It is not clear what is occurring with Omicron in the USA, but, the world is going to suffer terribly, especially countries where there are far fewer of the people vaccinated. I am concerned about the world's elderly at this point.
President Biden will be the hero to the American people by insisting they all be vaccinated. He is saving lives and this virus could have done at least as much damage to the USA as the original COVID-19 if so many hadn't been vaccinated. Lives are still in the balance and the number of cases of illness, albeit not severe, may still cripple the economy.
