Nanatak has a video at this site. Enjoy their sense of Antarctica. Page down for video.

Penguins in Antarctica

Page down after clicking on title of entry. Thank you.

It's cold all over the Ice Continent. This is the best I have seen Antarctica in years.

July 9, 2007
1918 gmt
South Pole Satellite

The heat transfer vortices are impinging on lower latitudes. The sun is coming back south again.

Surface Winds Image (24 hour loop - click here)

True to form, the turbulence of the upper troposphere has translated into more turbulent surface winds. Nothing like spreading the snow around evenly.

July 9, 2007
Jet Stream Satellite.
There really seem to be a vortex intrusion at the higher elevations over Antarctica in other satellite, this could be self generated turbulence because of changing temperatures with such cold temperatures. The humidity satellite however shows 60% on average around the continent, that could be attributed to 'snow' which is absolutely necessary to recharge all the ice formations of Antarctica.

Click here for 24 hour loop

The loop is missing the 9 PM and 12 AM images. It's impressive then to realize the continent is maintaining it's coldness. All the reporting stations are below 0 C. Nice.

It must have been the music. Nanatak. Called up the Deep Freeze Gods. (click here)

The weather in Antarctica (Crystal Ice Chime) is:

July 7, 2007
Sag Harbor, New York
Photographer states :: We encountered this large cell as we were crossing Long Island Sound. Day became night at 4 Pm.

This is not just a matter of summer time or winter time. The icefield's integrity has been destroyed. There is no 'recharge' to this glacier.

The weather at Glacier Bay National Park (Crystal Wind Chime) is:

July 7, 2007
Glacier Park, Montana

This is a national atrocity. It is 'the shame' of a DEMOCRACY. Anyone getting 'the picture' here? And the current administration has the 'gall' to invoke the name of God on a regular basis while they pursue oil wars that cause the death of a benevolent Earth. They NEVER invoked the name of God when addressing the environment or their deregulating policies. Regulation is necessary. It is a matter of having a country 'worthy' of global scrutiny. The Republicans DON'T 'walk the walk' but simply 'talk the walk.' It's called propaganda.

July 4, 2007
Water Fall Glacier Park, Montana

There are not only NO glaciers in Montana, there is no waterfall either.

July 4, 2007
Sun Road Glacier Park
Photographer states :: It was quite hot even at that altitude

Glacier Park in Montana has long since been absent of glaciers. It is at a lower latitude than Glacier Bay National Park and should have been an early warning signal that something is very "W"rong with Earth. There hasn't been the tourist attracting glaciers for decades. To that end the park has transformed itself into an information center. It should be transformed into a center of global awareness regarding Human Induced Global Warming.
