NATO countries mistreated by Trump should apply to the USA courts to enforce the treaty.

The NATO Treaty was signed in 1949 after the end of WWII. This is a legal document authorized by Congress. There is no way Trump has unilateral control over anything within the treaty. I am confident the treaty an be reviewed by the justices in the USA and upheld beyond Trump's temper tantrums.

France provided the groundwork for the misdeeds of Trump in a rather accurate speech. I believe all that can be introduced in lawsuits to demonstrate his ill will to the allies and the measures of which Trump has executed to jeopardize not only the alliance, but, the national security of alliance countries, hence the national security of the USA.

Trump is embarking on escalation of violence in the Middle East against the laws of the USA. He is far beyond the 90 periods when the USA's president can execute military actions without Congressional approval. There is no such thing as pretending he is within the laws of the USA if his focus continues to be the very same country he is unable to negotiate even a ceasefire yet alone a peace treaty.

Also noted is the failed vote by the USA House of Representatives to remove Hegseth from office. It wasn't a condenses not to impeach, it was a derailed vote through manipulation of the calendar of the House by the current Speaker.

Is going through a second attempt at killing an inmate double jeopardy?

This isn't the first time Tennessee has messed up an execution. The wardens need to have emergency personnel on standby at the hospital when they are making such attempts. Notification to the hospital there is going to be an execution taking place, date and time. This way the hospital staff and EMTs can have a dedicated bay and ambulance when, not if, something goes wrong.

Tennessee officials (click here) were unable to put Christa Gail Pike to death Wednesday for a 1995 murder after administering two doses of a lethal drug.

Her attorneys have filed an emergency motion to halt her execution after they say Pike was “still alive and snoring” after receiving her lethal injection on Wednesday.

“The vein in my arm feels like it’s about to bust,” one witness recalled her saying.

According to the emergency motion, the Tennessee Department of Correction began the execution of Pike at about 9 p.m. ET. The motion says that both syringes of pentobarbital were administered and that Pike “has not lost consciousness and still has a heartbeat and is audibly snoring.”...
