The blatant lawbreakers in DC

The truth is the truth.

The Trump administration are blatant lawbreakers. They not only conceal the facts, they attempt to have lies accepted as the truth. 

All that is reality to include in prosecutions. 

The profession of law enforcement can critique the truth and the lawbreaking by DC authorities and operation commanders. 

In the newscast of Velshi, a well seasoned and highly qualified law enforcement authority validates what Americans already know. The very same level of expertise can be included before Grand Juries and in prosecutors filings.

The truth is the truth and in the open for all to see.

Start murder proceedings.

The federal Department of Justice and the federal Department of Homeland Security as well as Trump’s administration in general is operating outside the Rule of Law.

Criminal proceedings against the killers of Renee Good and Alex Pretti need to begin. Bring the charges and issue arrest warrants begin with Kristi Noem and Gregory Bovino who authorized the attacks on citizens as well as legal immigrants.

Kristi Noem clearly stated in a video to the general public she authored the use of force against Americans demonstrating as they were getting in the way of ICE’s apprehensions in the city of Minneapolis.

Use of force against peaceful protesters is a huge overreach of authority that has turned loose more than 3000 agents in the city of Minneapolis to carry out raids and arrests based in unlawful policing standards including racial profiling. 

Current estimates of the population of Minneapolis is 429,954 people. That is one ICE agent for every 143 people. The Noem agents are disrupting the lives of innocent Americans simply living their best lives. 

Alex Pretti was killed by what is believed to be a gang of federal agents operating outside the law.

Everyone in this country knows Alex Pretti and Renee Good were unlawfully killed. It is time to bring those responsible to justice. We no longer have a reliable or qualified federal authority. 

Charge the murderers!

Subpoena evidence including DHS personnel recorded of where they are deployed. It is not a matter of national security for prosecutors in Minneapolis to demand ANY confidential records to facilitate justice for these two great  Americans.

Alex Pretti was murdered.

There is no doubt. The prosecutor for Minneapolis must start criminal proceedings. No one should wait for the federal DOJ.

A segment on MS NOW “Velshi” (click here) clearly breaks down the video that clearly shows Alex Pretti’s actions. He and a few others were in the bitter cold when he attempted to assist a woman who had been knocked to T HR e ground by a person believed to be an Immigration Enforcement agent.

The is very, very clear. Alex Pretti was contained by people believed to be ICE agents, had his personal gun removed from its holster, a person yells “Gun,” and Alex Pretti, already on the ground and facing down was then fired upon by a minimum of 9 to 10 bullets. He was no threat to anyone. The agents ahead already subdued him. He was murdered. An innocent American citizen seeking to help another victim of people attacking protesters was shot and brutally killed. 

Alex Pretti should be alive today and with his peers seen in the photo below, except for federal agents roaming the streets of Minneapolis decided they were above the law and killed him.
