There is no scientific measuring, no empirical principles, only fear of losing his billions or what is left of it.
Wall Street profits are record high while all the indulgences US Treasury Secretary Munchkins or whatever his name is "Mnuchins" can muster is the primary fear of Trump. He is deeply fearing the loss of his lavish life at the cost of taxes and the USA Treasury, regardless of the fact his son "Barron" will the consequences of his indulgences.
I don't want a president that is full of fear. I want a president and Congress that understands what is before them and protects the country. Trump is nothing but nonsense.

On Tuesday, (click here) President Trump gave a speech to the U.N. General Assembly reiterating his deep-seated fear of America losing its “sovereignty” in global agreements. It’s a familiar sentiment from Trump — last year, he withdrew from the Paris Accord on the grounds that it would put the U.S. at a “debilitating and tremendous disadvantage” and would be a “self-inflicted, major economic wound” for the country.
However, Trump’s claim that investing in efforts to lower greenhouse gas emissions will cripple the American economy doesn’t really hold up. In fact, the United States is among the top nations that have the most to lose financially when it comes to not acting on climate change, according to a study published Monday in the journal Nature Climate Change.
The cost of our climate inaction? $250 billion per year, according to calculations by researchers at the University of California in San Diego....
What Trump has been doing without the knowledge or concent of the American people and the real reason why he pulled out of the Paris Accords, are deliberate acts to increase profit in the face of every climate warning there is. That is a purposeful ruthlessness that endangers lives globally.
These deliberate acts PROVE President Donald Trump is not interested in life and it's protections at all.
The sovereignty of the USA has been intact and it isn't about economic stability. Trump is about economic exploitation for as long as he can.

Warnings about potentially severe consequences of climate change (click here) were deleted from a Trump administration plan to weaken curbs on power plant emissions during a White House review.
Drafts had devoted more than 500 words to highlighting the impacts -- more heat waves, intense hurricanes, heavy rainfalls, floods and water pollution -- as part of the proposal to replace Obama-era restrictions on greenhouse gas emissions. That language was left out of the Trump administration’s final analysis of the Environmental Protection Agency proposal, when it was unveiled Aug. 21.
Among the abandoned assertions: an acknowledgment that “the climate has continued to change, with new records being set” for global average surface temperatures, Arctic sea ice retreat, carbon dioxide concentrations and sea level rise, all markers of the phenomenon.
The administration also scrapped a reference to numerous “major scientific assessments” that “strengthen the case that GHGs endanger public health and welfare both for current and future generations.”...
