A 501(c)3 cannot be a political organization, not even a hint of political programs and donations.

Mission: (click here)

The Alabama Policy Institute, API is a non-partisan, non-profit research and education organization dedicated to influencing public policy in the interest of the preservation of free markets, limited government, and strong families, which are indispensable to a prosperous society. We do this by identifying, developing, and promoting innovative policy ideas and by providing fact-based, objective analysis of key issues. The mission of API is to provide information to the people of Alabama about the legislative issues being debated in Montgomery and Washington D.C. and to be a reliable resource to our elected representatives on public policy issues. As a conservative think tank, API addresses a wide range of emerging policy issues in the areas of economics, education, the environment, government, family and society.

Alabama Policy Institute is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 1981, and donations are tax-deductible.

There ain't no way this organization can be a conservative think tank and be non-partisan and be a 501(c)3. It is not possible.

This organization also cannot be contributing all that much if it has an expense ratio of 63.9 percent.

This is a link to the policies that defines this organization and I will be darn if it is at all understandable to me (click here).

How many of these right wing organizations exist in this country under false identities?
