These are the dynamics the Democrats try to erase. Sometimes judges view adolescent imprisonment better for a young person than probation and returning back home to poverty and gangs.

The USA still has problems to solve. Kamala Harris as president would have lead the country to success in eliminating them. Now, nothing will be done. There will be more babies born into poverty than in recent history.
