The issue of keeping USA citizens known to be radicalized out of the country and the requirement to send illegal immigrants with criminal records and charges to ICE needs to be included in Immigration Reform Bill. It is all a part of the immigration issue.
The basis of detaining citizens radicalized as jihadists is treason. A trial will have to ensue and the citizen found innocent or guilty. But, it is a law that is based in constitutional due process and it will stand the test of any lawsuits.
