This is malpractice.

There is no way a year at sea is justified. The missions were not sanctioned by Congress, and the USA had no threat level from either Venezuela or Iran. Israel's war for dominance is not a justifiable war. The Middle East needs to come to terms with each other and support common values while religious differences are tolerated.

It is good to have the Ford on it's way home. The soldiers need a break. Family needs to see their soldiers. The Ford needs to be assessed and restored to national defense level service. Battle ground repairs are only temporary.

The House passed a bill (click here) on Thursday to fund most of the subagencies within the Department of Homeland Security after a 76-day shutdown of the department.

Lawmakers approved the DHS funding measure that was passed by the Senate more than a month ago to fully fund subagencies that do not carry out immigration enforcement, including the Coast Guard, TSA, Secret Service, FEMA and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.

President Trump is expected to sign the funding bill shortly.

Republican lawmakers now plan to advance a separate bill to fund Border Patrol and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Trump's administration lives in a different orbit than reality.

This is the White House Press Secretary lying to the public. No one is responsible for the shooter's actions except the shooter himself. When is Leavitt going to admit Trump creates an environment of hate that permeates throughout the country and results in acts like this?

This is how a mature and responsible president conducts himself? And who exactly is responsible for that behavior, Democrats? 

No one of his staff will admit Trump is a very strange and unpredictable person. It is like there are two Trumps, the one that appears acceptable to the public and their is the evil Trump that manifests in all this mess he does all day long like the videos and tweets. He is a crazy SOB full of hate for the people of his country and no one in his administration will admit it. Imagine reporting to work at the White House only to find your boss is fomenting hate and creating videos that illustrate the hate he has the voters of this country. What was that video all about shape up or I'll shit on you more than I do now? 

That video reminded me of an actual Russia war relic that flys over the intended people and drops radiation particles all over them. It is real and exists. I think Trump if given half a chance at never being convicted of war crimes would like to do exactly all of Americans. He is a sick SOB.

Days after an armed man (click here) stormed the White House Correspondents Dinner, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt pointed a finger at Democrats, including some prominent Massachusetts lawmakers, and alleged without evidence that they incited violence against President Trump.

The comments she alluded to described Trump as “a wannabe dictator” and a fascist, and encouraged people to protest, but did not call for acts of violence.

During a press briefing on Monday, Leavitt said that “crazed rhetoric about the president” from members of the Democratic Party inspire violence like what was seen on Saturday, when a man tried to storm the correspondents dinner. Authorities have charged the suspect with the attempted assassination of Trump.

Leavitt’s examples included comments by Massachusetts senators Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey. Leavitt also quoted Representative Ayanna Pressley of Boston....

Of course, Hegseth committed war crimes. It is a fact. Why hasn't he been indicted?

The problem is that the Republican majority refuses, that was refuses, to do anything except sit on their hands. They are not ignorant to the fact there were extrajudicial killings in the Caribbean Sea. When are they going to do something about it?

Best I can tell someone set Hegseth straight as to the crimes he was committing and somehow that is okay and nothing more need be done. Secretary Hegseth is a walking talking war crime boss with our military. He is drunk on Trump and can't understand why the public finds Trump objectionable. It is ridiculous.

Extrajudicial killing is murder. The entire episode of this administration is nightmare after nightmare. Military leaders, one after another refuse to carry out anymore unreasonable orders and they leave. They aren't respected. For Hegseth it is his way or the highway. He is a disaster as a leader.

What in the hell is an unconstitutional gerrymandering?

I guess when they let Texas gerrymander its pre-ten year districts that was supposed to put the Republicans over the top. Damn California came along and did the same thing.

I guess it isn’t working out quite the way the Corrupt Republicans expected. See, the Republicans are smarter than everyone else and when they aren’t then media blitz takes over to sell the corruption of it all. 

Alito has painted himself into a corner and now whenever districts are likely Democratic they are illegally gerrymander.

I have a question. Just one.

Of all the states seeking to find victory for their party by gerrymandering how many are racist in their districts? Because that what Alito is saying. He is saying the Black Louisiana (Speaker of the House Louisiana) district is racist? 

I think the conservative Justices have a lot of explaining to do. The USA census is basically becoming meaningless. It is supposed to service the best outcome of the people. It provides really good information about how Americans are doing, how well the country is growing, as well as distributing congressional districts in the House of Representatives. 

Districting should only occur one every ten years and WITHOUT political boundary lines. What Alito did today was to say ONLY his boundary lines matter, only his political ideals matter. 

This decision by the Supremes puts a huge band of corruption straight on this entire movement against equity. We are going so far into political dynamics ruling this country when it comes to education of children we are all the way back to Brown vs. Board of Education. 

This decision today brings into focus the ideals of the conservative justices in their interpretation of the USA Constitution.

They are wrong.

The Roberts Court has been nothing but controversial in its decisions regarding race. They need to be reviewed. A review would reveal where the USA Constitution has been misdirected in their decisions, how, and why. It will provide noa roadmap for course correction that will assist the Senate in approving or disapproving appointments. 

Elections matter. THE VOTE is how Americans are heard and NOT controlled.

There is no such thing as unconstitutional gerrymandering. In all honesty,  gerrymandering is unconstitutional; period!

Unconstitutional gerrymandering is an oxymoron. It has no real definition. Gerrymandering is political manipulation. That is unconstitutional. How can an unconstitutional concept be unconstitutional in a way that is supposed to correct the path of decision makers? Alito is looking for control NOT ethical governance. The entire of the USA Constitution is supposed to provide ethical governance. There is no control within the will of the people except in the Rule of Law dealing with crime. Other aspects of governance is about ethical content in decision making.

False premise

Peace or a ceasefire is impossible between the Trump administration and the Shi’ite homeland of Iran.

Iran made a perfectly good offer to end hostilities that did not involve Iran’s nuclear capability because at this pint Iran has no nuclear capability. It is wrong to assume Iran is going to have the capacity of nuclear enrichment for weapons grade. Agreements have to be realistic and measurable and when a goal is not measurable because the danger goes not exist it is mute and causes problems with the agreement. It is like Iran admitting there really is a problem when none exists. Imagine how Trump would use such information especially because he fabricates his own truth. For Iran to enter into a supposed capacity to nuclear bombs is setting it up for failure and invasion.

Trump and Rubio are propagating hate without cause and continuing hostilities without cause. They are committing human rights abuses with their baseless threats. They will use any and all capacity to kill Shi’ites.

Oman has been this successful and it is obvious it has the truth of Tehran. Oman should have the focus and loyalty of the USA and Iran to succeed to a peaceful end. 

It is noteworthy Netanyahu is bombing Lebanon again. He is destroying homes in the area of a unilaterally declared safe zone.

Sovereign waters are not international waters. The global community has no right to simply take them. Iran is a third world country and has a right to keep their waters privileged to countries that have procured permits and respect Iran’s sovereignty. From Schedule 1to 3 is a good change. It us good for the public to have supplies that are required to be certified safe.

Any state selling marijuana is receiving income from those sales. Every state in the country should welcome the change. 

The legislature should follow it up with a review of the schedule system and its use. Medical and surgical doctors should come forward to recommend change to drug use, rehabilitation, and addiction to being addicts once office rather than the street.

The Iran Conflict cannot go forward.

The expertise of the Navy is vacant. These men need to speak to the conditions of the battle as they leave.

There is something very wrong. I guarantee you it is about genocidal and illegal orders the commanders won’t carry out. The Navy will go through attrition until someone, anyone will follow Hegseth’s illegal orders.

The American people have a renegade as a President and Defense Secretary that doesn’t care about casualties or the loss of assets such as $700,000 million refueling jets. Now, there is a good chance the Navy is going to lose boats. Several have already had major repair issues without being in battle. 

The USA military has just bad leadership.

The American people spend billions and trillion of dollars over decades to not only have the most powerful assets in the world, but, to invite volunteers that make the military their career. These people we call soldiers and officers are magnificent and put their lives in the middle of the enemy and our democracy. These clowns from the political right wing come into office and proceed to destroy what generations of Americans have sacrificed and worked for. It has to stop.

The Senate is about to pass a spending bill to fund ICE and Border Patrol agents without any reforms to throw them right back in the mix domestically. Trump is illegally deploying the military to the borders so ICE and Border Patrol can continue their violence domestically. There is no reason for the spending. There is no reason for ICE or Border Patrol either under this administration, the military is guarding the borders.

I take offense that past administrations were lying. They weren’t.

There were no illegal aliens released into the country, that does not mean no one came to the border.

What the Trump administration has done to accomplish so called border security was break the law. No other administration was willing to break the law.

Trump’s border wall has done a lot of environmental damage. Some say that is the trade off. But, the wall causes a great deal of problems with flooding and chronic repairs. The flooding it causes includes debris carried by water that builds up behind it. As a result of these issues there are times when the wall is not intact. 

So, the question truly is if there are issues such as this what happened to legislative solutions that uphold the rule of law? 

Trump has succeeded at creating a militarized border wall staffed by the military (which is illegal) but at what cost? This clearly illustrates this is a president who believes the end justifies the means. That is very dangerous.

I am curious as to any reports by human rights organizations about that fact as to what occurred to the migrants that were turned away. Did the military kill unarmed people trying to come to the USA as if they were the enemy?

Republicans consents to death of Americans

Johnson is attempting to skirt his responsibility for the violence within the borders of the USA propagated by Trump. ICE and Border Patrol need parameters to conduct their officer training and deployment into cities if the USA.

This is exactly the kind of issue that caused Charlie Kirk’s assassination. He didn’t care about people he cared about laws and the potential to propagate a Caucasian Christian exclusive society. 

Johnson’s rhetoric does nothing for productive dialogue to result in functional governance.

Refusing to recognize the problem isn’t going to get him anywhere. If Johnson doesn’t understand that the detention centers in his state violate human rights abuses then he does not belong in office.

There is an ICE agent being prosecuted today because of the anarchy that exists in this administration. Enough of Johnson’s nonsense. We want domestic peace, not a police state carrying out deaths of citizens. 

ICE and Border Patrol need rules to live by.

The escalation to war must stop

There will be no use of the Persian Gulf if there is war raging so don’t sail there if Iran is hostile to shipping. The Revolutionary Guard is a problem for Iranian leadership. Sanctions should apply to hostile acts in the Persian Gulf.

These are the jets the USA lost previous to a ceasefire. Trump is promoting a military budget twice the size it is now, $1.5 trillion without interest payments. The reason is to continue to waste USA national security on needless and ego driven war.

Stop using the power of the military as a cudgel.

Trump’s only method of governance or international affairs is to threaten violence. Knock it off. The USA budget for the military has to be cut and those monies returned to the people. This level of abuse of power must end.

If the presidency doesn’t know how to return the Shi’ites to negotiations peacefully then don’t do it at all.

Violating international law is not an option.

Clue: International recognition of Shi’ite sovereignty no different than Sunni. Stop treating Shi’ites as pariahs. Promote alternative methods of energy to remove the power of petroleum. Begin cultural exchange between Shi’ite countries and the international community. Allow fees for passage through sovereign waters when not a favored nation status through trade as defined with the World Trade Organization. Normalize international relations without discrimination.

I am certain Iran has favored nation status of its own.

Separate, but, equal.

Everyone knows the Republicans want to create a Caucasian Christian nation. Texas is by far the most religiously corrupt when it comes to that goal. The problem is, does the absence of a particular religion fulfill the goals of the Fourth Amendment?

The Fourth Amendment states freedom of religion, not freedom of one religion to dominate the country. Will the ten commandments be part of the curriculum? Required study by every student? Or. Will it be a specialty subject of choice? When displaying the Ten Commandments from the Christian Bible will the Fourth Amendment be required to be displayed with it?

This is the exact problem with Charter Schools. The Charter Schools drain the public educational system of funding. That is the design of Charter Schools. Ultimately, the goal of the Charter Schools is to eliminate the public school system completely, hence, who needs the Department of Education if there are no public schools anymore? 

So. Where is this movement of demanding Christianity as a methodology for all school children leading? It is discriminatory and oppressive as well as victimizing to other students that come from homes that practice other faiths or no faith at all? The Non-Christian households are not provided with a public education separate and equal to the Christian lead schools.

The Ten Commandments in this case is an assimilation tool and I believe highly unconstitutional in violation of freedom guaranteed to all Americans.

The country needs to return to mandatory Civics Classes that instruct freedom as a moral framework to understanding governance and citizenship. That alongside physical education and age appropriate health classes and the moral side of education will be covered without violation of human rights or corruption of government. 

Supposedly religion is a personal relationship with God. That is the claim of the Christians. Fine. Keep it that way.

I think Iran has a point.

Trump continued to blockade the Strait and even boarded an Iranian tanker and took control of it. Those are violations of the ceasefire. 

Trump figures a ceasefire is what, no dropping bombs? It is an end to aggression. Both sides have to live with normal activity so an understanding of peace exists going forward. 

Trump doesn’t know what he is doing. He says he wants to end Iran’s potential for nuclear power. He sees peaceful use of nuclear energy as a manipulation.

Trump is not willing to live with reality. He wants to imagine Iran differently than it is today. That isn’t reasonable.

The reality is Iran has no nuclear capacity. The country’s leadership is completely different today than before Trump aggressively attacked the country. No one knows if Iran will ever have nuclear capacity yet alone peaceful use of nuclear reactors. Trump is completely bizarre and reacting to fantasy rather than the facts. 

There is a huge difference between peace and control. Trump does not believe in peace. He believes he has to have control. He is a demented ideologue with designs on an entire hemisphere, and the Middle East.

Trump is bizarre when it comes to being trustworthy in international affairs. The Trump administration needs to trust Pakistan to guide the war to an end and they are not doing that. Trump is simply waiting out a so called ceasefire to begin his aggression all over again.

If I am not mistaken Blue Origin even pumps its own fuel out of the ground. I am fairly sure it processes it. So, it is a truly autonomous company. Trailblazer definitely defines Amazon and Blue Origin. 

If Blue Origin is going to be cutting edge for the private space business it is going to need a strong autonomous partner like Anthropic. I wish them the best.

This isn’t a surprise, is it?

Trump has made his way to the Oval Office by being the belligerent who always was unjustly treated. He is there today with the same exact complaint. The world shows it. Patel figures if the methodology works for Trump it will work for him. And it might.

One of the truths within this society is that a strong opinion gets attention. Especially today, the bizarre is scrutinized and opined and ridiculed until it goes away and should have not manifested in the first place. This is the paradigm Patel wants to capture and ruin reputations when in fact he is the reputation the country should be most concerned with as a reason to demand better leadership at the FBI. The agency has been derailed of it’s purpose otherwise Trump would be up on charges again.

The evidence of Patel’s excessive lifestyle is on film. Co-workers are on record for his strange leadership and behavior. Yet, he complains none of it has s true. Well, of course, none of this happened because he doesn’t remember it. Patel has to present the bureaus bar bill and alcohol purchase to get out if this one.

“The Atlantic” is one of the most honest and conservative magazines in the world today. I read it along with everything else I read and it has a very direct and interesting approach. The truth is the truth and finding it in different styles and flavors of authorship is pleasing. The Atlantic is a world class read with an impeccable reputation. I believe “The Atlantic.” Patel needs to step aside. If the agency isn’t functioning to put Trump into prison for his crimes and used to build faux cases against Trump’s enemies then they are a problem for national security. It is just that simple.

Trump’s DOJ cases are always falling apart. Predictably falling apart. They have even fudged the Kirk case. I have to wonder why.

The strength of this democracy is its people and the truth. Citizens were assaulted and died for it in current and real recordings. The FBI should be fighting with the people to end this disaster of an administration, not against them. Maybe it is that truth Patel reaches for a buzz.
