Statistically, there is going to be less general hospital patients. People are hunkered down at home without running to work and taking the kids to caregivers, so the likelihood of accidents and contagious illnesses won't be passed along. I have no doubt every General Practitioner is treating as many people as possible as outpatients for those not found to be positive for COVID-19. Even then, if they are not seriously compromised, they can be treated at home on quarantine within the home.
There is just less general hospital admissions.
