How much did Oliver North have to do with Maria Butina? How much did he know about the USA military, as an adviser, consultant or otherwise, that was told to her?

ONLINE. Yep. White Supremacist/Nationalist. 19 year old bigot.

He also stated conservatives aren't nearly as violent as they should be. Sounds like a real prodigy of hate speech. Nineteen years old, identifies with hatred and has already killed a woman, wounding three others, including the Rabbi that was shot in the hand.

If the US Congress can't do something about preventing this type of 19 year old ideology killing good and decent people, then there is something wrong with Congress.

HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN IN THE USA!

Synagogue (click here) members talk to a San Diego County Sheriff's deputy outside of the Chabad of Poway Synagogue on Saturday in Poway

...In a post (click here) on fringe message board 8chan, a user linking to the manifesto and a now-locked Facebook profile wrote, "It's been real dudes. From the bottom of my heart thank you for everything."...

These are vulnerable Americans attending to their lives. They are not free to do so without tragedy facing them.

San Diego police have detained a man in connection with a possible shooting incident at the Chabad of Poway synagogue.

I don't see how places of worship can allow free access to the sanctuary. Something needs to be done. Speaker Pelosi should consider placing these Americans within the embrace of Homeland Security and provide monies for a national initiative to secure the building where people gather.

It isn't about religion. It is about the safety of Americans.

October 27, 2018 is when the Pittsburgh shooting occurred at the Tree of Life synagogue.

What gets me upset about this is the congregation is a reflection of the community. To my way of thinking, this isn't about religion, it is about securing the community. Every community has a right to be safe, including schools. It seems to me these vulnerable places need to be addressed by the federal government.

It is difficult for communities to write laws to enforce safety standards because those standards can be expensive. So, the safety goes unaddressed. It isn't right. Churches and schools are where vulnerable Americans gather. We need to create an initiative to secure them in a meaningful way.

Churches, mosques, synagogues and places of worship are where families and the elderly gather. Schools are where young people and children are required to attend to their vital education. We are losing them. The AFTER SHOCK of these events are causing PTSD and deep depression leading to even greater loss. We cannot ignore this anymore. When it comes to schools, we are losing our brain trust and it is a national tragedy. The numbers effected are far greater than any study has reported.

Death and maiming is a permanent loss to the families. American families should not be faced with such shocking and disruptive losses.

Trump will file lawsuits stating he is under audit. He is chronically under audit and it is a methodology.

In realizing Trump's refuses oversight by the US House it is easily realized as a methodology. The methodology is to delay, delay, delay and delay as much as possible.

The information required that Trump seeks chronic delay is about his PUBLIC IMAGE. Trump's public image is everything to HIS BRAND. His brand is not the problem of the US Congress. Congress cannot take every brand in the USA under it's wing to allow passes on requests for information. If Congress was ever to allow such protections of information, FOIA requests usually overcome any hurdles in Congress.

The Secretary of State must demand all tax returns as printed and submitted. They aren't printing anything except what is already on the record. The states cannot publish an ongoing audit. I doubt if listing any audit status without the facts is prudent or legal, but, displaying the submitted tax return has to be part of the elections.

...Neary twenty states (click here) across the county have introduced legislation that would require all presidential and vice presidential candidates to release their individual tax returns in order to appear on the ballot during the presidential or general election, according to data from the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL).

Bills requiring prospective presidential candidates to disclose recent tax returns as a condition to appear on the ballot are currently pending in the following fourteen states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. Similar legislation, introduced this year, failed in Maryland, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico and Virginia.

Despite a few exceptions, nearly all of the state bills that have been introduced would require candidates to post at least five years of their individual tax returns. In addition, virtually every state bill has been introduced by a Democratic lawmaker, an apparent reaction to Trump's decision to buck decades of tradition during the 2016 election cycle when he refused to release his tax returns....

The federal government has a right to request and demand these records because there is existing law. It can't be made public, but, they have a right to see them.

Here again, Trump is putting his thumb on the scale with Secretary Munchkin hiding everything Congress demands. The Pardon. Just because this is not the Special Council doesn't mean the promise of pardoning has gone away. Congress has to get tough. The Trump Administration is corrupt to the core.

This is the very same thing the states will run into and it will probably be the Attorney General as Trump's defense attorney that will file. The Trump White House is RNC and Trump Campaign Headquarters.

If Trump loses his re-election bid during the primaries, this won't be a problem.

Trump pulls US out of UN arms treaty - "I hope you are happy." (click here for UN Arms Treaty - Thank you)

The landmark Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), regulating the international trade in conventional arms – from small arms to battle tanks, combat aircraft and warships – entered into force on 24 December 2014.

This is all hot air. The signed executive order only means he won't sign any ratification of the treaty. Trump always does the next flamboyant thing in anticipation of making his base happy. He is powerless if the USA decides to ratify the treaty. This is politics.

It is a very important treaty. The USA is a signatory of the treaty and it should be proud in that leadership. The treaty is in full force because 50 other countries have already ratified it.

The UN Arms Trade Treaty keeps weapons out of the hands of al Qaeda. Trump's decision only insults the people in the audience. The UN Arms Trade Treaty has nothing to do with USA sovereignty. The USA is still able to arm itself to protect sovereignty. He is fooling the audience.

One of the greatest problems in the world, especially the Third World, is the ability of rebels to arm themselves. That is particularly true in Africa and has kept the countries on that continent in turmoil for centuries. On this blog there is a weekend discussion about the difficulty that has faced the countries of Africa due to the differences of language, culture and leadership in that order.

Exploiting natural resources provides an income to purchase weapons from illegal dealers. We saw that clearly with Boko Haram (click here). The reality of Africa is changing and that is partly due to the success of the UN Arms Trade Treaty.

Oddly enough, Trump hates Iran. This same treaty can be invoked when Iran sends arms to known rebel groups, including the Houthis in Yemen. If the arms continue to flow into that region to arm rebels the war in Yemen will never end. This treaty is to prevent such fuel to the fire that is hate between religions.

Donald Trump uses hate and the power of the presidency to make really inflammatory remarks to those that support him.

The USA legislature has power and the president simply can't write an executive order to end the law of the land. The power of the legislature is what makes the USA a world class economy and a world class power. That executive order is meaningless and it may as well have been a pledge on a flyer.
