Take a good look. The Oathkeepers may have their own line of merchandise.

That is right, from group funding to gun merchandise, right wing extremist groups are becoming an issue of sincere concern. This is a picture of a gun holster in a licensed gun store. Whether the name is to support the extremist right wing White Supremacist hate group or not, the name is unmistakably radical.

Everything it would seem from mask mandates to gun holsters are becoming political. Never did I ever think I would see overt signs of support for White Supremacy as in this item. This is not Walmart, but, I suppose they could be found there; this is an ordinary gun store and practice shooting range.

I find this "Patronage of Hate" disgusting and these items should be banded as a means of protecting innocent people exposed to the hatred this item carries. Having this item in any store is as good as saying "The N Word."

The Mask Mandate is not that difficult to understand. Vaccinated unmask, not vaccinated keep the mask on.

I disagree with the mandate in that vaccinated people can cause transmission of the virus even if they are not sick. So, the way masks work is that we wear them to protect each other. I wear a mask to protect others and others wear a mask to protect me. The new guidelines of the CDC are ridiculous on it's face. It is a political change, and not based on science.

Americans are tired of wearing masks and with more people being vaccinated, the fatigue in wearing them is growing. So, because Americans are not happy about the continued use of masks, which is a highly political issue, the CDC said, "Let's make it a moral issue banking on the dignity and morality of the American people." Wrong approach.

Now, while the CDC gets political rather than sticking to their science-based guidelines, I wondered, could Americans be so stupid they just don't "get it?" As it works out the answer may be, yes.

The information below is from an undated article, so there is no way of knowing if the IQ of Americans has gotten better or worse.

People are getting dumber, according to science. (click here)

There are a lot of theories why IQ tests are falling. Some say it's bad food, poor schools, or obscene amounts of screen time. Others suggest it's a matter of people with lower IQs having more kids, who inherit their lower numbers.

You've seen Idiocracy, right?

The thing is, there's a lot of variation among the U.S. states in terms of IQ averages. So while the nation as a whole averages roughly a 98 IQ, individual states range as much as six points higher or four points below the national average...

Retailers in the USA are absolutely correct to require masks in their stores. That is good moral and perhaps legal advice and it is free. Looking at the mask mandate as a point of moral stance, locally stores and businesses will become pariahs if they get to be known as an infestion center for the COVID-19 virus and any of it's variants.

If retailers don't mind being known as pariahs then follow the populous point of view. But, be cautioned there can be lawsuits on the horizon if people become sick AND DIE in the face of really bad decision making. The CDC won't protect anyone if it is listed in the lawsuit as well.

Shopping for a new outfit (click here) or enjoying a cup of coffee outside of one's home is about to start resembling life before the COVID-19 pandemic.

Last week, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) surprised corporate America (and reportedly President Joe Biden) by saying those who are fully vaccinated are allowed to go maskless in most places. That includes indoors.

The CDC has put America's biggest companies in a tough spot seeing as the decision does not override state and local rules on masks. So, it's either companies say masks could be removed in their stores or stay with protocols enacted during the pandemic and risk upsetting customers (among other unfortunate byproducts of the highly politicized mask issue).

Nonetheless, some of the country's most well-known retailers have stepped up quickly to change their stances on masks following the CDC's decision. Yahoo Finance takes a quick look at the most prominent retailers....
