It's the Holy War. With Trump has his minion what possibly could go wrong?

Trump is a coward confronting ONLY countries too weak to have a defense against the USA military. He doesn't confront any of the powers he distains. Why? Because a global alliance would result in wars Trump cannot win. He is causing a great deal of problems internationally that results in deaths and/or impoverishment and/or illness and disability. Why is this tolerated? 

The ICC was established to bring strongmen to answer for their crimes. Trump is one of them. It isn't working. Why?

Strong institutes require strong resolve.

In the face of mounting global attacks (click here) on the International Criminal Court (ICC), 58 NGOs are calling on the European Union to take urgent and decisive action to defend the Court and uphold the international rules-based order....

These are the red lines. They are enforced by foreign policy that results in war if the red lines are crossed. This is how international norms are enforced. There is no civil remedy, only war that would no doubt slaughter millions of people with nuclear confrontation.

Trump's great friendship with Xi is a smokescreen for what he actually plans for China.

The International Criminal Court has a lot of work to do. Arrests, bail hearings, setting limits. If China took it's demands for a peace with the USA to the ICC to indemnify the terms and definitions, at first breath of a breach Trump could be arrested.

Xi also warned that the development of artificial intelligence should be "always under human control," in contrast to Trump, who has repeatedly dismissed warnings that AI could threaten humanity itself....

The quest for legitimate international justice without war is still evasive.

Lashing out at his country’s critics (click here), Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu angrily dismissed allegations of Israeli genocide in Gaza as “the biggest lie of the century” in a defiant speech to the U.N. General Assembly that asserted his nation’s right to wage war against Iran. Scores of delegates trooped out of the hall in protest.

Netanyahu addressed the plenum after days of speeches by world leaders condemning Israel’s war in Gaza and accusing him of orchestrating a genocide against the Palestinian people. At times, the Israeli leader, facing a tough race for re-election next month, became emotional and indignant as he lectured his critics, among them New York’s mayor.

Netanyahu, his voice rising in emphasis, said attacking Iran “was one of the easiest decisions I’ve ever had to make” and denounced as “moral cowards” a mass of delegates who walked out of the hall when he took the podium to speak.

Israel's attacks killed more than 73,000 people in the Palestinian enclave since October 2023, mostly women and children. It displaced virtually the entire population and damaged or destroyed most of its buildings.

Inside the General Assembly, dozens of envoys from across the world walked out as Netanyahu began his speech....

The arrest warrant for Netanyahu dates from 2024. The unwillingness by the United Nations to arrest those indicted at the International Criminal Court is a pretense that human rights criminals can still hold power in the face of their crimes. The United Nations wants all leaders to come to the General Assembly. That is reasonable and understandable. The question is why allow the ICC to be meaningless when every country on Earth has representatives present to witness international law at work? An arrest warrant at the ICC is becoming a symbol of tolerated brutality and not a work of justice. It isn't right. Arrests can be made and trials can go forward. That is justice. Ignoring the process and without setting bail for those arrested is symbolic of how the world WISHES international laws work. 

How many international laws has Hegseth broke? Yet, the Republicans are standing behind all that criminality. How many people have been tortured because Trump deported them to dangerous lands and prisons? 

I think the United Nations, while understanding diplomatic immunity, is abusing the definition of that immunity. Possibly for the sake of dues payments. The Dues payments lie with the people of the country who are suffering under leadership violating international laws. Dues are taken hostage to diminish the importance of the UN's work and the international agencies and institutions that was supposed to stop the next Hitler.

New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani (click here) hit back at Benjamin Netanyahu's criticism of him at the U.N. General Assembly Thursday, saying that "no lie" will alter the International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant for the Israeli prime minister.

"As he has done time and again, Prime Minister Netanyahu used his speech to repeat baseless lies meant to sanitize his genocide of Palestinians," Mamdani said in a statement.

"Yet no lie can change the fact that he remains the subject of an International Criminal Court arrest warrant alleging war crimes and crimes against humanity."

Ahead of Netanyahu's visit, Mamdani urged his arrest, saying the U.S. should honor a warrant for Netanyahu issued by the International Criminal Court in late 2024.....

The Republicans want this war. Netanyahu is the reason. The Republicans are biding their time until they can institute a draft and expand the war in the Middle East.

The Republican-led Senate on Thursday (click here) defeated a resolution to remove U.S. forces from hostilities with Iran, in a vote forced by Democrats seeking to highlight fallout from the war in their bid to win back control of Congress.

The resolution failed by a vote of 49 to 50.

The vote came as more Republicans have begun to distance themselves from President Trump over the war, even as others in the party have continued to support it.

Among those speaking out in recent days is Rep. Ashley Hinson, R-Iowa, who is in a tight race for an open Senate seat in her state. In a social media post this week, Hinson wrote, "Iowans are being squeezed and shouldn't have to foot the bill at the pump or the checkout line for the war in Iran."...

I dare anyone to tell me any of these people changed the winner of an election.

I do not take voter fraud lightly, but, even after the arrests the elections they participated in were not decided by their vote.

Twelve people out of 20 arrested and charged and the rest of us have to jump through hoops in order to maintain our registration and vote. This is not necessary!

Trump is so paranoid over the voting in the next election he is demanding the Supreme Court approve the exiting of people his administration states should be deported. Any Cuban in this country has special status (click here). The Trump ICE agents picked up a Cuban national in the USA and immediately sent him into a country's prison I have never heard of and neither did the Cuban. It is way out of hand.

Though the streamlined “wet-foot, dry-foot” advantage is gone, the underlying legislative pathway continues to offer unique relief and opportunity for eligible Cuban residents.

This president has no respect for life or the rights under the USA Constitution.

The Boston-based First US Circuit Court of Appeals (click here) largely upheld an earlier ruling by District Judge Brian Murphy, who found that the Department of Homeland Security’s procedure was unlawful.

According to Reuters, the unanimous decision, delivered on September 18, represents a significant setback for President Donald Trump’s wider immigration crackdown.

The administration has increasingly relied on agreements with African governments to receive people who are not citizens of those countries and, in some cases, have no previous connection to them.
