No surprise there. Has he at least gotten his flag issues straightened out?
I think of Alito as an insurrectionist. It is impossible to assign the practice of politics to every aspect of American life without drawing a lot of questioning into light.
It is no different than the Chief Justice taking his personal frustration with racism out on the Voting Rights Act of 1964. There is such a thing as racism and bigotry in this country. It is not a myth. It is noted in tragedies like Charlottesville.
Wishing it away doesn’t make it so.
