to help the world understand how incompetent Trump’s administration actually is. What I am wondering is what is Putin bringing to near shore USA in Cuba other than just oil?
Donald Trump and Hegseth are actors on a stage that the Republicans are bewildered to end. Three crashed jets, a crashed fuel jet, dead soldiers, stranded Free World citizens and the USA majority Republicans look the other way? What do they need a seeing eye dog?
If Former Democratic Presidents were this blindly ambitious with the casualties that currently exist and the Middle East was on fire; the Republicans would not be saying, “Ya’all fight nice, now.”
Trump must be stopped from putting USA troops in harms’ way.
How many dead USA soldiers are the American people willing to accept? There will be plenty. Iran is not Iraq, the neighboring Shi’ites. Iran is absolutely not Afghanistan. Vietnam was 11 years and more than 50 thousand deaths with 19 year old drafted to serve only to come home in a pine coffin.
