The permission to hate is the most troubling part.

The United States of America prides itself on diversity which also makes its culture richer. The idea, with known history of genocide in WWII, an American with great promise can come forward in hate speech to remove an entire nation of oppressed people is simply unthinkable.

This valedictorian is at a very esteemed university which makes her hatred of Israel all that more concerning. Who gave her permission to carry out anti-semitism? Who gave her the idea that hatred of anyone or any people is okay? She is a very dangerous person. It was right to prevent her from speaking to and for an entire graduating class.

I quite frankly am appalled this level of hatred exists on that campus. This is the University of Southern California which traditionally has fought for human rights. Hating is not fighting for human rights. An international court has already ruled in regard to the war in Gaza. She doesn’t even accept that.

Is there a radical Mullah involved here?

Who gave her permission to hate knowing the power of her speech at commencement would carry? I am quite certain her speech was rehearsed with someone. Additionally, there would be every opportunity for her to completely derail her approved speech and conduct her own form of hate, if she so chose. Even with the commencement cancelled her power is not diminished. Cancelling the commencement was necessary and put a permanent mark on her radical views, but, she still has power albeit stained.

At least others now can judge her views as ill conceived.

There are many problems with racism in the United States. Not long ago three magnificent students who were religiously Muslim were gunned down in North Carolina. The White Supremists in this country are disgusting. They are radical extremists that were given permission to feel the way they do to enable a rejected former president an attempt of at least a coup. His hate of this magnificent democracy still continues with followers besides to this very day.

Confronting hate with more hate will never get the parties involved to peaceful coexistence. To have a valedictorian from an esteemed university believe she has something to teach the world in extinguishing Israel is an astounding reality. It would have lead to greater disharmony and violence within our borders. More violence is the last thing this country needs and there is no valedictorian from any university that should be contemplating how much power they have to spur violence by teaching a country about changing its values.

I hope she finds a way to reconcile her hatred and move forward. Israel was attacked by Iran. The attack killed 1200 people and cast that postage stamp sized country into war. A diaspora has returned home to Israel to protect not just their land, but, God as well. That is not something anyone should want for the Middle East.

I have only one message, end the hate now. That focus is not new for this blog. I believe the address is “stopwarsaveearth.blogspot. com.”

Half the demonstrators aren’t students or faculty

Many of those at the rallies and encampments are nothing short of trouble makers. It cannot be ignored though that a valedictorian was calling for the end of Israel. That is nothing but hate speech. They aren’t interested in a two state solution.

The hatred has to stop and students need to return to learning and final exams. It is really a shame that graduations are being cancelled. It is just wrong to be this hateful.

It is not too late to plant a tree.
