It is a non-profit organization that works through partnerships. The partners include individuals, other organizations and governments.
I am fairly certain this is a 501(c)3. In that is an understanding the public has a right to know about the organization and it's financial holdings and expenses.
They do good work to improve countries in development of their people for a better quality of life. I am sure the foundation makes investments to maintain it's fiscal vitality. Foundations are required to spend at least 5 percent of their incomes on projects within the mission of the foundation. That percentage was changed and increased under the "W" administration.
I really think the Board of Trustees need to offer themselves to talk shows to discuss the book. It probably isn't any information the public can't have anyway. The entire book sounds like a political strategy Rove drummed up on his White Board with Murdock.
I don't' see Chelsea having a responsibility to discuss the book with the media. She has plenty to do with a baby at home.

Hillary is absolutely correct, it is her responsibility to discuss the issues and not speculation about the former president's foundation. Her candidacy is very important to the people of the USA. I would expect anyone on the Board that would allow the media an interview regarding the organization and speculative trashing of it would be very helpful to all of us.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) (click here) is asking people over Twitter to send him information about money collected by the Clinton Foundation that may have influenced U.S. foreign policy while Hillary Clinton was secretary of State....
They are just looking for something, anything that will stick to the wall to defame the Former Secretary.
