There are two addtional deaths from the California Gas Explosion

An emergency worker walks through an area of burned homes in San Bruno, Calif., on Saturday (click title to entry.Sometimes I wonder what the breaking point of bad news for the USA it can withstand.  So far, we are a very resilient people.  At least those of us that 'survive the day.'  This is absolutely horrible.  An entire neighborhood is gone.  Like what?  This is negligence to say the very least.

At least 50 people, some critically, and crews keep searching the wreckage for signs that anyone else was caught in the blaze.

Glenn’s coming to the Last Frontier! I hope my fellow Alaskans (and anyone visiting from Outside) will join me this Saturday, September 11, 2010, at Anchorage’s Dena’ina Center at 8:00 p.m. Glenn Beck will be there – you won’t want to miss it. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com.

We can count on Glenn to make the night interesting and inspiring, and I can think of no better way to commemorate 9/11 than to gather with patriots who will “never forget.” Hope to see you there!
