Phil has predicted an early spring.
He is correct!
Winter is over. Absolutely, it is.
This temperature map on February 2nd is pathetic. February is usually brutally cold. There is not one place in the USA experiencing single digit temperatures.
Snow cove is even more pathetic. Where it exists it is melting.
