This is not a climate event. There simply isn't the kind of emissions causing the climate crisis. If by chance it was a climate event what difference does it make? The scale back of greenhouse gases has to go forward anyway. It is impossible to plug a volcano and no one should want to. We already have a Hawaiian Hot Spot misbehaving. Nations of people must take responsibility for anthropogenic emissions adding to the greenhouse gas burden of Earth.

Continued lawlessness. There is no remorse or reform. He wants a coup.

A Washington D.C. grand jury (click here) returned a superseding indictment Tuesday against former President Donald Trump, essentially re-alleging that he conspired to undermine the 2020 election.
Prosecutors took the case back to a grand jury after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in July that presidents and former presidents of the United States have "absolute immunity" when acting on core constitutional duties and "presumptive immunity" on other matters.
"President's exercise of his core constitutional powers, this immunity must be absolute," the high court ruling said. "As for his remaining official actions, he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity."...
When U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon (click here) dismissed the classified documents case against Donald Trump, the man who nominated her, she didn’t address whether or not the former president was entitled to store top-secret national security documents in a bathroom at Mar-a-Lago. Rather, she argued that the case was illegitimate because the prosecutor, special counsel Jack Smith, was unlawfully appointed...
...In an 81-page filing with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, which has already twice reversed Cannon’s decisions in the case, the special counsel’s team points out that, since at 1974, no other court has denied the right of an attorney general to appoint an outside prosecutor to handle a case. That right, the filing notes, is acknowledged in four separate statutes and was recognized by the Supreme Court in the case U.S. v. Nixon, which upheld the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate a sitting president....

This is not a plot against Trump. It is simply good practice of the Rule of Law. Jack Smith is being responsible to the public trust.
655. Statute of Limitations and Defective Indictments -- Superseding Indictments (click here)
§ 15A‑646. Superseding indictments and informations. (click here) If at any time before entry of a plea of guilty to an indictment or information, or
commencement of a trial thereof, another indictment or information is filed in the same court
charging the defendant with an offense charged or attempted to be charged in the first
instrument, the first one is, with respect to the offense, superseded by the second and, upon the
defendant's arraignment upon the second indictment or information, the count of the first
instrument charging the offense must be dismissed by the superior court judge. The first
instrument is not, however, superseded with respect to any count contained therein which
charged an offense not charged in the second indictment or information. (1973, c. 1286, s. 1.)
If an indictment is dismissed because of legal defect or grand jury irregularity, the government may return a new indictment within six months of the date of dismissal or within the original limitation period (whichever is later). After the original limitation period has expired, a superseding indictment may narrow, but not broaden, the charges made in the original indictment. See 18 U.S.C. §§ 3288-3289; United States v. Miller, 471 U.S. 130 (1985); United States v. Grady, 544 F.2d 598 (2d Cir. 1976).

The photography within Arlington National Cemetery was completely illegal and requires citations to that fact. Please don't leave the staff, who are devoted to these fallen soldiers without support to their position in protecting the cemetery and the graves that hold some of the people we should be most proud.
A verbal and physical altercation is assault.

By Quil Lawrence, and Tom BowmanTwo members of Donald Trump's campaign staff (click here) had a verbal and physical altercation Monday with an official at Arlington National Cemetery, where the former president participated in a wreath-laying ceremony, NPR has learned.
A source with knowledge of the incident said the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump staffers from filming and photographing in a section where recent U.S. casualties are buried. The source said Arlington officials had made clear that only cemetery staff members would be authorized to take photographs or film in the area, known as Section 60.
When the cemetery official tried to prevent Trump campaign staff from entering Section 60, campaign staff verbally abused and pushed the official aside, according to the source....

There was a YouTube report by a different blogger and I apologize for not keeping it or finding it that showed how Hannity and Laura Ingraham in interviews with Trump and how they were trying to help him change his dialogue on issues. Trump refused to change his dialogue and even openly admitted he knows Ingraham was attempting to get him to change his words. The question is why would someone serious about taking the White House in a legal election court ignore the help of seasoned commentators?
Why?
Because the polluted dialogue of hate is all he has. He doesn't care about how he takes the White House and encourages corruption even if it is violent corruption. January 6th was real. Very, very real. Trump wanted the coup. It was not a violent crowd of White Supremacists out of control. Trump directed and wanted the coup. He didn't care who was hung at the Capitol that day. The more hung in public display the better for the entire world to see.
So, when highly seasoned FOX News commentators believe they are doing Trump a favor by mentoring him into a different dialogue and rejected, openly rejected, that is because he isn't there for the interview, he is there to inspire hate and encourage violence to the people he expects to "get it right" this time.
If the truth is desired by the American people, listen to "Spicy Mayo Pete Buttigieg." The truth is so important to the Secretary of Transportation, it clearly demonstrates his love of this country. FOX News found out that people really do want to hear from someone that clearly has something to say that breaks down the lies of Truth Social.
Fully expect continued lawlessness by Trump. He wants this that badly.
