Trump has been boarding oil tanks to confiscate the cargo and ship. The ships are sanctioned. Trump took two sanctioned ships with Venezuelan oil, but, there was a third. The third tanker managed to harbor long enough to change it’s home port to

Russia to avoid the wrath of Trump.

The third oil tanker then hightailed it across the Atlantic to the waters surrounding NATO. Trump sent a large number of troops to

Europe to intercept this ship. 

The fiscal cost of such rampaging is ridiculous. Trump used the military inappropriately to attack a near shore country in the Caribbean and now seeks to chase a clever Captain all over the world. Russia provides a safe harbor for any sanctioned ship who cares to call it home.

Americans can’t afford health insurance, but, Trump can use our military to chase oil tankers all over the world. He is out of control.

Tom Cotton is a political hack and not much else.

A USA Senator doesn’t care about the USA Constitution, the rule of law, or the Trump criminality. That is a political hack. Cotton is a  lawyer that should be on review.

The ICC is where Maduro belongs.

At The Hague. Just because a Grand Jury indicted Maduro and his spouse in the USS it means nothing about successful prosecution. I think the prosecution will fail. The USA charges can be incorporated into indictments at The Hague IF it applies. 

In the USA if there is a dismissal for malicious prosecution Maduro will be released. That can happen tomorrow. He can be held over for extradition to The Hague. Extradition proceedings are important to success of resolving the massive human rights violations.

This is not the same as Saddam. Saddam was arrested and tried in Iraq under Iraqi laws and Iraqi judicial proceedings. Venezuela will never consent to any hearings or charges.

Grenell needs to be removed.

He is in violation of the Mission of the Kennedy Art Center.

Last I checked the rule of law included 501(c)3. Grenell is eliminating the non-profit status of the Kennedy Center. It is a strategy of the Plutocrats that eliminate the least popular arts and artists in this country. It is outrageous to realize how the generous history of this country is being replaced with profit only institutions.

The USA will NOT enter into war with Venezuela.

Trump should have been removed from office as soon as he was committing extra-judicial killings.

Trump is untrustworthy.

Trump declared a war without Congressional authorization outside the 90 day presidential authorization period. He then played semantics and stated it was a police action.

While Maduro has violated human rights for many reasons, Trump’s illegal war is a serious crime as well. Maduro can be best prosecuted at the ICC.
