I don’t care if citizens are complaining they know best and the storm won’t affect them; they need to value life more than that and move out of the way.
The people in the path of this storm need to plan now to leave for shelter at higher elevations and away from water in the way of creeks, streams, and rivers, and the potential debris field.
These storms make their own rivers so that is why the debris field has to be assessed for heavy rainfall.
