Flint needs it's own water quality authority. That authority needs to be a person chosen by the community.
The people in authority today are not representative of the community and nothing is being done to reconnect the water supply to Detroit.
The coating has to be on the inside of the pipe, proven to be safe for an extended periods time.

Snyder sold that water pipeline. It needs to be tested for lead. If that pipeline is clear of lead it could be the beginning of a safe water source. It receives water from the Detroit system. It would automatically cut costs for reconstruction of Flint's new pipeline system.
