A couple of things about lawyering in the State of Michigan. One is about Flint.

Government overthrow, also known as treason has no friends.

Lansing - Governor Gretchen Whitmer, (click here) Attorney General Dana Nessel and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson responded to the order from United States Magistrate Judge N. Reid Neureiter in the United States District Court of Colorado after granting sanctions against attorneys a part of a lawsuit related to the 2020 presidential election wherein Michigan officials were named as defendants on Aug. 8, 2021.

“This ruling sends a resounding message: attorneys who neglected their oath to support the Constitution by taking part in election lawsuits based neither in fact nor reality not only undermined our legal system – they did irreparable harm to our election processes and will be held accountable,” Attorney General Nessel said. “These sanctions affirm that although severe damage was done by these baseless lawsuits, the democratic foundation on which this country was built remains intact and the rule of law still prevails. I appreciate my team’s dedication to pursuing these sanctions on behalf of the State and I sincerely hope Michiganders take note of this pivotal ruling.”

Alongside AG Nessel in pursuing sanctions against plaintiff attorneys were Dominion, Facebook, Center for Tech and Civic Life and Pennsylvania....

So that makes sense, right? Any lawyer who participated in attempts to overthrow a fair, free and honest election is an enemy of the state and should be sanctioned. Applause for Governor Whitmer. But, in the same breath, what the heck is she doing?

Flint - Seven months (click here) after Gov. Gretchen Whitmer capped how much Michigan taxpayers would pay in criminal defense fees for current or former state employees charged in connection with the Flint water crisis, the spending ceiling has been lifted.

The legal team representing former Gov. Rick Snyder and a spokesman for the Governor’s Office told MLive-The Flint Journal that a revised standard contract put forward by the state no longer includes a maximum payout of $175,000 per case for each of nine individuals indicted by a one-man grand jury in January....

So, is this like, oops, we forgot that part of the contract or there goes the Michigan Treasury and that will teach the people of Michigan to go against a Governor. So, which is it? It can't be anything different.

There is a remote chance this was due to legislation passed by a Republican Michigan House and Senate. So, who did this because the people have a right to know!!!!!!

President Biden's Justice Department MUST press charges against Ron DeSantis for child endangerment.

This is not funny. It never was funny and still with the tragedy of "Long COVID" as a threat to every child that contracts it, there is no sanity with DeSantis. He is the biggest jerk a woman ever produced.

Yeah, DeSantis, your mother!!!!!

Every school district in this country is unique. We do not stamp out automatrons from our schools, we GROW MAGNIFICENT CHILDREN to thrive within the greatest democracy of all time. They are our future, our hope for this country's future, and a legacy for all time. In a country where the Middle Class thrives to have the greatest economy on Earth today, our children have grown up generation after generation making each other's lives that much better than the generation before.

The point is there is no one answer for every school district in the country or the State of Florida. That is why there are local school board elections. There is a role for governors in education, but, it is not deciding whether a school district has a mask mandate.

The federal government has a right to decide policies and GOALS in curriculum and to add incentives that help fund those goals and bring students higher levels of learning. A state governor is supposed to see to the EQUITY of all schools and that they receive funding that will elevate the student regardless of the local tax base.

Children are not able to receive vaccines safely and the inflammatory disease that results in teens is plenty to cause concern. We are not fighting the flu for the second straight year, we are fighting for every American life and it's well-being even past the "Long Haul COVID." Children are not immune to such tragedy besetting their lives.

The reason this virus has become so dangerous is because of it's SIZE. It literally breaks cell walls to release it's replication using a cell's DNA. When those cell walls are broken they send out signals to the body's immune system setting off a cascade of effects that complicates a person's chances of survival. One of those reactions to the breaking of the cell walls by the virus is to CLOT the blood to end the cell damage. These tiny clots can travel to any part of the body and do damage from COVID TOES to vital organs of the body. When damage occurs it is up to the doctors of the country to mitigate that damage to improve health, HOWEVER, there is always a chance that a small area of damage, over time, will result in larger problems with age.

COVID-19 compromises a person's longevity. It compromises the future longevity of survivors of the virus as well as the current deaths because of unnecessary infection.

The virus kills and maims.

Currently, there is a very dangerous variant among the people in the USA called the Delta Variant. It's largest demographic is UNVACCINATED people. 90 percent of all those infected today are unvaccinated. There is absolutely no reason to avoid vaccination. Of the other 10 percent, 5 percent are immune compromised through chemotherapy or acquired natural immunity that isn't sufficient because of genetics or disease. The other five percent are breakthrough infections of people with underlying problems other than immune-compromised, such as a person with COPD from smoking or severe asthma. Where most people vaccinated would simply rely on their own immunity to handle the infection with an otherwise reasonably healthy body, those with underlying conditions are predisposed to disease. The virus takes advantage of that and makes them seriously ill. Even those folks that become ill and need to be hospitalized, survive the infection with the help of our very well-qualified professionals.

The reason for local school boards, superintendents, and principals to make decisions regarding a mask mandate is because of the uniqueness of every school district and every school in this country. The schools with a high number census will require masks because of the demographic being larger and the ODDS of getting the virus higher. Yet a school across town with a low census of students and a fairly local population will not require masks necessarily. The principal and superintendent that know the people and the students can decide that the children are safe because the people of the community are not contracting the virus.

The purpose of any school, any place in the world it to teach. That is very difficult if classroom after classroom contract a virus with uncertain outcomes of children returning to school or being able to continue learning that year because of time lost. Teaching is mostly an individual case-by-case basis and every teacher knows that.

So, the idea that a governor of Florida could cut funding needed to teach children because of his sick political idea of masks mandates and the ALLOWANCE of disease, possibly death and danger of future problems and shorter longevity into a child's life is CRIMINAL. It just is. There are very simple measures that can be taken to protect the well-being and health of every student in the country.

I KNOW BECAUSE I TEACH.

Children are great. They adjust to anything reasonable and will comply if they are asked by ADULTS such as teachers and principals. There is also something fun about mask-wearing and keeping hands clean. Kids adapt well in some school systems and in some schools, but, the larger the classroom, the larger the student census, the larger the school district, the more likely there will be a chance to cause disease that children can be protected from in simple measures and/or distance learning.

There is absolutely no reason to cut funding to ANY school district, especially those most vulnerable to RISKS of infection of their students.

President Biden should consider asking the federal legislature to open a program for funding when school districts have their's cut by irresponsible and deranged governors. Think of it like a 'School District PPP.'

But, the Biden Justice Department needs to seriously take a look at child endangerment statutes and the wayward governors that could not care less about protecting the lives of children. PUNISHING a school district that absolutely needs the state funding they receive by ending that funding because there is a mask mandate is a direct threat to every student in that school system.

DESANTIS is single-handedly taking aim at causing children to contract a deadly virus with long-term consequences. He needs to be charged, tried, and imprisoned.

A battle is brewing in Florida (click here) over whether students will have to wear masks when they return to the classroom this fall.

Several Florida school districts are keeping their mask mandates in place for the upcoming school year, despite an executive order by Gov. Ron DeSantis that leaves it up to parents to decide whether their children wear face coverings in school. School boards that don't eliminate mask mandates could face the loss of state funding.

South Florida's Broward County Public Schools, the second-largest district in Florida, cited safety as its top priority announcing the decision to maintain its mask requirement pending further guidance from the state as coronavirus cases surge in Florida.

The Sunshine State has seen a rash of new COVID-19 infections in recent weeks. On Saturday, it recorded 21,683 new coronavirus cases, its highest single-day total since the pandemic began....
