Have you seen this man?

Victims are ages 12 to 55 and both genders.

He could be driving into the area where the deaths have occurred. He does not necessarily live there. We have seen migrating murderers in recent killings.

...Authorities (click here) believe the shooter first struck on March 17 (St. Patrick's Day) this year, injuring a 16-year-old teen who was walking down the street at 11.30pm.

Two days later the shooter struck again at the exact same time, shooting a 21-year-old man who was standing outside of his car. His injuries, like the 16-year-old boy's, were not life threatening.

It was April 1 (April Fools Day) that the shooter made his first kill, gunning down Diego Verdugo-Sanchez in front of a home around 9pm.

Verdugo-Sanchez, 21, was enjoying a taco dinner with his fiance Marina Smith, who was pregnant at the time, and her parents when he went outside to lock his car.

Not even two seconds later, Smith heard four gunshots, according to The Arizona Republic.

Her mother found Verdugo-Sanchez lying on the ground.

Just two weeks later Krystal Annette White, 55, was killed when she stepped outside for a moment while visiting an elderly friend. She was a mother of six.
White's death was the seventh homicide investigators linked to the serial street shooter on Tuesday.

'Police are confident that White's case is still forensically linked to the other incidents,' Sgt Jonathan Howard told The Arizona Republic.

It would be nearly two months before the serial street shooter struck again, this time killing five people in just 10 days.

Horacio De Jesus Peña, 32, was shot and killed just before 10am on June 3 as he returned from a job helping out at a group home for people with special needs.

Peña had just gotten out of his car in front of his family's home when he was gunned down.

'He wasn't even two feet away from his car door,' Peña's sister Nancy told NBC News....

These monies were ordered by The Hage, the world court.

The issues was resolved under Secretary Kerry. It had nothing to do with Americans held by Iran.

...The settlement, (click here) which resolved claims before an international tribunal in The Hague, also coincided with the formal implementation that same weekend of the landmark nuclear agreement reached between Tehran, the U.S. and other global powers the summer before.
“With the nuclear deal done, prisoners released, the time was right to resolve this dispute as well,” President Barack Obama said at the White House on Jan. 17—without disclosing the $400 million cash payment.
Senior U.S. officials denied any link between the payment and the prisoner exchange. They say the way the various strands came together simultaneously was coincidental, not the result of any quid pro quo....

The age of women.

A wonderful essay about the growth of women in places of responsibility. The educated women of the 1960s raised their babies and went to school. They are the founders of the path of success for women in the USA.

It was a political movement and without it women would still be lacking in presence in our most important places of responsibility.

...President Franklin D. Roosevelt (click here) had named one, Florence Ellinwood Allen, followed 15 years later by President Harry Truman’s appointment of the second, Burnita Shelton Matthews. Thirteen more years passed before President John F. Kennedy named Sarah Tilghman Hughes to the Federal District Court bench in Dallas; the next year, on Nov. 22, 1963, Judge Hughes entered the history books when she administered the presidential oath of office to Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson. President Johnson named three women to federal courts. Presidents Richard M. Nixon and Gerald R. Ford named one apiece. President Carter took the revolutionary step of naming 40 — roughly one in six of his 259 judicial appointments, enabled by Congress’s expansion of the federal bench in 1978 by nearly one-third, adding 151 judgeships with the expectation that they would be filled promptly. (President Obama has managed to get 138 women confirmed to the federal courts; they make up 42 percent of his successful judicial nominations.)...

China has invested in people movers. One, a bus, is rather unique.

The prototype of the Transit Elevated Bus, which is 72 feet long and 26 feet wide, going for a test run in the Chinese seaside city of Qinhuangdao on Tuesday.

Beijing — If you’re driving (click here) in a Chinese city in the none-too-distant future and your car is engulfed in a smooth, humming metallic belly, don’t panic. It may feel like an alien abduction, but probably it’s only a colossal, street-straddling bus.
The idea of a bus so large, high and long that it could virtually levitate above congested streets seemed surreal when presented at an expo in Beijing in May. But it came a step closer to reality this week, when a prototype went for an experimental spin in Qinhuangdao, a seaside city in northern China.
The makers of the vehicle, known as the Transit Elevated Bus, declared the ride down a few hundred yards of street on Tuesday a success, but the controlled conditions hardly reflected the gnarled unpredictability of Chinese traffic. Television news showed the bus, resembling a goliath bug, edging forward down tracks while two cars nestled side by side underneath....

China is moving ahead of the USA in many aspects that are a sophisticated and the sign of a wealthy country. China values the idea of being efficient, modern and innovative. These projects are invested in by the Chinese government. China is not a regressive government or society.

The world's fastest (click here) high-speed train halts in Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi province

he world's fastest high-speed train with the maximum operating speed of 380 km per hour will run on Zhengzhou-Xuzhou high-speed track from next month.
The engineers behind the Zhengzhou-Xuzhou high-speed railway have succeeded in finishing a key interconnecting facility to link the railway with Beijing-Guangzhou and Zhengzhou-Xi'an high-speed line, creating a seamless connection of high-speed tracks in China's eastern and middle-western regions.
After the new train is launched, the travel time between Zhengzhou, Central China's Henan province, and Xuzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, will be shortened from 2-hour 33-minute to about 80-minute.
Compared to the last generation bullet train, the new train's continuous operating speed has increased 50 km per hour to 350 km per hour, and the highest speed is 400 km per hour in testing phase. In future, the new generation train will be mainly used to carry passengers in China.
